I just wanted to say how impressed I was with Fernando. We called you because we had a couple breakers that were tripping frequently and need them to be troubleshot. Fernando explained what he was doing and why. He also explained why the proposed resolution was the best option. He was very thorough in his investigation. Very professional with the work that he completed. He was also extremely polite and respectful of our property. The price was reasonable as well. read more

Miguel was very responsive, and Fernando was fantastic. Great to work with and very skilled.

I had a couple of outlets installed in my condo. Fernando showed up on time and got it done as I had asked, for the price they estimated. Would recommend to others. read more

We need a kitchen outlet upgrade from 15amp to 20amp, an A/C heat pump circuit for the garage, a circuit power tap to hide cables for the mounted TV. They came same day quoted (impossible in Austin these days) and provided a reasonable quote. Professional through and through. Answered all my dumb DIY questions and even hoisted the heat pump up into the loft at no extra charge. Anytime I have an electrical project beyond my DIY skillset, these will be the first group I call. Don't let the quantity of reviews in 2022 scare you away. These guys are top notch! read more

Fernando helped us with the electrical needs associated with installing a television in a new location. He showed up on time, commmunicated clearly throughout the job, and finished the work efficiently and with quality. I've used Texas Electrical Connect twice now (and am asking them back for a third job) and the experience has been very positive. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them. Thank you, Fernando and Texas Electrical Connect, for setting the bar for quality and service! read more

My main AC unit was not getting any voltage into the furnace. the technicians were able to root-cause quickly the issue to a faulty switch in the attic, leading to the furnace. They quickly replaced the switch. The service was from one day to the next and they arrived on the promised time. The diagnostic and repair were quick. My only complain is on the cost. Too expensive. read more

We've used TEC a few times now and they're our go to electrician now. Fernando, our tech, is such a kind person and goes out of his way to explain everything he's doing. He also makes sure everything is put back the way it was. Pricing is very reasonable for the level of service provided. Highly recommend! read more

Miguel and his Team helped us with a new 200 amp Breaker Panel upgrade on our 60 year old house. They worked with Pedernales Electric to minimize the inconvenience of no power. The work took 2 full days to complete due to the age of the house and old wiring and they stuck with it and made sure the job was done right. The price was extremely fair and they stuck to the original price quoted. We could not be happier with the results and Whole-Heartedly recommend Miguel and the Team at Texas Electrical Connect. read more

Miguel was an awesome communicator and got me an estimate and appointment set up super quickly. The tech that came out to work on our exhaust van, Argenis, was very kind and did an awesome job and cleaned up thoroughly when he was done. I am so glad to have a reliable electrician that we can call for future projects! read more

The problem consisted of 6 overhead canister lights in my kitchen did not light up when I flipped on the wall switch. My kitchen was very dark making cooking nearly impossible. A very professional electrician by the name of Fernando who is employed by Texas Electrical Connect came to my house + identified the problem as a bad wall switch. He replaced the wall switch and now all 6 overhead lights work. He was professional, competent , kind, efficient and most helpful He not only fixed the problem but properly labeled the circuit breaker box components to identify which black buttons controlled the kitchen lighting. This professional is AMAZING. HE DID A SUPERB JOB. I would definitely recommend this company and this electrician. read more

Fernando was professional, courteous, and solved my issue same day! This company has great service and communication. So happy with who I called! read more

First, I can't overemphasize how clean the work they did was given the rate at which they did it. Miguel and his team make their finished work look like it has always been there - not like a repair or an upgrade. I can guarantee you it's going to look sharp. I was also impressed with Miguel's prompt and customer-service-oriented communication skill, and his initial strategy for getting the job done. Further, Miguel's crew was almost deferentially polite, courteous, and friendly but with solid professional boundaries. It's hard to find that level of professionalism anymore, especially in a newer, growing company. But perhaps most importantly, I was impressed with the flexibility and agile manner in which the job was completed. There were some unexpected speed bumps we ran into with my older house, and the proposed solutions were quickly addressed and the plan adjusted with minimal downtime. We did have to work on the timing a bit, but, having seen some of the problems a big electrical rework can require, you have to, as a smart customer, be able to work with a small crew on timing if something becomes complicated. Miguel worked with me in lock-step to adjust his schedule to mine and make sure the scope of work was completed in a reasonable amount of time. These guys do excellent work, have excellent customer service, are trustworthy and knowledgeable. I will be recommending them to my friends and family and hiring them out again. Great work! read more

Miguel, the owner, was very responsive and did a great job coordinating sending out his tech. Fernando, the tech, was extremely polite and professional. They were able to diagnose an issue with one of my 3-way switches. The original wiring from our home builder wasn't done very well. TEC gave a couple of options and did a great job implementing the option I chose. read more

TEC was a great company to work with. Between the six quotes that I got from Yelp, Miguel was the fastest, friendliest, and most responsive person who responded. He came out and did the job fairly quickly and even cleaner than he communicated. The new outlet above our fireplace was a great addition and he made it look seamless. The only issue was that he was about an hour later than he told me he would be, which was a bit inconvenient during our work day. I would call TEC again first to get a quote or job done. read more

Quick response to our service request, and the work completed (replacing a kitchen LED light and evaluating a dimmer switch) went smoothly. Fernando did a great job and followed our requests, which included wearing a mask. We've been looking for an electrical contractor since the last company went out of business. Given their work and the fact they're LatinX owned, I think we've found our new outfit. Thanks folks! read more
