They gave me a two-hour window for their arrival and showed up 15 minutes into that window. The whole job, including some preexistent scuffing on the side of the bumper, took about two hours, all done in my driveway. The color match and finish is impeccable and the price is less than a third of what a body shop would have cost me, not counting leaving the vehicle and having to get a rental while they did it. My spouse's 4Runner had been hit in the Kroger parking lot and a rear door had to be replaced along with the rocker panel. I was blown away by the quality of both the work and the service. They communicated well with both me and the insurance company, and not only was the repair quality excellent and completed on time, they really made the car look great overall, not just the one door. The car was polished like new when I picked it up and they had touched up a couple of little things, without charge, that were not even part of the Kroger parking lot damage. The owner, CJ, said, "We just want to make sure your car looks great and you are happy." I can't think of any other body shop with that attitude, and certainly not the mega chain. When some idiot (who will not be named but is someone I am very familiar with.....ahem) drove off in my Tundra, pulling my trailer with the tailgate down, I found myself filing an insurance claim for a new tailgate. Once again, I chose Weaver Wisdom over the "CC" chain that insurance wanted me to use. Again, the work was very high quality and done on time. The paint is factory new and they even did the Rhino paint liner. I am not a rabid car guy...my motto has always been, " If it gets me from here to there, that is fine." But I do believe that if you are going to buy or work on something, go for quality at a fair price, and that is what you get at Weaver Wisdom. I strongly recommend Weaver Wisdom. The staff are professional and do excellent work at a fair price. This is an owner operated shop that has been in Denton for many decades, and this community is better off with them here. Next time your insurance company wants you to use the "CC" chain, swing by Weaver Wisdom and talk with CJ first. BTW, I have no connections with this shop or anyone who works here. I am just impressed with this place, and am glad I found a better alternative than the "CC" mega chain. And I have not had an especially bad experience at the mega chain, but I like trading with businesses who see me as an important and valued customer rather than just one of a million faceless customers.
