Let me preface my review by saying this is the first time that I have ever purchased a vehicle online. I typically visit the dealership, test drive and look over the vehicle before moving forward. Pretty much the normal process. After all, this is a pretty big "investment". Ultimately, I do not want to get screwed over. Who does, right? That being said, I have been in the market for a newer model Jeep for some time. I was casually online looking for a Jeep, when I came across Texas Best Used Motorcycles. The Jeep I spotted was very clean looking from the pictures. Texas Best had a loaded a 4.5 min. video on their site. This video made me feel very comfortable. Texas Best did a fantastic job of going thru the Jeep while it was running, showing every nook and cranny. I was able to hear the engine, and see that everything was in PERFECT working condition. Because of that sort of detail, I decided to inquire on the Jeep. I shot an email to the dealership, and received a call from their Sales Manager - Paul Ryan. Paul was excellent to work with. Right off the bat, he was up front with me. He said, he had numerous people reach out to him regarding this particular Jeep, but I was first in line, therefore, he wanted to give me the first crack at it. Now, I know what your thinking, "all dealers tell you that", and you would be correct. However, this Jeep was spectacular, I know he wasn't full of BS. I have inquired on many Jeeps over the past 6 months, and they are gone within minutes of being posted. He could have very easily made several calls and gone with the highest offer, but he didn't. He went in order of inquiry. He wasn't like most dealers that you come across - he was honest. After he answered my questions, I felt comfortable enough to move forward. I made an offer that was very fair, and Paul had made a sale. It was such an easy process and the price was great! Being from out of state, I was worried about transport of my new Jeep. Paul said he had the best broker in TX, and got me squared away. The price thru his broker was much cheaper than other quotes I had requested on my own accord. His company, was fast, reliable, and very communicative regarding where and when my Jeep will arrive. The Jeep arrived in perfect condition. Just as Paul had stated over the phone, Texas Best only sells the best, and won't screw their customer over. He was right! The Jeep was immaculate, just turned 4k miles and the prices was incredible. I had been looking a long time for a Jeep like this, and I finally found the unicorn. Fast forward a couple months, I text Paul asking him if he could extend my temp tags, because Covid had delayed all DMV processing in my state by 4-6 weeks. Paul could have ignored me. He sold the Jeep 2 months ago. Why should he care? But he responded within minutes and I had my new temp tags within 30 min of texting him. That is just the guy he is, and the exact type of salesman that I wanted to buy from. Thank you, Paul and Texas Best! You really are the BEST!! Well, I took notice of the two reviews that come before mine. My experience, however, seemed a little different. First of all, I went to Texas Best Used Motorcycles to buy... a motorcycle. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, to the point, knowledgeable and helpful. Big Paul is a rock star. I think he was as excited as I was. I Was looking at a 2017 Entegra Cornerstone RV from Texas Best Used Motorcycles, Don't buy anything from this company , because I was from out of town they promised me that there was no damage whatsoever , no scratches, no Rock chips , they said it was like brand new , so, I purchased a ticket to fly from Kansas City to Dallas Texas, what a waste of time and money, they are a bunch of liars trying to rip people off , it had rock chip all over , lose floor tiles, the grout between the tiles was coming apart, the driver side rear view camera wasn't working, an air conditioner vent on the ceiling was missing , And then the owner tells me that I would have been the fourth owner, the unit only has 6000 miles, very strange that it was sold so many times in only 6000 miles , I asked him very clearly on the phone if it was a one owner unit and they made me believe it was , terrible company , after I told him that they waste my time and money to fly to Dallas, they told me good luck and have a good flight home , they left me stranded in a parking lot and never even offered a ride back to the airport . read more

Don't buy from them!!!!! I bought a mustang Svo from them I found on EBay.They advertised that the car ran perfect and the air blew ice cold. Once I received the vehicle found that to be falsely advertised. The vehicle ran so poorly the delivery driver even noticed while taking off the truck. And yes the air blows cool if you don't mind listening to the belt squeal so loud you cant even hear your thoughts.I have spent over $700 to fix those two problems. I called and spoke with Jay. They never offered a resolution. I will be sure to rate them every where else I can including the better business bureau. read more

We bought what was supposed to be a preowned certified bike that this company had listed. The listing stated it had a 110 motor. We live in Midland so all trading was done by pictures, videos and talking to the salesman over the phone ( last time that will ever happen). We paid for the bike to be shipped in November. Not much more than piddling around town done until about March or April. Well, when we finally got the bike on a longer trip and at higher rates of speed the bike had a (death wobble), Very hard to control. After taking it to the shop and balancing tires, then buying new tires because it came with mismatched tires, that still didn't fix it. Had the swing arms, front and back motor mounts checked, oil changed in forks and checked we still have the wobble. Last mechanic noticed the engine stabilizer on the head was not there and then informed us the heads are not for an FLHX street glide but for a Dyna or a Soft tail. So I took the bike to a machine shop that stated it was unfixable because there isn't enough material on the head to drill into, so then I Notified this company ( Texas best motorcycle or American motorcycle trading, same company) of the issues and they basically said tuff luck. To top it off they sold us their after market warranty that doesn't cover crap because the parts or not OEM for this specific model. Starting to sound more like a chop shop!!! The salesman was great but I he after service sucks!!!! Don't expect a call back from the service manger either!!! read more
