These things can retail for almost $500. The transaction was simple, cash only and the gentalmen explained all it functions very well. It was brand new, he opened the box, and explained all the items this board came with. Even though this place is a "hole in the wall" the service was amazing! The name "My Bike & Parts" is a little deceiving, as they don't have many "parts" the sell ATV's, dirt bike, go carts, dune buggies, scooters, hoover boards and mopeds. Their top manufacturers are TaoTao, Roketa, & Best Ride On Cars. The offer Gift certificates & layaway plans. Terms & Condition Payment Options: 1.     We went in to buy a new Indian. We had everything worked out, no negotiation necessary. It took 2…read morevisits, multiple emails and hours in the dealership to get the paperwork correct. Every time they brought paperwork over for signatures the numbers were different. This was some shady stuff. The price was wrong, we were double taxed, etc. Then when we were done the person working with us just walked away. Never telling us we were done. We sat there for a while until I finally went and asked and he said we were good. It was weird. The first finance person we were working with was so shady and rude and painfully slow. Sometimes disappearing for 30 mins. I signed paperwork stating there was no charge for the battery program, wheel/tire and security. I even asked him about it and he confirmed to my face they were included. Then miraculously that paper was missing and there were charges for them. He also said the "lo jack", which isn't actually lo jack, will save us 10% on insurance. I work for an insurance company, there's no savings. When we took delivery of the bike my husband drove off with it and the TPMS went off. When he got home the tires were at 20 psi. As he started looking at the bike and reviewing how to work on it he realized the battery cables were loose, the spark plugs were only hand tightened and a couple bolts were stripped. The battery was also dead from sitting in the showroom so we were told they were putting in a new battery. Turns out they just jumped the existing battery. Some of these items are dangerous and it's so scary that they would release the bike like that. I emailed Jena about these items just as an FYI so someone in the future doesn't get hurt but I didn't get a response. We also realized we didn't have the manual, keys, toolkit and the master PIN. That necessitated yet another visit to the dealership. It was clear no bike delivery checklist was done. I later found out from DPS when I tried to get my plates the dealer never registered the bike so according to the state the dealer still owned the bike. This took multiple emails and weeks to resolve. Everything just seemed so disorganized and everybody had different information. Every time we saw paperwork it was different and pages were always missing or wrong. In all honestly it seemed like this was a new dealer making their first sale. The whole experience was just strange. The manager acted like the cared but ultimately didn't really do anything to alleviate the situation.
