Hands down the easiest dealership to work with. Best part of the entire process was not having to step foot into the dealership at all, which I really like. By the time the paperwork was signed the motorcycle was ready for me to take home. Caden even took the time to go over a few things with me on the motorcycle which was very helpful. Looking forward to doing business with them again when it comes to the service.

The primary issue was in regard to the customer service from their service manager. After discussing the issue in depth with Kevin, I now feel comfortable enough to bring them up to fellow riders in a positive light as a valid option for service. While how I was treated was not okay, I also see how Kevin will be using this as a learning experience and will use it to grow his team's culture. Thank you Kevin and Monkey Moto for extending the olive branch.

I do NOT recommend this shop at ALL!…read more Everyone be careful with this shop they will take advantage of you and they do less than quality work. If you do decide to do work with this shop please go over every single nut and bolt that they touched.  More than likely you will have loose stuff everywhere. There is no quality control on the work they preform. I had to pay another local shop $1,000 after paying PTX Powersports almost 12k just to ensure me and my family safety. After I picked up my Ranger these are just a few items I found 1. Loose bolts on all brand new a arms 2. Disconnected wires after getting a new motor installed. 3. Only 2 lug nuts per wheel the rear two lug nuts were only finger tight. 4. One of the castle nuts on one portal were only finger tight 5. All 4 portals were missing cotter pins 6. Lock nuts on new lift kit were finger tight. 7. Axle boot on brand new axle was torn during install 8. Alignment on new lift kit was way out of alignment. 9. No diaelectric grease was used on any electrical connections. 10. 2 leaks in snorkel system after PTX smoke test. 11. Broken grease zerks on new lift kit. 12. No anti seize used on any axle This is just the main issues I found with the quaintly of there work however there are also other issues with their work these are just some highlights of the work PTX powersports quaintly of work. I would give Elmer Morgan, the owner of Northside Cycle, 12 stars if I could…read more When no Denton or Corinth motorcycle shop would work on my 1325 pound, 350 in.³ Corvette powered BossHoss motorcycle, Elmer's response was "bring it over, I'll get it fixed for you." He basically rebuilt the Hoss from front tire to rear, in some cases having to make parts. The bike came out of his shop at least as good as it was new in 2003. To reassemble the rear wheel with its massive 245 mph tire, capable of putting it's almost 400 hp onto the pavement, Elmer went to 8 tire dealers until he found one who would work on it. When Elmer says he's going to get it done, he really gets it done! Elmer did extensive work on my BMW R1200 GS, on our older Honda Goldwing & on the newer P1800 trike and my Ducati. In every case his work is exactly what I wanted, at a fair price.
