When I pointed out that I didn't want these things, they flipped the script and said I "was asking for a discount" as opposed to what I actually wanted which was to pay for the car, dealer fees, and be done. Shady practices like these should be avoided and dealers need to be shamed when they try tacking on packages that cost 1/5 of what the car itself costs.

To top it off, Service Manager Mackenzie ignored my follow-up requests for days. This follows a previous incident where they cross-threaded my oil pan and denied responsibility. They will spam you…read more I have been receiving promotional and spam emails from them ever since 2023 when someone misstyped their email when buying a car (their email has one character off from mine). I've been begging them to take me off their email list for years but I keep being added again. I recently received emails again in November 2025 and I expect I will continue to receive them. The worst, most egregious example is that they even sent me an email requesting approval for works carried out on someone's car - keeping in mind i am not their customer. BEWARE if you work with them and someone starts approving works for your car because they sent it to the wrong email!!! I live in a completely different country and do not drive. I am not their customer. Terrible data security, spammy business. Terrible.
