Man what a great place!! Bought a new scag!! Great prices and owner is a cool dude!!

Bought a tractor and implements and spent over 30 K. Was told some features needed to be ordered from the factory and was told delivery would be the following Friday. Well, no tractor or implements delivered, no phone call to explain what the status is. I guess I will have to call them back again. Their communication seems horrible from the other comments I have read. I guess I am getting to experience that as well. I doubt I will buy here again, unless it is an emergency or they tell me they have everything in stock and I can take with me the same day. I guess their business model is to over promise and under deliver. read more

Terrible service, just needed some tires remounted on the rims for our go kart and they couldn't even get that right. Directional tires and they got that wrong. Took 2 days and was over 150 dollars. 2 of the tires were already on the rim just needed to be blown up. What a joke! read more

Literally called every Honda dealer from DFW to Texarkana to Shreveport to Austin to Midland, got the same story, Groms are very hard to come by and they wanted to charge $1,000-$1200 more than what Wise wanted. I ended up picking up 2 of them and they made it easy. Got in and got out. Great place and great staff, will be looking at them for my future purchases. read more

They have ATV's, Offroad dirt bikes, Scooters, and a lot of pre-owned motor vehicles as well. What is so cool about this place is that it shares the building w/ TLC Lawn Care. These guys are not only the cheapest lawn care in Decatur, they are also some of the very best. The store sells all types of mowers, services mowers, and sells patio accessories such as the Big Green Egg. They also service lawn mowers, and sell used and repaired mowers. Jason Chris Bobby and kelsey all pitched in to help me in a big way! I own a guest ranch and needed a part for my mower bc I of course waited to mow on the day my guests were arriving. The part was on order but that didn't help me in the moment. So these guys went above and beyond and literally took a part off of a floor model that they could replace the following day! Phew! Took a vintage (1984) Honda XR-100 into these guys for a carb rebuild, tune up, front fork rebuild and a new tires. Got it home to find the idle was screwed all the way in and even though it would start, it would not stay running even at that setting. Took it back for them to "make it right", got it home again and now it won't start at all even with a tow start. It is apparent that this service department doesn't know what they are doing. Not happy. Do your research before taking any bike here for repair. read more

I am giving Wise Honda a 1 star because of their service department. I had a great experience when I purchase 2 new dirt bikes and 1 new fourwheeler from the sales department. I asked about the service department and it was recommended by the sales. After the purchase I brought my running motorcycle in for a carb cleaning and throttle adjustment because the throttle was sticking. This was in November same time I purchased the new rides. I anticipated it being ready after the new year so I could ride with my kids for Christmas. But it wasn't done. Had my bike from November 12th to January 18th. Please take my advice and stay clear of this service department. Myself and numerous friends have had great experiences with the sales department. I have yet to test my bikes throttle but obviously they are not familiar with race bikes. No return calls, no updates. Price quote was not even close to actual bill. It's a dirtbike pretty cut and dry for a quality mechanic. I am embarrassed for them and their competence. read more

Long story but bye far the worst service department I have ever dealt with I left a talon to get stripes fixed and a antenna put on and a front end alignment it was under warranty I was told it would be 3 to 5 days it has been 3 weeks no phone call I call they say parts are on back order ok I get that no problem I say ok the only thing missing is wiring harness? Yes sir is everything else fixed it's been there 3 weeks li just bought this I gave over 26000 for it no sir we don't fix anything until all parts are in why would you not call and let someone know? So I geuas when you buy it its supposed to set in your shop and collect dust with that benign said sales experience was great but I geuss that is how it mostly works when you are writing check a phone call would have been nice I will pick up tomorrow!!!! read more

I'm writing a review for wise outdoor power which is owned by the same family as wise Honda. They share the same building. These guys are fantastic. I went zero turn mower shopping yesterday and I stopped in to see what they had. Their showroom is all decked out and everything was priced down to last detail. No surprises. They greeted me and walked me through what I needed. They have a huge selection so I was able to get the right zero turn for my yard. I'm proud to have bought my new gravely zero turn from wise outdoor power. read more

I had a poor experience at Wise Honda. I was looking for a new dirt bike for my 14 year old son. He is a very cautious boy who is learning to ride and does not like going fast. I have little knowledge and was hoping for good advice. I had seen the Honda CRF 150 R online and it looked good. When we got to the store my son sat on it and it felt the right size and very light. We purchased it without trying it, as typically dealerships don't allow you to try dirt bikes before buying them. I understand that. However, that is why it is so important to go to a store where they are knowledgeable and have your interest in mind. After purchasing the bike, my son started the bike in the parking lot was very scared of how powerful and fast it is. The dealership then offered to exchange it for a CRF 150F, which has a much more progressive engine, and they refunded the difference. Unfortunately they did not mention how heavy it is, 234 lb! He rode it in the parking lot and felt the size and engine were very good for him. Unfortunately, when we got home I unloaded it from the trailer and realized how very heavy it was. Trail bikes are meant to be dropped and picked up several times, particularly when the rider is learning. I emailed the store back but they did not even reply. I went back later the next day to hear that it is too late to return it since it has already been registered. The best they could offer was $2,200, after paying $4,353 (3,699 for the bike plus others including $118 for labor, $125 documentation fee, etc). I feel that if I had been counseled appropriately from the beginning I would not have lost more than $ 2,000 in less than 24 hrs. Their best suggestion was to wait until he is older and can pick up the bike. I called a different store, KTM of North Texas in Arlington. The people there are very knowledgeable and helpful. They were very familiar with this problem and have dealt with it many times: kids or females of similar height and weight to my son who are wanting to start riding dirt bikes. They helped me get a Kawasaki KX 100 (which they don't even carry), which has a weight of 170 lb, has the right size, and put a flywheel on it to make the engine very manageable. They let us try one before buying and it is an incredible solution. Thanks a million to them!!! They have my business for life. read more

dont go here to buy anything... they sold me a bike with carb problems on august 7th 2016.took it back on the 9th.the mechanic said it was that way on all of the carb 650's. i told them that if thats a known problem i didnt want to pay that much money for a bike that i have to mess with all the time. the salesman told me at the counter that if i was not happy with the bike bring it back. so i did.the owner asked his slaesman if he had told me that. he denied ever saying such thing. he lied to the owner telling him he would never say that to anyone!! they called and told me i could get my trade in back but they are keeping my $700.00 down payment.. i was lied to and cheated out of my money..what does that say about this place? dont let them get you too!!! read more
