First, I'd like to thank Freddy for being cool, calm, and collected. I dumped my new-to-me bike in the parking lot and he came straight out and lifted it with little comment or disappointment. Second, the location is setup to collect customers and future business. They walk around the place happy to help. Some may interpret this as aggressive. I found it friendly. Third, they are willing to help and do their part of the introduction process to make you feel comfortable and wanted as a customer even when they are in the middle of something. read more

Mr. Freddy is an amazing salesman! Welcomed us on a hot Texas day with cold waters and treated us like we were long lost friends. Didn't force us to buy anything like other Harley dealerships. Highly recommend. read more

I just completed a purchase online/long distance with Texas HD. These guys ROCK at this location. Kevin Harp has been outstanding through out the entire process and has gone above and beyond to ensure my statisfaction. Jose made the numbers right and was also great to work with from start to finish! Becca did a fantastic job with the long distance paperwork and financing... I have purchased Harleys since the 1970s and this purchase was the best I have ever been involved with.. Thanks Kevin and Texas Harley # 1. read more

Drove 2 hours from Tyler, Tx to get some apparel just to get the wrong shirt put in my bag. Called to ask if they could ship me the correct one and they said they would not and it would be at my expense to ship the wrong shirt and then pay shipping back to Tyler with the correct shirt. I don't blame anyone on this mistake just wish they would own up to their mistake and ship the right shirt. I have proof of purchase and to be treated like this sucks I own a Harley and I feel like they did not even try to make things right. Management yall gotta do better. read more

Texas Harley Davidson has the best staff I've seen in a long time. They all provided excellent customer service, were friendly and welcoming. I especially want to thank Anna, Sarah and Hunter, you three could teach a lot of dealerships about providing customer service. I wish I lived closer you would definitely become my shop of choice. Keep up the great work and thank you all for being so friendly. Harley Davidson needs to learn what this shop already knows. This is how you do business. read more

Their customer care is off the charts. They have you taken care of no matter what hurdles you bring to them. They are patient and enthusiastic at the same time. I am a very difficult customer to deal with and they handled me beautifully. Even after the sale they have stepped up and kept me happy. Go see Kevin, Nacho, and Becca. You will be glad you did. I wish all dealerships were like this one. read more

Loved this place. This is what I think Harley dealerships should be. When they everything is bigger in Texas well they were not lying Do my norm when visiting a place with a dealership stop for chips. This time I invested in a T because of the design. Walked in awwww looking at the size of the establishment and the amount of bikes one had to choose from. You would think we a place that size the staff would be overly aggressive. But they aren't. They stop by and check if you're good. The young lady who rang me up seen me taking pic. Yes I am that tourist. She told me they had the biggest bar and shield. It is so big they couldn't put it out side. She wasn't kidding. read more

Wow! This Harley location is HUUUUUUGE. I stopped in to get my dad a poker chip and a T-shirt, which I do in every city I visit. The show room is filled with dozens of motorcycles, they have a whole wall of helmets and safety gear and accessories. Their retail department is larger than most dealerships I've visited, full of apparel for the whole family as well as decor and collectible items. I found all kinds of things to send my dad for his collection that I hadn't seen anywhere else. Customer service was top notch. Highly recommend! read more

I had an issue that had carried on for 15 months. After 15 months of run around & BS from previous Service Members, I had enough!! I went in to the shop (extremely frustrated) I spoke to a young man who told me the same 15 month story that my part was still out of stock. I asked for the person in charge & was taken to Chris in Service. After about 15 more minutes of Chris checking & calling to attempt to acquire the part but no support from other dealers, explained to me that he had done everything possible. I explained that was unacceptable at 15 months & I wanted to talk to the ranking person on site. This lead to Mike the GM. After a brief discussion, Mike & Chris came up with a solution!! They took great care of me & my scooter. Chris is now MY GUY, I don't want to work with anyone else in service. Mike the GM, also professional & responsive. Thank you both for taking outstanding care of this very satisfied customer. read more

My wife was treated EXTREMELY rudely in your store yesterday (29 JUL 2021 about 1pm). She Had her bike towed to the service dept. for repair. She asked a parts guy at the service desk a question, he started yelling "we're really busy", in the most rude/offensive manner, she was scared/shaking, almost crying, and embarrassed her in front of other customers. She talked to a very nice manager about it, who was very understanding and tried to put her at ease. I will NEVER let my wife walk into this dealership by herself again! To be fair, All her experiences with other employees that day were over the top/awesome. She can't remember the name of the A-Hole who was so mean to her in the parts/service department. read more

The level of customer service is off the charts. Pricilla hands down should be a HD ambassador nationally. Welcoming, provided a tour, shared the new bike owner recognition wall and they have a barber shop on site and so much more. It's one of the largest and nicest HD dealers I've seen. read more

Experience really started off a good one with this dealership. Went in to get a Livewire Del Mar. Ran credit. Was offered 3 different financing options. After going home to make sure everything worked out for our family financially, get a call that finance messed up and it's actually a $150 month higher payment? Inquired about mileage allowance, says 6k per year for this financing deal but Livewire has a typo and they can't honor? Salesman great guy, bewildered too. Why would I want to continue with this purchase? read more

First things first. These are the COVID days and the hours on Yelp are wrong. The stated hours on Sunday when I visited are 10a in Yelp. New sign is posted outside . It's 11a on the new sign Impressions. Huge dealership. No bike sales on Sunday's due to Blue laws but a great day to look at them Ambience Big with a stadium like feel. Lots of accessories and bikes , However the bike supply seemed down a bit. Again Covid days people want to ride and buy a bike. Staff Helpful without being overbearing. Friendly and pleasant and answering questions. Overall Nice shop worth a visit to see one of the largest dealerships in the lone star state a and get a pin and shirt They did open at 11:00. read more

Should be a negative star option for this "dealership". It is ram like a buy here pay here used car dealership. Shady to the point I can't believe the franchise has not been pulled . live In NJ bought a bike on line And had it shipped to me . The bike came to me as a bike that had been in a fire , worn out brakes , low on oil , worn front motor mount , non working radio , blown speakers and more . Temp tag ran out in June 2020 it's Feb 2021 and I still have no tags . Lied to me and told me NJDMV was closed and they were the reason for the hold up . I bought a truck in PA after I purchased the bike from them and have had my tags for months now . Two friends bought out of state bikes and they have their tags . NJDMV is Not closed I was there in person to drop my old tags off . Dealer and Harleys Solution to the problem has been to just keep waiting . read more

Horrible service. Salesman Leon belittles me into acting like I cannot afford the motorcycle he's selling me. Asked for a ride and he didn't think I was serious about buying a motorcycle, showed license and filled out paperwork only to be told we aren't going anywhere we are done here when I called him out on being rude to me. Texas Harley. An experience unlike any other. I have not only personally worked at Harley Davidson dealerships, I have also been a long time customer of Harley Davidson products. I had the distinct pleasure of meeting Mason here at this dealership. Most sales representatives are easy to forget, but Mason has reignited a deep love for Harley Davidson for me. He was extremely knowledgeable on the new lineups coming out, he was always honest about the finances and logistics behind the bikes at the dealership, and even took the time to make me feel like we were friends. I left the dealership not feeling like I left a business transaction, Mason ensured I left there feeling like I do when I leave family holiday parties. It is sales representatives like Mason that have me continuing to come back to Harley Davidson. Not only would I recommend this dealership, I highly recommend anyone who is interested in purchasing a bike, to first talk to Mason. Thank you Mason, best of luck. read more

What an amazing store to come and visit! Ask for Mo! I want to start off by saying Mo is hands down the best customer service oriented Harley employee I've met and I have been to 24 different stores throughout my travels. My friends and I were on a business trip in Dallas Fort Worth, we decided we needed to get our Harley fix so we stopped by Texas Harley-Davidson. Mo greeted us almost immediately with a huge smile, took us on a tour of the facilities, introduced us to mechanics, and basically gave us Harley enthusiasts the time of our lives. Mo made our experience great and I will most certainly come back because of it. Thanks from Phoenix, AZ! read more

This review is primarily based on the sales rep Freddy. I have bought a few different bikes from different Harleys and this was my best overall experience I have had. Let me tell you a story. Went in to this dealership to look at a beautiful 2017 HD heritage, teal and white. Walked around and around and around the bike. Looked up repeatedly for a sales associate. There was a group of 5 or 6 sales guys right in front of me. Not one of them made eye contact or approached to asked to help or give me information or even to say hello. Then another sales guy walks by and says "like that bike, huh" and keeps walking. Really? In 2022? Are sales that great that you don't even greet a customer? Your chance to have a loyal, repeat purchase customer walked out the door. read more

This dealer misled, mistreated, and was downright rude to me and my family. My father and I went up to shop, me for my first bike, and my father for his first in a few years. Looking around, there were HUNDREDS of bikes on the floor. That was not the issue. The sales staff didn't approach us once. When we tried to get a gentleman to help us, he told us how busy he was and he would get with us in a moment. That's fine! His name was Freddy and I'm okay wish sales people being a little overloaded on a busy Saturday. Freddy, and Ethan (another salesman), were both friendly, and I was willing to overlook the fact that I had to hunt them down to get some help. My issues arose as I was looking at some softails, and at least 3 other salesman were standing in front of me discussing pizza and did not say so much as hello to me. The worst part of it all is when Freddy goes to get a person from the business section. After talking with Freddy, making it clear we were not buying today, Dustin, from the business office, came out to see us 20 min later. He brought out some numbers that my father had asked for. He was EXTREMELY pushy, and continually asked "how much are you putting down TODAY!?". When we made it clear we just wanted some quotes, I kid you not, he closed up his file, told us, "There must've been some kind of misunderstanding. Thank you" shook our hands and walked away. This is after the price they originally told us for the particular Street Glide was incorrect by at least $1000 for unknown reasons (not taxes and title as that was also not presented to us).Dustin's behavior was abysmal, and lost a sale for Freddy. I would NOT recommend purchasing a Harley from this dealer. Head south to Longhorn HD instead. Great events, even better folks. read more

Best HD dealership around. I've only had great experiences with almost all staff members from service to sales. They can be somewhat aggressive when it comes to sales, or prospective sales...so if you go to the shop, be well prepared for that. If you have your m class license, I recommend booking test rides. This will give you an understanding of what you'll want. They will set you up with a sales person after. Keep in mind they are a focused dealership so if you show your interest, they will try for the sale. read more

I just bought a new road glide and paid 3k extra for a stereo upgrade... At my first service appointment they did the installation of my new stereo upgrade.. This was definitely a mistake, I wish I could undo... One of the worse speaker installation I've ever seen. Looks like they cut my saddlebag lid with a chainsaw, and the wiring inside bag was left loose and hanging, like there would never be anything else in there. I now need a new saddlebag lid and speaker install, and I guess the wire harness installation will be left for me to figure out... My worse fear is what I can't see, what's inside fairing, what other really poor workmanship do they find acceptable.... read more

GO TO ANOTHER DEALERSHIP! Their Service Dept. needs to go to "Customer Service school" to get educated! I go to the Allen HD dealership typically and got a quote for a new set of tires and a appointment. I later ran over a nail and had to do an emergency tire change and due to the fact that I live very close to Texas HD I took it there as it quickly lost tire pressure. They verbally quoted a price similar to the Allen dealership so I agreed and left it with them. It took them 5 days to change the tires. They also offered to buy my bike but the offer was very low. I came in and had to wait 20 minutes as two men were very upset and arguing with the service tech. When they left the service tech. simply handed me the invoice and walked away without saying anything. I was shocked because the invoiced amount was almost double than what they quoted me. I finally got the service tech. to speak to me and he shrugged and said that is what I owe. I asked for the service manager and he had the same attitude. I showed him a printed quote from Allen, TX HD and he simply said he charges what he charges. He had no justification as to why they charged almost double what another dealership charges, for the same service. I got the service manager's boss to come over and he would not bother to justify why his invoice was double another dealership but claimed that I must have had a special price from the other dealership. The time billed for a simple task was incredibly high. He also stated that they charge what they charge and people accept it. I asked at the payment counter about a "military discount" and was told that I had to buy something but repairs don't count. Poor customer service from all three levels of the Service Dept. Sky high prices as compared to another HD dealership 40 minutes away. Do yourself a favor and shop around for service and get lower prices and better treatment. This dealership leeches money off the people who love to ride and has no issue with draining as much money from their customers as possible. Take your business and your money to another HD dealership where you will be treated better and get better pricing. read more

This place is fucking awesome Earnie great guy to deal with everyone in this place are great people love this place!!

We chose to shop for three bikes from Bedford based off of a friends recommendation. We bought three bikes because of their customer service. Our dealings with Freddy, Chad, Travis and Avery is why we bought three bikes on the same day without hesitation! There is no pressure, you feel like your hanging out with friends and you leave feeling like extended family. During our paperwork, Travis bragged about them being number one in Texas, I immediately asked why and without hesitation he said because we do what it takes to make things right. That's a pretty strong promise I thought, but they have proven it over and over again. I waited to write this review after enough time has passed for the "sell" to have worn off and really get to see how they fix "issues". A+++++ It's so much fun going up there now because it is a big family that really does care about your experience, the day of purchase through your continued business. Thank you to everyone, I am sorry I don't remember everyone's name. From the sales, finance, parts, service, bike detailing, follow up phone calls and event invitations, you can't beat the sincerity and service. Thank you so much to all of you for making our first Harley purchase experience so epic Go see them, you won't regret it, ask for Freddy and say hi to them all!! Update 9/4/20!! We had a couple of issues with our bikes, as well as needed parts put on that we purchased. Robert in the service department is amazing!!! He went the extra mile from the beginning of the drop off process to the bike pick up. He is professional, knowledgeable and sincere. Even after the bikes we're ready and sitting up front, I walked up with my lisence plate in my hand and without saying a word he took at and put it on my bike. His attention to detail is greatly appreciated!!! They truly make you feel like family read more
