Well if you buy a bike from these guys and purchase a warranty don't expect to get you bike back any time soon, or even get someone that seems like they care! Over a month they have called once to ask if they could tear it down to see what was going on, I gave them permission to do so, 2 weeks later they call ask the same thing and it was the same guy I already gave permission, and he didn't even remember talking to me, so that means to me they didn't touch it for 2 weeks! Now I have started checking every week can hardly ever get someone to answer, just rediciouls, as a customer I would never treat my customer the way they do, next time I will go somewhere else for sure Brian read more

Great dealership. All the guys are very knowledgeable about what they're selling and eager to assist. Went to metroplex and dealt with a couple of dealers that absolutely SUCKED. Put me in touch with a local lender that made financing so simple I never even had to put clothes on to buy what I wanted. Beware!! I hired Sherman PowerSports which is now Texoma PowerSports to fix my Ranger in 9/29/21. After ton of phone conversations and waiting for month on parts I pick up my ranger with nothing Done on 4/9/2022!! When picking it up I told them it wasn't fixed as they was loading it and I was told to leave by Wayne or he was calling the cops. Within 30 minutes we have the whole ranger smoking like its on fire, no power stirring and no coolant, they had removed an hose and didn't connect it back on. They installed 1 of the many bolts needed that hold the skid plate on!(see video) I paid $3002.22 to get it fixed and nothing was even done, in worse condition then when I brought it in. Excuses after Excuses and the Customer Service Brandon and Wayne and new owner Brandon is horrible, very rude and disrespectful! The new owner telling me to go ahead and put it over everything he has a multi million dollar company my review isnt going to hurt him! The new owner told me that he was going to give me my money back but since he didn't like my tone and not talk to him with honey that he isn't going to or even fix my machine! Mind you I have been doing business with this Company for over 15 years and had no problems, until they changed ownership and now Sherman PowerSports and Aka Texoma PowerSports lost its morals!! This is a slap in the face and dont give a crap about your Customers! I would think twice about letting them work on your stuff, I most certainly learned the hard way! I will also be adding this to the BBB and anywhere else I can to share it! You may want to share with your family and friends before they get screwed. read more

Just horrible customer service in the service department. Took 3 weeks for what was suppose to take one day. I got a lot of "I will call you backs" with no calls. Had to show up to the shop just to get someone to actually talk to me and still couldn't let me know any details. While I was in no rush for the work to be done it was just a waste of time. When I finally got the estimate for the repair it was just absurd. Over 7 grand in work on a bike that brand new goes for 3 to 4 grand. This place is a complete joke. Just ask for Brandon according to him it's called babysitting to have to call a customer back. read more

Great Dealership, Great Experience! They have a great selection of street bikes, dirt bikes, and ATVs. I worked with Lee (salesman) and he was awesome. They allow test-rides and were willing to deal (2 main reasons I bought from them) with competitive pricing. Easy to work with and the staff has that "family" feel. They had an attitude with us the whole time, dragged his kick stand and scratched it up, almost dropped his bike and then when we were checking out the new tires we noticed that his rims were scratched to hell!
