Do NOTTTTTT order sushi at TGI Fridays. I should've known better but I was hungry and I was in a state of weakness. I thought that this would be an affordable budget sushi but no, it was expensive, cheap, not fresh, and literally breaking apart like my life. The food and drinks from the bar took way too long to arrive, like about 30+ minutes. For it to take so long and for the sushi box to come out in a literal take out box while we are dining in is literally killing me. I wonder do they actually make this sushi or is is prepackaged? Either way, it is bad. The Thai mango salad, was too wet and soggy and was covered in some kind of sweet chili sauce that is absolutely not for salad dressing. The Tuna Nachos were okay, the tuna and avocado was good with the spicy mayo sauce but the wonton chips were too thick and so bland it tasted like cardboard. The black sauce just didn't belong at all it tasted so weird. ALSO, the guy that brought the food to our table was super unprofessional. We saw him standing still and confused so we waved at all and clearly insinuating that that food is ours. By the way, we were the only people sitting in that area and the restaurant was literally empty. But still he stood there in front of us acting confused and then our server came and confirmed that the food was ours. Even after confirmation, he had to call her out saying that she wrote down the wrong table number for the order. Why would you call her out in front of the customers? And even so it wasn't busy and clearly we were the only ones sitting at the table so there was no reason to be doing all that. Anyways, our server alone she was a nice girl but this restaurant can not be saved. I couldn't even finish this food because it was literally inedible and it was so bad.

Came here for lunch after a busy morning shopping at Gateway center. At the check in they said it would be a 15-20 minute wait for a table. We decided to just sit at the bar right away though instead of waiting. It was surprising though because they weren't packed and there were several empty tables. We think they may have been short of waitstaff. There are lots of tv screens all over to watch all kinds of sports. Bar chairs were comfortable. Anyways we ordered food at the bar, the bartender was friendly. We ordered a few dishes and shared everything. Chicken strips appetizer were crispy and tasty. Southern fried chicken sandwich was quite good. The salmon combo with orange citrus sauce, jasmine rice and cucumber tomato onion salad was also great. The sizzling chicken and cheese was tender but could use more flavor but the mashed potatoes was great. Overall good food, friendly service and decent ambience.

You can rarely go wrong with Friday's - especially if Daisy is your server! I had never tried to Blazed & glazed or Glazed & blazed but they add a spicy kick which increased the deliciousness!!! They have many new menu items including sushi which I did not try but it's definitely next on the list!

I went here with a friend and the host gave us the menus but the waitress gave us no silverware or plates. The table was dirty what threw me off was the fact that it was 9pm and they weren't busy. I felt as though the waitress was badgering us to order something because every other second she would come by and ask if we were ready to order. Eventually we had asked for 5 more minutes. We started off with chips and spinach dip that took a whole to come out and the chip portion was skimpy. I ordered a cajun chicken and shrimp pasta which is my favorite from Fridays. I must say I was very disappointed it was not flavorful at all. The chicken as well as the shrimp tasted like a grill. I told the waitress about it and she didn't charge me for the pasta thankfully. I ended up just ordering mozzarella sticks which surprisingly came out within minutes of her collecting my pasta. Moral of the story is Fridays get it together, bring back that cajun flavor the pasta once had. Also don't be skimpy, we are paying customers. Lastly the bathroom area reeked of poop as I was washing my hands another customer and I had a conversation about the smell. Food: 2 Customer Service: 2

I am rating this based on my foodie experiences, which is probably unfair since this is a chain restaurant, which usually do not emphasize quality and uniqueness. Plenty of parking and it was a rather full house at 6pm on Saturday. First, drinks, I had iced tea, which came unsweetened and obviously not freshly made. I like to state the obvious. It wasn't a refreshing taste. Then came appetizers. Fried green beans was okay. It came kind of cold. I enjoyed the wasabi flavor. Sauce was too runny and watered down. Chicken quesadilla was well made for this type of restaurant but I wouldn't pass it in a Mexican restaurant. It is thick. It is crispy on the outer and soggy in the center. Nachos were uninspired. Came out cold and looks like it has been sitting. Cheese was not cheesy. Ground beef was glued onto the soggy chips that had more of a chew than crunch. It doesn't taste bad but it is like eating leftovers from last week. Plain burger was to the liking of my teenage cousin that apparently has not fully developed his taste buds yet. lol. Pasta was acceptable as pasta goes. Shrimps were not as big as presented in the menu picture. That bread that it comes with is just sad. Full rack of ribs was decent. Very well-cooked (meat falls off) but also very honey glazed. The sweetness in the glaze overpowers everything. I preferred the dry-rubbed ribs from Chili's more. Also had the rare steak. This was probably the only dish that came out hot on a sizzling dish. Mashed potatoes were good and the onion rings are a nice touch. Not a big fan of the over sweetened dip for the steak. When the dish cools off, the cheese solidifies at the bottom with all the flavor goodness that you can peel off the dish and eat. It is good. Trust me. Service was slow but the orders and refills did come eventually. Cleanliness was usual for these chain restaurants. Bathroom was clean. Overall, if I didn't have a kid or a teenager with me, I would not come here. It is one of those places you enjoyed as a kid but eventually grow out of once you experienced what else the world has to offer. Hope that helps.

Chicken, Bacon Ranch Chicken Sandwich with crispy chicken instead of grilled chicken.

This is a go to staple for us when we want to go out to eat, have a quick and affordable meal. Service is usually good. I haven't had to wait for a table here in years. Apps we like - mozzarella sticks and Philly cheese steak wontons. Also love the brownie sundae for dessert. Fajitas are great too.

It is very nice inside, clean, restrooms are very clean. I ordered a half roasted chicken. It came with mashed potatoes and asparagus that was roasted. That was a delicious meal. I was at another restaurant, ordered the same dish and the chicken was very tiny. Be prepared to bring your appetite as the portion is generous. We started with a hot calm chowder. It was good! My daughter got the fried fish tacos with rice. She was pleased with it. The only complaint was that the waiter never came back to fill our waters as I was so thirsty with all the food. Usually they do come to check on you. He never did. We were in the back and he had lots of tables in the front but he could have checked in once. I would still come back. Parking is on the street so beware of busy times.
