They were the only ones who said they could do the entire car including the hood as paintless dent repair. They were also able to start within a week instead of 6-8 weeks by the other body shops. The last time I dealt with them was several years ago when my vehicle was hit while parked at a store. Last month I brought it in as they are the preferred vendor for my insurance company. I had really great interactions with Jade, especially when I was needing to schedule my initial drop off. It was late on a Friday and I was working a double on Monday when they initially told me to bring it in. They allowed me to do an early drop off and had the paperwork ready, even though I offered to do it via email on Monday. The shop also coordinates with Enterprise directly which makes the drop off of a rental super easy! My personal hero from this situation was Cope! His communication skills are top notch. I felt listened to and that my best interest was taken into account. He also took the time to make sure I understood the process and when to expect updates. Honestly he did a better job of keeping me informed than my insurance company did. I wish I could give him 7 stars! I highly recommend!

I like to support locally owned businesses when I can instead of the mega chains, so instead of…read moreusing the giant body shop chain with the initials "CC" (that all the insurance companies want us to use!), I came to Weaver Wisdom last summer. My spouse's 4Runner had been hit in the Kroger parking lot and a rear door had to be replaced along with the rocker panel. I was blown away by the quality of both the work and the service. They communicated well with both me and the insurance company, and not only was the repair quality excellent and completed on time, they really made the car look great overall, not just the one door. The car was polished like new when I picked it up and they had touched up a couple of little things, without charge, that were not even part of the Kroger parking lot damage. The owner, CJ, said, "We just want to make sure your car looks great and you are happy." I can't think of any other body shop with that attitude, and certainly not the mega chain. When some idiot (who will not be named but is someone I am very familiar with.....ahem) drove off in my Tundra, pulling my trailer with the tailgate down, I found myself filing an insurance claim for a new tailgate. Once again, I chose Weaver Wisdom over the "CC" chain that insurance wanted me to use. Again, the work was very high quality and done on time. The paint is factory new and they even did the Rhino paint liner. I am not a rabid car guy...my motto has always been, " If it gets me from here to there, that is fine." But I do believe that if you are going to buy or work on something, go for quality at a fair price, and that is what you get at Weaver Wisdom. I strongly recommend Weaver Wisdom. The staff are professional and do excellent work at a fair price. This is an owner operated shop that has been in Denton for many decades, and this community is better off with them here. Next time your insurance company wants you to use the "CC" chain, swing by Weaver Wisdom and talk with CJ first. BTW, I have no connections with this shop or anyone who works here. I am just impressed with this place, and am glad I found a better alternative than the "CC" mega chain. And I have not had an especially bad experience at the mega chain, but I like trading with businesses who see me as an important and valued customer rather than just one of a million faceless customers.
