My motorcycle would not start properly, but whenever it did, it would start to sputter and die. I paid him for the diagnosis, and he returned later for his first attempt. FAILED. Bike still had the same issues. He made multiple different claims on where the issues could lie and not only was he paid to resolve each of those claims, i paid him extra after he called me complaining about having to return to resolve the issue and would need more money. The bike has been in the same state. First he said it was the carb, then it was the filter, then oil, then he said it could be the dirty gas tank, then he tried to blame me and say maybe i've been riding it with no gas . Just money hungry and won't solve your problem immediately. He will just keep milking your money. Hes going to reply to thisand make a claim that's he's fixed things, but never the main issue, he's just been spitballing and guessing instead of figuring out the actually problem which was the bike not staying on and that's was costing me money. He's going to reply and complain about how i messaged him evidence of my bike dieing after hours after i attempted to ride it I Texted him proof and time reference because he will pretend you've created new problems to get more money. He previously tried to blame me for letting it run out of gas. He's knows he's done a poor job and never fixed the issue, which is the bike not staying alive and gets defensive about it. And when you contact him about it he gets frustrated. Better off just taking your bike to a shop instead of dealing with a man child. His schedule and repair turn around (if your bike even gets fixed) would be the same.

Esp the light blue and orange/brown one I saw on the road kings (the bigger bikes). My reason for coming in was to grab some tees to take home to some family members that ride and the graphics on them were slim pickings. Whoever chooses the designs should have a bit more versatility to them, the graphics on them weren't my taste but maybe in Texas that's what they like. Also for the men's tee the back design was 80% all the same on the tees, unlike the women's which did have more of a variety. Kids section and accessories was very small as well. Staff was super friendly with that southern hospitality. Also if you checkin on Yelp you can get a free tee with the purchase of two Harley's tees. Grab that deal before it's gone, totally worth it!

I don't believe they liked it because I was asking for a bottom line price. A little lower price is a lot better than sending a bike to the auction. I ended up buying a used one i found on Cycletrader that was out of town. Even though I have to fly out, get a Uber to a hotel, spend the night in a hotel & then Uber to the dealership the next morning & then ride the bike home (I would have rather purchased local than going thru all of this). BUYER BEWARE!! What a mistake I made choosing Addison Foxhole!…read moreThese gentlemen are both incompetent and have no idea how to work in a real business environment. I left a message about the wiring job for two DRL running lights that I had already installed on the fender of my Honda Rebel 1100 DCT. A gentleman named Preston called me and advised that his technician could do the wiring job easily. This is where I screwed up! I brought my bike to him to do the job. Big mistake on my part. On this first try, the technician named Dewan worked for 3 hours and got the wires connected but stated that he had to install a relay as the lights were not bright enough. So I had to take the bike home without the DRL lights connected. After 7 days and multiple phone calls, Mr. Preston advised me to bring the bike back to him and he could "get this job finished " BIG MISTAKE ON MY PART!! I'm in the Addison Foxhole waiting room. It's been 4 plus hours and no end in sight. His technician is not available and Mr. Preston will do the job himself WITHOUT the RELAY. - Mr. Preston is very argumentative and can't or won't tell me when he will complete the job. I'm stranded in Addison Foxhole waiting room. What an experience. I paid Addison Foxhole $159 after the first installation attempt. Addison Foxhole won't refund my money and advised me that this was his shop and he was working as fast as he could. As I said BUYER Beware!!! If the system would have let me I would have rated Addison Foxhole a zero rating if I could have.
