We had a great conversation with Kristina where she educated us on different types, sizes and speed for first time riders. She answered everything from required insurance to maintenance concerns, putting my over protective mother nerves to ease. She quickly zeroed us in on a 2021 Super Hornet with low miles and a good price. No haggling or BS... they even threw in the helmet for FREE. With most other places selling vehicles over MSRP and long lead times on orders because of supply issues, it was great to just walk in and walk out with the bike we wanted. Everyone was super helpful and instantly made us feel like part of the family. We will be back again soon since my husband has his eye on something else.

He kept me up to date on the progress of the repair via texts and photos. He even delivered the bike back to me earlier than expected and at a very reasonable price. Craig was professional, friendly, obviously knowledgeable and his attention to detail was readily apparent. Reed Cycleworks will definitely be the first place I call for future motorcycle repair. Called a few places and was immediately struck by Craig's attitude and knowledge on the call. I felt like this would be a more personal service by someone who works on bikes out of love for bikes. Just a few days later, the bike was done and works great! Then there are extras: he adjusted my chain, and lubricated it after suggesting that I do this more often and how. He degreased the front end from leaking fork oil. He pointed out that my rear brake needs new pads very soon (and got me pads at cost). Let me ride it a bit and then adjusted the front to my liking after rebuild. Overall, great experience for a very fair price. Definitely suggested!

I left a message about the wiring job for two DRL running lights that I had already installed on the fender of my Honda Rebel 1100 DCT. A gentleman named Preston called me and advised that his technician could do the wiring job easily. This is where I screwed up! I brought my bike to him to do the job. Big mistake on my part. On this first try, the technician named Dewan worked for 3 hours and got the wires connected but stated that he had to install a relay as the lights were not bright enough. So I had to take the bike home without the DRL lights connected. After 7 days and multiple phone calls, Mr. Preston advised me to bring the bike back to him and he could "get this job finished " BIG MISTAKE ON MY PART!! I'm in the Addison Foxhole waiting room. It's been 4 plus hours and no end in sight. His technician is not available and Mr. Preston will do the job himself WITHOUT the RELAY. - Mr. Preston is very argumentative and can't or won't tell me when he will complete the job. I'm stranded in Addison Foxhole waiting room. What an experience. I paid Addison Foxhole $159 after the first installation attempt. Addison Foxhole won't refund my money and advised me that this was his shop and he was working as fast as he could. As I said BUYER Beware!!! If the system would have let me I would have rated Addison Foxhole a zero rating if I could have.
