Owner of the company calls me at 10:30 saying his mechanic can't come out because I haven't paid my deposit. 1st off the owner Mr. Hensen is the original person who quoted me over the phone who I spoke to for 13 minutes. Not once did he mention a deposit. He also mentioned he would email me a quote which I didn't receive. He is now putting fault on me as a customer for the deposit. I asked this guy to confirm my email. He reads it back wrong. Upon calling this quivering douche of a man out, he tells me to take my car and f-off, and have fun paying twice as much somewhere else. Mr. Hensen you must be a millennial. How about taking some ownership of your mistake. For any customer looking for auto repair these guys prices are middle of the road. You can find lower. Mr. Hensen your arrogance in your own perception of self is amazing. Your competition got it done for less.

I know i can stay in denton and get a great deal on the tire, but the labor screws me over. I can go out of town and get a better deal, but the time/gas gets me as well. After driving by Rising Phoenix i decided to give them a call. I told them here is the price i get at other places. They were happy to beat the price! The owner, i'm assuming, was a nice guy who told me it would take less than 10minutes and he was right. Fast and friendly. Not only that, but he took me to take a look at the shop in which i talked to a tech about getting new wheel bearings. It wasn't them telling me i needed new wheel bearings, but actually showing me why i need new bearings. That counts for a lot in my book. They weren't even trying to push a product or service on me. Keep in mind this is mainly a parts/service shop. There is very very little gear. They do have a nice waiting area though! Overall i'm very happy to have saved money and my time. If they keep up the good prices i'm happy to go back there for my next tire.

When I got the bike back I found that there was even more damage that they didn't tell me or fix from the previous knock over- my helmet basket is permanently bent, there 3 large scratches in my paint down to the metal, and there's a big dent on the back fender. I'm not even going to begin to try to get them to fix it, so I get to pay for their mistakes, yet again. The bike came back in much worse shape than it was taken in. This was one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a business.

They were the only ones who said they could do the entire car including the hood as paintless dent repair. They were also able to start within a week instead of 6-8 weeks by the other body shops. My car looks brand new again. My husband and I had Matt put the car under lights and went over it with a fine tooth comb. They did all they said they would and in the time they said. Easy guys to work with and I would take it there again and highly recommend them. Also Matt is a Vet and this is only one small way to support our troops! We drove all the way from Decatur and glad we did!
