I've said it before about this place it is one of the few shops that actually make me feel good after spending $1k+ lol. While talking to them I had them give me a quote for doing a heater/evap core on the same vehicle anybody who knows how labor intensive that is knows it is no small job. They quoted me a little over $2k and I know they will do a great job on that as well whenever I bring it back in and they will get another great review. He's has a drop box so you can leave your car in the evening and drop your keys in his drop box. That's way it doesn't get in the way of work hours for you. After I declined it took another 20 minutes for my car to be ready. At checkout, I asked if they used Conventional oil. The guy said no and went to ask for help. Then I was told they could order conventional oil but it would cost $50 more. I asked if I now had to stay with synthetic, another guy said I could go back. I was always under the impression once you switch an older vehicle to synthetic oil and run it through your engine you couldn't go back to conventional. Anyway, Thanks to Tommy's looks like I'm using synthetic now. Won't be going back to Tommy's. Continuing my search for a reputable and reliable place to get my car serviced.
