Brought in my mailed coupon as well, only to find that they don't use it cause the oil change is already highly reduced. So that was a bummer. Again, I come here skeptical now, so I took pictures of my wiper fluid and coolant levels before leaving the car with them, since they're supposed to fill the tanks and both were low. 35 or so minutes later the car was ready and I popped the hood before leaving. No fluid had been added so I went back inside and told him. I added in now that I was worried what else had been missed and that I needed to make sure the tires had also been rotated. He said oh yes we'll make sure. He comes back a few minutes later and says they've been topped off and goes, "the wiper fluid wasn't much, maybe 8oz". I'm sorry, but when your website says you top off these fluids, I expect it to be done. 1 ounce or 8 ounces. Then he said that they don't do tire rotations unless we ask. "It's free, but you have to request it." Even though it's stated in the oil change special....... Needless to say, I left very frustrated.

He takes the time to properly troubleshoot and find the root cause of the problem. I took my 01 F250 to him with major transmission problems, and an intermittent electrical issue. He rebuilt the transmission within a few days, and we put heavy duty parts such as a torque converter and shift kit so it would be more equipped to pulling oversized loads. He also replaced the radiator which was full of metal shavings from the bad transmission Other shops told me my transmission was just fine, and it just needed an aftermarket cooler, which is why it was overheating. Also, I took it to 3 different shops who couldn't find the source of my intermittent electrical issues. Once the transmission was rebuilt, upon programming, he found the source of the breakdown, which was a faulty ECM which caused it not to shift properly and drastically overheat. We sent the ECM to a place to get repaired and he installed and programmed my truck to get it back on the road. Jose communicated the whole process, and did high quality work. He is the only mechanic that I have found to trust, and I wish there were more like him.

I went in there yesterday in the same rude guy was there and told me they don't look at transmissions unless there's a lifetime warranty. I told him that's not what you told me a year ago and he said yes it was. So rude! I don't know how this guy has a business he treats people terrible. They came back with a huge issue with the motor, and rather than rebuilding the motor, Christian Brothers replaced the motor with a used motor with 65k less miles. In addition they covered a car rental for 3 days. Over the next few days they called to replace a few other things like a water pump so it wouldn't have to be done later and they paid for it.
