The whole process was very thorough and Caden was very helpful and patient with me since I had a lot of back and forth with purchasing the motorcycle. Hands down the easiest dealership to work with. Best part of the entire process was not having to step foot into the dealership at all, which I really like. By the time the paperwork was signed the motorcycle was ready for me to take home. I bought a 2022 MV Agusta Brutale 1000 RS early March. It arrived from MonkeyMoto on March 9, 2023. The bike already had 500 miles as it was a demo model. I put about 300 miles on when the quickshifter (QS) stopped working and was giving a malfunction warning. Also the maintenance notification showed up on the HUD as well. Perfect time to take it in and have it looked at along with maintenance right? I took it to the shop for the QS and general maintenance. The next week I called and they said the oil filter cap was cracked and it would need to be replaced as the technician cannot safely further test the bike. They claim it was due to the bike being a model and "someone must have rode it hard" putting the blame on the dealer. Mistakes happen so I continued to wait. Two weeks pass and no part so at this point, it's becoming a bit ridiculous. I called MonkeyMoto who stated that OAM must have cracked the cap due to negligence. I call OAM back mentioning this and they finally admit fault. I spoke with OAM on March 29 and they again said it was easily cracked because it was a demo model... I have tried to reach out to MonkeyMoto multiple times and unsurprisingly, the lack of communication after the bike has been sold is deafening. As of April 3rd, the oil filter cap replacement part STILL HAS NOT arrived. The malfunctioning QS has not even been looked it. At this point, I am not sure who is to fault because both parties are blaming each other and I am not well-versed in motorcycle technicality to sift through everything. Either way, for an MSRP bike of $30,000, in no scenario is this acceptable. read more

I took my Ducati in to get the oil changed and the front tire replaced yesterday. Went to grab lunch and before I was done with lunch they had the work completed and when I got back to the shop they suggested replacing the rear tire due to its age and adjusting and lubing the chain. Let me repeat, they suggested and did not push to have it done. I asked how long it would take and they said about 30 minutes. They knocked out the additional work in no time at all. Everyone was very friendly from start to finish. If you are looking for a place to have your bike serviced, I would definitely give them an opportunity. I know I will be back! Michael read more

So I bought my first MV Agusta F4 1000R. Its a 2007 with very low miles. I needed to find a shop to go through the bike and make sure its road worthy. I found the only MV Agusta ( Agoosta) dealer within 600 miles east or west about 12 minutes from my house! So far so good. The shop has a very low key exterior, and very little signage that says Monkey Moto, But, easy to get to. I met the Owner, I think , and he gave me a quick tour. They have a great selection of new bikes. Much more space than you realize from the outside. He introduced me to the lead mechanic who was very personable and was quick to help unload my bike. I am hoping for a good experience when I pick up the bike. They have lots of leather products for road and race, gloves, helmets.. etc. they offer track instruction, race day support among other services. 5 Star initial experience. took my mv agusta f4 in for diagnostics. Was supposed to be one hour to diagnose. 1300 dollars later (after dave insisted to take it apart) Was shocked when I got it back it in pieces in boxes and missing a lot of parts (it was dark when I picked it up (had to drive 3 hrs to get there), and they assured me the parts were there in boxes). They didnt bother to even put the kickstand back on, so it was difficult to ship back on trailer. they assured me they would ship the missing parts later after I noticing the next day at sunlight. They never did, then just stopped answering my emails. Had to dispute. They are crooks, very expensive and inconsiderate. You're better off downloading the manuals and doing it yourself. They kept thousands of dollars in parts. read more
