I had really great interactions with Jade, especially when I was needing to schedule my initial drop off. It was late on a Friday and I was working a double on Monday when they initially told me to bring it in. They allowed me to do an early drop off and had the paperwork ready, even though I offered to do it via email on Monday. The shop also coordinates with Enterprise directly which makes the drop off of a rental super easy! My personal hero from this situation was Cope! His communication skills are top notch. I felt listened to and that my best interest was taken into account. He also took the time to make sure I understood the process and when to expect updates. And you better check their job, especially for parts that are around the repair site, 'cause I had to wait another week for them to add a clip part back to a part that they took off in order to access their repair site, which they tried to initially claim that it wasn't their job site and thus it wasn't their fault. They also make it sound like my 10 year old car isn't worth their time and effort as if I didn't already pay them to do their job right. They don't offer rental but they do have complimentary Uber to and from this place.
