The owner, Luke, made empty promises about repairing everything according to the insurance estimate, but nothing went as promised. When they returned my car, it was filthy, covered in dust both inside and out. After I washed it, I was horrified to find white dots on the hood, new scratches all over the sides, and an aftermarket tail light that doesn't even fit properly--it has a gap so big I can stick my finger in it! To top it off, they didn't return my car key with the vehicle, leaving me stranded without it for over a week. When Luke finally showed up to "fix" the new scratches, he did nothing but make things worse by attempting to buff them out in my driveway, leaving ugly marks all over the surface. The guy clearly doesn't know what he's doing! I've been trying to get Luke to fix the damage they caused, but he keeps stalling and making excuses. It's clear he has no intention of making things right. I've had to take this issue to court just to get some resolution. Do yourself a favor--stay far away from this place. They've caused more damage than they fixed, and now I'm left dealing with the aftermath. It's been an absolute nightmare, and they've wasted my time, my money, and caused me nothing but stress. [Update] The owner called me and tell me he's putting a lien on my car! This is completely ridiculous, considering the car has even more damages now than before. He's claiming he saved me $900, but how can he say that when the car is in worse shape? To make it worse, he advertises that he can waive the deductible and save customers more, but that turned out to be completely false. Instead of saving you money, he'll put a lien on your car!

My car suddenly wouldn't start unless jumped and was making a disgusting scraping noise so I decided to try to find a mobile mechanic so I wouldn't have to drive it to a shop. I am SO happy I went this route bc I will now be using Wilson's mobile for all future car problems moving forward. The owner, Ethan, is extremely knowledgable, honest, trustworthy, and great at explaining everything in a way that's easy to understand for people like me who know next to nothing about cars--I actually learned some things in the process. Work began around that time but was not resolved until May 4th, nearly a month past the original deadline. Even at that point, the issues were significant: the entire right side of the car was not functioning correctly, the DSP inputs were configured wrong, and the speakers were installed in the wrong locations (higher-quality drivers belong in the front doors...). Scheduling delays, largely on DJ's end, pushed things to May 4th, at which point I sought a second opinion. The new shop walked me through the deficiencies in detail and made clear what had been done incorrectly, including a stripped bolt connecting the seat to the floor. Given that I had already paid a substantial sum for substandard work, they were professional and transparent throughout the process and had it done in two days.
