There was also not a very noticeable warning on the visitor register site either, it flashed on the screen for like a second before disappearing. The so called signage on the make-shift website also does not mention that it expires after 24 hours. I was simply trying to gather the information needed to give my insurance carrier so they can pay the towing and storage fees and arrange to have my motorcycle released from the lot. Instead of helping, they made the process unnecessarily difficult. Their refusal to provide basic information about their location gives off major scam vibes, especially when I'm just trying to locate my motorcycle and resolve the situation while recovering in the hospital. If my motorcycle is damaged while in their possession, I will not hesitate to consult an attorney and pursue legal action if necessary.
