I purchased my S580e three months ago and was amazed at the level of service this dealership showed. On the day of my purchase, I was particular with my needs, and they checked every box. My Sales agents, Anthony Surface and Sammy Mourtada, couldn't be beat. The speed and efficiency with which they do business, I was on the road with my new vehicle in the time most people spend on a lunch break. Albert in the service department is top-notch in professionalism, quality control with a great personality to boot! Lastly, the Sales Manager Nick Botusan made me a customer for life. They make places like AutoNation Texas (Purchased 5 vehicles prior) look like they are not in the same business. I wish I could give this place 10 stars.

It was such abhorrent nonsense, their finance guy claimed "no one has ever bought a used vehicle from us without purchasing these extras" (again, extras no one would ever buy these items on purpose-- no one.) If that's the case (and I'm sure that was a lie,) then the true price should be listed on autotrader-- not the B.S. bait price. Eventually took a few hundred off, but still was forced to pay more than the price on autotrader to complete the sale. Could easily tell this was their M.O. and it is disgraceful.

I spent $80,000 on a vehicle here and only moved forward because I was told multiple times that putting the deal under my business--and the amount I put down--would build my business credit and position me to use my business credit for my next purchase. That is the reason I did this deal. I have documentation of those statements. After the purchase, I confirmed the account was never reported to any business credit bureaus. It did nothing for my business credit. They told me this would build my business credit. It did not. That's the bottom line. If that had been made clear upfront, I would have walked away immediately. Instead, I made an $80,000 decision based on information that did not turn out to be true. The follow-up afterward only made it worse. I was contacted in a way that made it clear there was no real understanding of what actually happened or why there was an issue in the first place. The only person I had a solid experience with was DL. Outside of that, be extremely cautious--especially when dealing with financing and management. Verify everything yourself in writing before you sign anything. Because of this, I am filing complaints with the Better Business Bureau, the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles, and the Texas Attorney General. Business owners, protect yourself. Do not rely on what you are told, get proof. Based on my experience, I would not do business with North Side Imports again. Ryan Flores will call you wanted to talk to you with no information about what's going on. As a owner and owner of a new dealership, you can tell he's just using daddy's money and his employee are going to be the place shut down lying to people.

i went to Christian Brothers Automotive in Spring to diagnose a ticking noise coming from the…read moreengine on a car I just purchased. I ended up paying a little over $1200 for the diagnosis which also included a charge of $250 for spark plugs, $250 for radiator coolant flush and $250 for brake fluid flush. The technicians diagnosed the problem as a knock and I needed to replace the engine but with nothing to back up their diagnosis. I went to another shop and got the same diagnosis, again, with the same diagnosis and nothing to back up or guide me to the problem. Finally, I called Angel Car Medic (via Yelp) and got a very detailed diagnostic report including cylinder pressures. They pulled the spark plugs and showed me how bad they were - even after just being replaced. Long story short, the diagnosis Christian Brothers provided was correct but they charged way too much for the other services. I was so stupid to select them for this!

I typically show up with no appointment and I'm in and out in about an hour or so. Obviously, if you show up at peak time, or on a Saturday, it can take longer. There's a Taco Cabana within walking distance, so I typically walk over there, have a few margaritas, walk back and I'm out the door. If that isn't your thing, they have several nice, large waiting areas with complimentary fountain drinks and coffee. The customer service is just outstanding! I've been coming here for several years and have never had a negative experience. Every service representative that I've delt with has been a pleasure and on many occasions, have surprised me with a coupon or discount that I wasn't expecting. I will always drive a Toyota and as long as I live in this area, I will always give my business to this dealership.
