The first time, they said they…read morecouldn't find the right seals, so I found and ordered them myself, then drove back up there to drop them off -- already my second trip. When they said the forks were finished, I picked them up, installed them on my bike, and immediately noticed they were leaking worse than before. I took them back, and they rebuilt them again -- but the issue continued. They told me there was a missing washer, which I personally believe they lost and didn't want to admit. After several trips back and forth (about five total), they started saying the problem was my fault and that something was wrong with my forks. But if that were true, they should've known that after rebuilding them four times. Instead, I wasted time, gas, and effort with no real solution. Overall, the experience was very unprofessional. They were dismissive of my concerns, refused to take responsibility, and left me with leaking forks after multiple visits. I would not recommend Metric Motorsport

I chose RideNow specifically because the installation was supposed to be included. After purchasing, I was told they couldn't do the install for two weeks. Then I was told they couldn't even work on my moped because they don't have the capability to service it. That information should have been communicated before selling me the tire and making me wait weeks for an install appointment. Now I'm left paying significantly more than I would have online, wasted two weeks, and still don't have the tire installed. Very frustrating and disappointing overall.
