Meanwhile, there were multiple employees standing around behind the counter not doing much, which made the long wait even harder to understand. For something that typically takes about 30 minutes at most shops, this felt unreasonable and inefficient. I ended up taking my business elsewhere to a shop that could actually get it done in a timely manner. Disappointing experience overall.

The building is a little older, easy access from 2 streets, and a quick turn around on oil changes and tire jobs. Don't listen to the bad reviews on here, people have bad days, and nobody is perfect. If you want a shop that has the parts in stock, especially for older models, can do the service work at an honest price, then this is the shop for you. If you want the fancy waiting room, with couches and coffee machines, then go to the stealership and expect to pay more than twice the price. ​
