I absolutely loved Texas Roadhouse. Everything about my visit from the service to bread was From the outside Texas Roadhouse reminds me of an old cow boy saloon. From the inside it is well decorated with a modern western theme you will find plenty of televisions and a casual atmosphere. As soon as we walked in the door three friendly people greeted us one of which grabbed a basket of fresh bread and walked us to our table. WARNING the bread is dangerous. They tell you the bread is baked fresh every five minutes, there is no doubt in my mind this is true! The bread was warm, soft and had a light glaze on the top; served with a side of cinnamon butter. I must have had four pieces, I could not stop eating the bread it was so delicious. The other really cool thing are the peanuts, you are given a bucket of peanuts and as you eat them you throw the remains on the floor. For an appetizer we ordered the chili cheese fries with bacon. These were done right, the fires were large, not greasy and had the perfect combination of chili, cheese and bacon. I asked for a side of ranch, that made these chili cheese fries the best I have ever had. Come to find out they also make all their own salad dressings, the ranch was very creamy, honestly I am not a sale person but this dressing made me want a salad. I did have a caesar salad and I was just as happy with the caesar dressing as I was the ranch. Main course I ordered prime rib. The meat was cooked perfectly, it had a crust that was amazingly seasoned. The prime rib at Texas Roadhouse is now my go to place for steak. The service was five star, out waitress was all over the table, never had an empty glass or plate on the table, she was friendly and very knowledagable about the menu. During or visit we had no less than three managers visit our table to ensure everything was to our liking. The cost of the meal and quality of the meat was by far a great value. Oh and who could forget the beer, ice cold and a ton of choices. read more

Texas Roadhouse was always the place my family chose for special occasions (birthday's, graduations, etc). But our last 2 visit have been so sub par that i'm not sure I would even return anymore. Our family loves Prime Rib and it cooked medium rare. The 14 plus years I've been going to Texas Roadhouse the Prime rib is cooked perfect! But the something has changed recently. The prices have dramatically increased while the quality of the meats have been below average. Our visit in June my wife received a piece of Prime rib that was so lean (it had no fat in the meat) that even though it was cooked med rare it was so dry. Our visit yesterday for our kids sendoff before they left for college and boarding school was going to be our last family meal for a while and we ordered Prime rib. All 3 of our med rare orders came cooked well done. We notified the mgr who took it all back and then returned and said all the prime rib that they had would come out well because thats all they had. We were all disappointed because that was what we wanted and there was nothing else that we wanted. The manager billed us for our soda and gave us a 2 person free entree for our next visit. My wife wanted to leave it but I took it anyway. read more

On Friday I came here for a good time with my lady for her birthday. We called ahead 5 hours and requested a booth. When we got there we were sat at a table unlike any other table in the restaurant in the back. Yes we are a black couple. I'm one for thinking the world is changing but I seen it in a different light that day. We were sat under a camera and that camera was pointed right at the table. We also sat under a speaker that would be fine one sec then go on blast out of no where as if they were trying to force us out of the restaurant. All of our food was extremely salty and we had to ask for things that other tables already had. The only lady in a red shirt up front was talking to us as if we didn't belong but this is a way no one should be treated based of perception. I only paid for the food because we didn't want to look how they were making us feel. We didn't have a good experience, this caused us not to enjoy the rest of our day. We were there 3/19/21 If you happen to be a big guy with Dreadlocks I wouldn't recommend this establishment for you. Choose somewhere else for a good time!!!! read more

During a recent visit to Texas Roadhouse, we experienced a generally positive dining experience in terms of both the food and service. The meal was flavorful and well-prepared, and the staff were attentive and courteous throughout our visit. However, as we continued to enjoy our meal, we became increasingly concerned when we noticed the presence of roaches in the dining area. This was understandably unsettling, prompting us to leave before finishing our meal. Despite this unfortunate issue, we felt it was important to acknowledge the positive aspects of our experience--particularly the quality of the food and the professionalism of the staff. We decided to settle our bill in full, including leaving a tip, as we did not want to penalize the team for factors outside their control. We hope that management takes steps to address the cleanliness of the restaurant to prevent similar situations in the future. While we appreciated the good service and quality of food, the presence of pests significantly impacted our experience, and we hope it can be addressed for the benefit of future diners. read more

I'm sad that society calls this a steakhouse. Does anyone not appreciate good steak anymore? The only reason that this place is getting three stars from me is because the buns were hot and delicious and the onion blossom was good and well flavored. But the main part, the steak, was a disappointment. Service was terrible too, but i don't much care for service as long as they give me good food. I was hungry, and it took them a while to get the food out to me. I waited with my buns for a while before they brought out both the onion blossom and my NY strip. The onion blossom made the meal seem promising enough, but when i cut into the steak, it was tough, and not the medium rare that i asked for. Overcooked. It also wasn't well seasoned either. It was a pile of chewy salty meat, and not at all the steak that i was expecting. I might go back there for the buns and the onions, and maybe some potato, but definitely not for the steak. read more

I am very disappointed with my experience at this establishment. The manager showed zero willingness to listen to customers' needs. Even after we explained that we were a group with children, there was absolutely no flexibility to seat us close together. The manager, Brenda, was especially unpleasant. She was very rude and even raised her voice in front of other customers, which is completely unprofessional. On top of that, she chose to address a situation publicly that could have easily been handled privately. What made it even more frustrating was that there were several empty tables, yet no effort was made to accommodate us or improve our experience. It felt like there was no interest in customer satisfaction at all. In the end, Brenda seemed more focused on showing her authority than actually doing her job, which is to serve customers properly. Very disappointing service that needs serious improvement. read more

This place was amazing! My cousin's and I were trying to find a place to go for the Bruins game and left 3 places before we attempted to call Texas Road House. The lady on the phone held a table for us by the bar that was awesome. We got there and someone took our table the management went over and told the people they had to leave that table and wait to be seated because we had called ahead of time. The food was great the price was even better. There drinks are cheap you should try the Cow Boy Margarita. Our server was Vinnie he was fantastic. After the service we got here we will be coming back more often. Go see Vinnie!! He's the man. Haha read more

So I go here to have a beer after work. I see the girls dancing (By the way they wouldn't let me dance again, the bump and grind was OK with the girls just not the management). But the food was great! I had the roasted chicken, wow, it was fantastic, roasted to perfection, dripping with seasoned juice dripping with taste. The chili was tasty, hold the onions for next time. They are heavy on the buttered bread, I need to save some for the chili next time. I started with a beer and with the heat tried a frozen margarita (Cherry) that was perfect. I need to get someone in that saddle, I'll be back! read more

The manager came to me while I was standing in front and had a typical holier than though attitude " we don't allow e-cigs " . My first thought was so you have banned boiling water in your restaurant? The Steam that comes from vapor has been approved by the FAA and Texas roadhouse seems to think that boiling liquid with NO SMELL is a bad thing and has an attitude when telling the customer. Well I eat out every Friday with my family and we will find other places to do so. so she can take her "oh my" attitude and shove it. ...... PS . THE PRIME RIB IS LESS THAN AVERAGE AND THEY FORGOT MY APP. read more

I've been coming here for as long as they been open. Never had a bad experience. But lastnight was special. I had a party of 11 people which is already tough for restaurants to deal with, but manager Victor made it special for us. My daughter had her 7th birthday yesterday and everyone made her feel like she was a queen and the food was always great. My daughter has special needs but manger Victor and our amazing waitress (i wish I grabbed her name) did everything to keep a smile on her face all night. Thank you team. We appreciate you. read more

I love the food, but the manager Meg Lillis, did not treat us as valued customers. In short we wanted to join friends to eat and it was ok by the waitress so i turned my pager in. Ms. Lillis insisted that we could not order food with our friend because he paid his bill. So after an hour late we were left without a table and without a meal. She could care less. An every week customer will never return. Things like this usually dont just happen to one person. She will lose the company much business with dismissive attitude. read more

Always a great meal! I've never been disappointed while eating here. Food is always fresh, hot and served immediately. You can pretty much order anything on the menu and be satisfied. I personally love the smothered chicken dinner with a house salad (they have the best Italian dressing) and mashed potatoes with brown gravy. The chicken critters are great, and the beef tips are amazing. All in all it's a great restaurant and soooooo much better than the microwaved food you would get at Friday's and Applebees! read more

My go to spot for quality food at a great price. There are not too many busy restaurants out there that offer great food, great pricing and great service anymore. If you haven't been to Texas Roadhouse before, I highly recommend them. They have the BEST Italian salad dressing in the world!!! Their Onion Blossom is amazing and so are the Rattlesnake bites - a must have! All in all... Quality food without outrageous prices. It can get pretty busy here, so I advise using their call ahead seating option. read more

I will say if it wasn't for our wonderful service from KARINA this review would have gotten 0 stars. The manager Deanna was a jerk and I'm not sure how she still has a job. KARINA on the other hand has the best table service and kept us laughing all night. She was amazing and I would give her 10 stars if I could. If you visit this establishment please call ahead and ask for her!! She is the best of the best at this restaurant and we couldn't have asked for more. I will only be coming back because of her. read more

THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE! EVERYTHING is over buttered, OVER cooked and WAAAY TOO LOUD! The Servers are stuck up overflirtatious bitches and the managers are jsut GOD AWEFUL! I saw them meandering around drinking while their workers were in the weeds!!!! The bar is....OKAY with over priced watered down drinks and the employees (besides the servers) are OBVIOUSLY over worked and underpaid! NOT TO MENTION THE COCKROACHES!!!!! THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE AND SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!!!! read more

Nothing Special. The best thing on the menu is the biscuits with honey butter. The steaks are very low end quality. I had a ribeye and my hubby had a sirloin, and both of them were more full of fat than actual meat. Both of us ordered margaritas with the extra kicker shots and it was a waste of money. Waitress was unattentive and we had to keep looking for her. We were never asked how our meal was. Music is way too loud and distorted. I will NOT return. read more

Great food, great service, great atmosphere...what more could you want. This is a chain restaurant, but I just heard of it a few months ago. They bake these sweet dinner rolls every 5 min that are DELICIOUS!!! You get all the free peanuts you want, and you just toss the shells on the floor (my little brother loved that!). This is a good family place, but also a great place to go with your friends and hang out around the bar. I'll definately be going back! read more

ok food I have been to Texas Road house a couple of times and the food is awesome. The rolls with cinnamon butter are awesome and the salads are great. Tonight we just went for drinks. They were good. When we got our check we were charged for the flavor of the drinks?!?! WHAT? A dollar per drink for flavor?!?! Im already being charged for a drink why are they adding the extra dollar per drink?!??!?!? I DONT THINK ILL B GOING THERE AGAIN. read more

I always go here for dinner. The food and drinks are delicious and the staff is very friendly and upbeat. The only reason I gave this restaurant 4 stars is because its always packed and the wait can take forever if you go on a weekend. Also, during the week they don't open until 3 which I believe is a little late for a restaurant. I wish they opened around 12 instead for lunch. But overall, this place is fun and has delicious food. read more
