Drove 2 hours from Tyler, Tx to get some apparel just to get the wrong shirt put in my bag. Called to ask if they could ship me the correct one and they said they would not and it would be at my expense to ship the wrong shirt and then pay shipping back to Tyler with the correct shirt. I don't blame anyone on this mistake just wish they would own up to their mistake and ship the right shirt. I have proof of purchase and to be treated like this sucks I own a Harley and I feel like they did not even try to make things right. Management yall gotta do better. read more

Wow! This Harley location is HUUUUUUGE. I stopped in to get my dad a poker chip and a T-shirt, which I do in every city I visit. The show room is filled with dozens of motorcycles, they have a whole wall of helmets and safety gear and accessories. Their retail department is larger than most dealerships I've visited, full of apparel for the whole family as well as decor and collectible items. I found all kinds of things to send my dad for his collection that I hadn't seen anywhere else. Customer service was top notch. Highly recommend! read more

I had an issue that had carried on for 15 months. After 15 months of run around & BS from previous Service Members, I had enough!! I went in to the shop (extremely frustrated) I spoke to a young man who told me the same 15 month story that my part was still out of stock. I asked for the person in charge & was taken to Chris in Service. After about 15 more minutes of Chris checking & calling to attempt to acquire the part but no support from other dealers, explained to me that he had done everything possible. I explained that was unacceptable at 15 months & I wanted to talk to the ranking person on site. This lead to Mike the GM. After a brief discussion, Mike & Chris came up with a solution!! They took great care of me & my scooter. Chris is now MY GUY, I don't want to work with anyone else in service. Mike the GM, also professional & responsive. My wife was treated EXTREMELY rudely in your store yesterday (29 JUL 2021 about 1pm). She Had her bike towed to the service dept. for repair. She asked a parts guy at the service desk a question, he started yelling "we're really busy", in the most rude/offensive manner, she was scared/shaking, almost crying, and embarrassed her in front of other customers. She talked to a very nice manager about it, who was very understanding and tried to put her at ease. I will NEVER let my wife walk into this dealership by herself again! Experience really started off a good one with this dealership. Went in to get a Livewire Del Mar. Ran credit. Was offered 3 different financing options. After going home to make sure everything worked out for our family financially, get a call that finance messed up and it's actually a $150 month higher payment? Inquired about mileage allowance, says 6k per year for this financing deal but Livewire has a typo and they can't honor? Salesman great guy, bewildered too. The bike came to me as a bike that had been in a fire , worn out brakes , low on oil , worn front motor mount , non working radio , blown speakers and more . Temp tag ran out in June 2020 it's Feb 2021 and I still have no tags . Lied to me and told me NJDMV was closed and they were the reason for the hold up . I bought a truck in PA after I purchased the bike from them and have had my tags for months now . Two friends bought out of state bikes and they have their tags . I had the distinct pleasure of meeting Mason here at this dealership. Most sales representatives are easy to forget, but Mason has reignited a deep love for Harley Davidson for me. He was extremely knowledgeable on the new lineups coming out, he was always honest about the finances and logistics behind the bikes at the dealership, and even took the time to make me feel like we were friends. Let me tell you a story. Went in to this dealership to look at a beautiful 2017 HD heritage, teal and white. Walked around and around and around the bike. Looked up repeatedly for a sales associate. There was a group of 5 or 6 sales guys right in front of me. Not one of them made eye contact or approached to asked to help or give me information or even to say hello. Then another sales guy walks by and says "like that bike, huh" and keeps walking. Really? In 2022? Are sales that great that you don't even greet a customer? This dealer misled, mistreated, and was downright rude to me and my family. My father and I went up to shop, me for my first bike, and my father for his first in a few years. Looking around, there were HUNDREDS of bikes on the floor. That was not the issue. The sales staff didn't approach us once. When we tried to get a gentleman to help us, he told us how busy he was and he would get with us in a moment. That's fine! His name was Freddy and I'm okay wish sales people being a little overloaded on a busy Saturday. Freddy, and Ethan (another salesman), were both friendly, and I was willing to overlook the fact that I had to hunt them down to get some help. My issues arose as I was looking at some softails, and at least 3 other salesman were standing in front of me discussing pizza and did not say so much as hello to me. The worst part of it all is when Freddy goes to get a person from the business section. After talking with Freddy, making it clear we were not buying today, Dustin, from the business office, came out to see us 20 min later. He brought out some numbers that my father had asked for. He was EXTREMELY pushy, and continually asked "how much are you putting down TODAY!?". When we made it clear we just wanted some quotes, I kid you not, he closed up his file, told us, "There must've been some kind of misunderstanding. Thank you" shook our hands and walked away. This is after the price they originally told us for the particular Street Glide was incorrect by at least $1000 for unknown reasons (not taxes and title as that was also not presented to us).Dustin's behavior was abysmal, and lost a sale for Freddy. I would NOT recommend purchasing a Harley from this dealer. Head south to Longhorn HD instead. Great events, even better folks. read more

I just bought a new road glide and paid 3k extra for a stereo upgrade... At my first service appointment they did the installation of my new stereo upgrade.. This was definitely a mistake, I wish I could undo... One of the worse speaker installation I've ever seen. Looks like they cut my saddlebag lid with a chainsaw, and the wiring inside bag was left loose and hanging, like there would never be anything else in there. I now need a new saddlebag lid and speaker install, and I guess the wire harness installation will be left for me to figure out... My worse fear is what I can't see, what's inside fairing, what other really poor workmanship do they find acceptable.... read more

GO TO ANOTHER DEALERSHIP! Their Service Dept. needs to go to "Customer Service school" to get educated! I go to the Allen HD dealership typically and got a quote for a new set of tires and a appointment. I later ran over a nail and had to do an emergency tire change and due to the fact that I live very close to Texas HD I took it there as it quickly lost tire pressure. They verbally quoted a price similar to the Allen dealership so I agreed and left it with them. It took them 5 days to change the tires. They also offered to buy my bike but the offer was very low. I came in and had to wait 20 minutes as two men were very upset and arguing with the service tech. When they left the service tech. simply handed me the invoice and walked away without saying anything. I was shocked because the invoiced amount was almost double than what they quoted me. I finally got the service tech. to speak to me and he shrugged and said that is what I owe. I asked for the service manager and he had the same attitude. I showed him a printed quote from Allen, TX HD and he simply said he charges what he charges. He had no justification as to why they charged almost double what another dealership charges, for the same service. I got the service manager's boss to come over and he would not bother to justify why his invoice was double another dealership but claimed that I must have had a special price from the other dealership. The time billed for a simple task was incredibly high. He also stated that they charge what they charge and people accept it. I asked at the payment counter about a "military discount" and was told that I had to buy something but repairs don't count. Poor customer service from all three levels of the Service Dept. Sky high prices as compared to another HD dealership 40 minutes away. Do yourself a favor and shop around for service and get lower prices and better treatment. This dealership leeches money off the people who love to ride and has no issue with draining as much money from their customers as possible. Take your business and your money to another HD dealership where you will be treated better and get better pricing. read more

We chose to shop for three bikes from Bedford based off of a friends recommendation. We bought three bikes because of their customer service. Our dealings with Freddy, Chad, Travis and Avery is why we bought three bikes on the same day without hesitation! There is no pressure, you feel like your hanging out with friends and you leave feeling like extended family. During our paperwork, Travis bragged about them being number one in Texas, I immediately asked why and without hesitation he said because we do what it takes to make things right. That's a pretty strong promise I thought, but they have proven it over and over again. I waited to write this review after enough time has passed for the "sell" to have worn off and really get to see how they fix "issues". a local dropped my 1996 dyna off a wrecker. Landing on the left side. trailered it to adam smiths Harley for insurance repairs. Insurance covered all repairs. no sooner a sales man called me wanting me to buy a new bike ?. I told him no I bought it the week adam took over and wanted to have it repaired. a month later they called me to pick up the bike it was ready. Rode off that evening when a employee I was riding with told me I had no tail light showing ? went back to the dealer to have it fixed the dude smelled like weed ?and told me not there problem the bike was out of the shop 7 hours and it got worse. they fixed it telling me I owed them money on the repair it was the handle bar oil tank on the bike. after a heated exchange . we left three days later the primay chain failed for not enuf oil in the primay case. they had replaced the primay with a new one from the insurance claim and told me a level 4 mmi tech had had put the proper amount of fluid in it. blew texas Harley off. friends from another club sent me to darrels custom cycle. he show me how much fluid half a quart oil was in the case and they had stripped the drain plug trying to put the plug back in and a lack off fluid had caused the failure. went back with the primay chain that had broken. and they treated me like a clown saying ya little shops trying to make harley look bad.The thing is your repairs cost me 1900.00 from another shop to fix your level 4 mmi tech not putting 1 quart of oil in the bike.I will never step foot back in texas Harley. and folks be very scared of the place and shop else where. read more
