Biggest Bar and Shield in the country

Texas Harley Davidson has the best staff I've seen in a long time. They all provided excellent customer service, were friendly and welcoming. I especially want to thank Anna, Sarah and Hunter, you three could teach a lot of dealerships about providing customer service. I wish I lived closer you would definitely become my shop of choice. Keep up the great work and thank you all for being so friendly. Harley Davidson needs to learn what this shop already knows. This is how you do business.

Loved this place. This is what I think Harley dealerships should be. When they everything is bigger in Texas well they were not lying Do my norm when visiting a place with a dealership stop for chips. This time I invested in a T because of the design. Walked in awwww looking at the size of the establishment and the amount of bikes one had to choose from. You would think we a place that size the staff would be overly aggressive. But they aren't. They stop by and check if you're good. The young lady who rang me up seen me taking pic. Yes I am that tourist. She told me they had the biggest bar and shield. It is so big they couldn't put it out side. She wasn't kidding.

After they serviced my Tri Ultra Glide! They detailed it! Excellent service department!

Great bikes. Awesome building that you can't browse or enjoy due to high pressure sales.

It's been 25,000 miles and 15 months since I purchased my 2021 Yamaha FJR1300 from AMTC. For some reviews, you need time and miles. I bought the motorcycle for 2 reasons: first, to take a trip from my home town, Albuquerque, New Mexico, to Paducah, Kentucky to see the full solar eclipse. And more importantly, as a daily rider and motorcycle for instructing riders. (I'm an on-street motorcycle instructor.) My experience with the dealership may have set the tone for me love of my bike. I searched online, found the bike. Gorgeous, low miles, polished (with a "sure it got bent backing out" brake lever that they fully disclosed!) The price was 3k below book, and the bike was clean and clear. I interacted with Riley and Adam, when everything went through, and when I initially put my interest inquiry in. The process was quick, smooth. Overall it was a legitimate pleasure. A call, a couple e-faxes. A couple emails. The longest thing about the process was the TSA line for my flight to pick up my bike. I was in the dealership for around 10 minutes while they put my thermal gear plug on my bike and wheeled it out. Paperwork was done via fax and email in under 2 hours , from inquiry to "congratulations on your new purchase." If they have that R1 when I'm looking for it, or if I decide to get a Harley, I'll be back here without hesitation!

The sales team is awesome BUT the service department is a Joke they pride themselves on selling…read morebikes that have gone through a 32 point inspection but i recently bought a bike back in February that had numerous light issues that i didnt notice until i got the bike home (Online Buying Experience) but they did pay to have it fixed. My bike has the lower fairings with the radiators the reservoir was empty when i spoke to a mechanic in the service dept he swore up and down Harleys are air cooled. I have sense put around 700 miles on the bike and lost most of my clutch feeling a few days ago. Guess what the clutch fluid was almost a milkshake guess i should have checked it when i noticed the lighting issues.. DO NOT BUY A BIKE FROM THEM WITHOUT SEEING THE BIKE FIRST HAND
