The last time I dealt with them was several years ago when my vehicle was hit while parked at a store. Last month I brought it in as they are the preferred vendor for my insurance company. I had really great interactions with Jade, especially when I was needing to schedule my initial drop off. It was late on a Friday and I was working a double on Monday when they initially told me to bring it in. They allowed me to do an early drop off and had the paperwork ready, even though I offered to do it via email on Monday. The shop also coordinates with Enterprise directly which makes the drop off of a rental super easy! My personal hero from this situation was Cope! His communication skills are top notch. I felt listened to and that my best interest was taken into account. He also took the time to make sure I understood the process and when to expect updates. Honestly he did a better job of keeping me informed than my insurance company did. I wish I could give him 7 stars! I highly recommend!

The paint match came out perfect; the color, texture, and shine all match beautifully. The car looks great, like nothing ever happened. They also got it done fast. A corporate shop told me it might take 2 months, but Collision Master finished it in a fraction of that time, and I picked it up more than a week earlier than promised. He asked me how much I wanted for the vehicle and I told him I was unsure because it wasn't running and I didn't know what was wrong with it. Perry made a deal to "supposedly help me out" in which I traded in my non-working vehicle for the repair costs of my new car and even said he would fix my daughters car for free. Against my better judgment I traded over the title to my car to them before service which I should have never done. Once they received my car it took weeks of continuous contact on my end to get the status of my car. After Perry made a faulty deal he sent his father to clean up his mess. Went to pick up my car yesterday and owner tried to squeeze me for $1474 (half of the 1st part of insurance payment) and then the $1000 deductible to get my car back claiming that they didn't get alot of money for my old car. Take it Perry said I didn't owe any money out pocket and said he scraped my old car for parts and received money but didn't tell me amount. Yet the owner claims it was donated for $300 so which one is it? I asked for proof of how much was received from my old car and they refused to give me the information. Then the owner said I gave them a busted vehicle but Perry knew the car wasn't working when they took it. I asked for all paperwork regarding my vehicle and the itemized invoice and the owner sent me the supplement summary from Allstate claiming that was the invoice (which it is not). Once I got upset the owner then tried to say they're a family owned 5 star business and he wanted to "work" with me because his son made a deal he shouldn't have. So he was "willing" to only charge me $1000, yet he informed me salvaged parts were put on my car. I was forced to pay $1000 just to get my car back, they took my old car and sold it for who knows what amount, and they used salvaged parts to fix my car. On top of the fact that they received a $3,589.78 supplemental payment from the insurance company. Does that sound like a legitimate family owned 5 star business? Save the time and headache and go to someone else that does good legitimate business because it's not these guys!
