Dustin was great to work with on a 2002 Harley Davidson Springer we purchased from him at Lucky Penny. Everyone was nice and greeted us as we walked in. If your looking for a motorcycle please reach out to Dustin at Lucky Penny. Thanks Dustin for taking care of us.

Huge skid on the primary

Experience wasn't great. Team was attentive guy named Gabe and finance guy named Darrel so I will say that but obviously when you are trying to get a sale that happens. Oh and they threw in the gap and warrants without even asking me first. I addressed it luckily. ordered a bike from out of state (not ideal) bike got here and is in very rough shape (i was assured before hand it wasn't in bad shape) every thing is nicked and dinged or is rusted paint chips missing lots screws are stripped. I also asked if the bike had been dropped and i was told no. Well the crash bar and giant chunk on the primary would say other wise. Pic below. Battery has already died and I can't get the screw out to connect to a tinder. Oh and there was sharpie on a chip from the caliper... I asked them questions about the shape of the bike and I was assured that it was top notch. I feel like i was duped. What i paid for the bike is no where near what i would have paid had i known it was in such bad shape. Yeah. this place is terrible but would recommend disclosing some of these things to the person buying even if that means not potentially getting the sale. also not making excuses like low turns and other lame justifications for what you all did. I'm now locked into a bike that's isn't worth much. When I texted them they didn't try to make it right at all. I don't recommend purchasing from out of state or at all for that matter

Lucky Penny new bike purchas

Went into Lucky Penny every weekend for about a month and was always greeted by their excellent staff. They answered all questions I had, especially by Bre, she's great!!! Bre help me through the whole process and was a wonderful experience. I also looked around at other motorcycle shops and Lucky Penny has the best bikes hands down. I decided on the 2010 Harley Davidson Fatboy and I am very happy with my purchase.

Great place with hard working people who know how to take care of customers. Bought from them and run all my service through them.

Gabe was so patient as I tried out many different types of bikes until I found this Harley just for me.

It's been 25,000 miles and 15 months since I purchased my 2021 Yamaha FJR1300 from AMTC. For some reviews, you need time and miles. I bought the motorcycle for 2 reasons: first, to take a trip from my home town, Albuquerque, New Mexico, to Paducah, Kentucky to see the full solar eclipse. And more importantly, as a daily rider and motorcycle for instructing riders. (I'm an on-street motorcycle instructor.) My experience with the dealership may have set the tone for me love of my bike. I searched online, found the bike. Gorgeous, low miles, polished (with a "sure it got bent backing out" brake lever that they fully disclosed!) The price was 3k below book, and the bike was clean and clear. I interacted with Riley and Adam, when everything went through, and when I initially put my interest inquiry in. The process was quick, smooth. Overall it was a legitimate pleasure. A call, a couple e-faxes. A couple emails. The longest thing about the process was the TSA line for my flight to pick up my bike. I was in the dealership for around 10 minutes while they put my thermal gear plug on my bike and wheeled it out. Paperwork was done via fax and email in under 2 hours , from inquiry to "congratulations on your new purchase." If they have that R1 when I'm looking for it, or if I decide to get a Harley, I'll be back here without hesitation!

The sales team is awesome BUT the service department is a Joke they pride themselves on selling…read morebikes that have gone through a 32 point inspection but i recently bought a bike back in February that had numerous light issues that i didnt notice until i got the bike home (Online Buying Experience) but they did pay to have it fixed. My bike has the lower fairings with the radiators the reservoir was empty when i spoke to a mechanic in the service dept he swore up and down Harleys are air cooled. I have sense put around 700 miles on the bike and lost most of my clutch feeling a few days ago. Guess what the clutch fluid was almost a milkshake guess i should have checked it when i noticed the lighting issues.. DO NOT BUY A BIKE FROM THEM WITHOUT SEEING THE BIKE FIRST HAND
