We submitted an internet inquiry Thursday evening. Courtney contacted us the next morning. We were at the dealership that evening buying the Stelvio! Courtney was very friendly and knowledgeable. She took her time with us explaining the features of each model we were looking at. They gave us a great trade in for our Volvo. The dealership is nice and offered drinks and snacks. Finance was a breeze. Nothing was snuck in nor was there pressure to purchase any 'packages' which was a relief. It was the most painless car buying experience we have ever had. I highly recommend Courtney as a salesperson and Northside Imports as a dealership. We are so happy with the car buying experience and love the Stelvio! First class all the way!

Summary: Northside Imports wanted to charge me $11,190.11 to fix something on my car that didn't need to be fixed. Helfman Maserati of Sugar Land fixed the real problem for $2,653.57 and the car has been running great! Working with Northside Imports was absolutely the worst experience I have ever had from any mechanic in my life. If you are thinking about using Northside Imports to fix your car, think again! If you are considering purchasing a vehicle from them, don't. They are incompetent and dishonest. Find another dealer! Round 1: After having my mechanic install a clutch in my Maserati, I brought Northside my car which was running and shifting fine. However, the new clutch needed to be synchronized by a Maserati certified mechanic with the right equipment. I had also told Northside that the radio needed to be reprogrammed and that I had had the code. I expected this to be a 5-minute job for them. After about a week, Northside called and told me that my car would no longer start. Northside told me that the F1 pump had failed and that it would cost me $2,000 for the part and $2,000 for the labor to have it fixed. According to Northside Imports, it was necessary to drop the transmission to replace the F1 pump. Northside also told me that the radio was not the original radio that came with the car and that they would have to pull the radio out, get a number off of the back of it, and send it to Maserati in Italy to get the proper code. This was going to cost an additional $300. When I told the mechanic that replaced the clutch, he told me they were not telling me the truth. He told me he knew exactly where the F1 pump was and that he could replace it in about an hour without dropping the transmission. To verify this, I went ahead and called Helfman Maserati of Sugar Land and they agreed with my mechanic and told me it was unnecessary to drop the transmission to replace the F1 pump. Subsequently, I towed the vehicle back to my mechanic, had him replace the F1 pump which I got new on eBay for $400, and I towed the vehicle back to Northside Imports so that they could finish the synchronization of the clutch that I had already paid for. As for the radio, my mechanic took the code that I gave him and was able to get the radio working for free without having to pull it out. Round 2: After having my Maserati towed back the second time at Northside Imports, I eventually received a call from them that the aftermarket F1 pump that my mechanic put on was not OEM, that the F1 system had been compromised by my mechanic, and that the entire system needed to be replaced for $11,190.11. Having some history with Northside at this point, I was pretty much done with having them do anything on my car, so I went ahead and towed the vehicle directly to Helfman Maserati of Sugar Land. Round 3: Helfman Maserati of Sugar Land did an amazing job of fixing my car! They said something was screwed up with the computer that was preventing the car from starting and they had to take it out and send it to Maserati to have it reprogrammed. Since this was not an issue that existed before Northside Imports had the car, I suspect that they were responsible for causing this for about $1,200. Helfman then fixed the transmission leak for another $1,200 that Northside wanted $11,000 to fix. Conclusion: I have been driving the car and it starts fine, the clutch is working great, and there are no transmission leaks. Do not do business with Northside Imports. If Helfman Maserati of Sugar Land was not around, I would tow my car to a Maserati dealership in Austin before I ever let Northside Imports touch my car again. And if you are not using them for car maintenance, do they really sound like someone you would want to purchase a car from? Car dealers have such a bad reputation to begin with and Northside Imports really lives up to the stereotypical negative expectations often associated with businesses just like this.

Paid over $1000 to have an exterior trim piece re-attached on my Fiat. First time, the trim detached after a few weeks. Requested a loaner since it was their bad. Had to wait a month and a half to bring back for redo waiting on the loaner. Finally went to pick up the vehicle and it looked like a backyard repair (See picture) I could have done. Had to argue with the service writer (Camron) that it was not acceptable. He got real snitty about having to redo the work again, telling me that I would be behind 16 other repairs he had to have completed before getting to mine. That is until I requested the Service Manager's business card. Received a call yesterday from Blake, the Service Manager, telling me that the repair work was "lousy" and that he had it redone and I could pick up the vehicle in 2 days. All I can surmise is that they charged me Maserati prices and put their third string player on the repair job. Hope the work is satisfactory this time, really do not want to deal with Camron and his childish attitude any more.

If you're looking to change it up and drive an Italian ride...come to Northside Imports...they strictly sell Fiats...Maseratis...and my favorite...the Alfa Romeo...I purchased my Giulia from here...and been treated like I was their number one customer ever since...their customer service is the best...by far...and after my purchase...a large gift basket was left doorstep...filled with Italian goodies...when you come to location...you won't be hassled...and they will allow you to look around until you have a question...their selection is nice...and their prices are fair...after you purchase your vehicle...they will continue to contact you...occasionally...just to keep that seller/buyer relationship honest...and if you have to take your vehicle in for any type of maintenance...the guys here have all of the top of the line equipment...and even the maintenance area looks beautiful...I'm glad I made my purchase from this location...and if I had to do it again...I would not hesitate...you should visit this location...and drive away in a little Italian luxury...trust me...you want regret it...

So much for their 110 point inspection. Any mechanic worth his or her weight would have noticed the suspension was loose. I could wiggle this by hand. Less than 3 days off the lot. Not impressed at all.

Lovely looking car right?! Nobody around.,

However, I am not satisfied with Mr. Rivera's service. Over the course of my experience with him, he treated me less like a customer and more like a scam artist and completely soured my relationship with this dealership. I was willing to purchase the vehicle without a test drive and trust this business because I was impressed with how thoroughly serviced the vehicle appeared on the CarFax and how highly rated this place appeared. While I suspect Mr. Rivera is a lovely man and sales representative in person, he does not seem fit to handle online sales. He was extremely unhelpful and made me bend over backwards to prove myself committed to this transaction. I understand the trouble outside financers can cause and that there are bad actors out there issuing bad checks, but I would not have wasted my time with a dealership in another city around the holidays buying a used vehicle that I hadn't even seen in person if this was not a car I had been truly committed to purchasing. I spent days just asking for him to cooperate by accepting my down payment, my credit union's approval notice, the agreement to pay, the tracking number for the check, and the instructions for how to finish the title application as proof that my credit union does not need the title before the check is cashed, only to be told that he will not take my money until he gets the check in hand from my credit union. It took my bank calling him directly to take the down payment, yet all I heard back from him in the time since was that he was still waiting on the tracking number, which had been emailed to him. Moreover, if Mr. Rivera was so hesitant to trust me along the way, his ability to call my credit union and confirm the loan's approval and the incoming check was always an option rather than speaking to me like I was trying to pull some kind of scheme. Because the only mode of communication where he was cooperative was by phone, I was written up at my job for trying to deal with this in a timely manner. So much trouble could have been avoided had he simply been more equipped to conduct business via email or taken the time to call my credit union. Again, I'm certain Mr. Rivera is a perfectly fine salesman on the floor. The phone calls I did have with him were personable enough, but his ability to conduct online sales is sorely lacking. Additionally, on the day I scheduled to pick up the vehicle after finalizing the transaction with Miguel Castaneda, I can't say the service there fared much better. I was rushed in and out the door after my test drive and given no time to go over what I was signing, nor did anyone even explain what each paper I signed was. When I reached out to Mr. Castaneda for digital copies, I was given a fraction of the documents I signed. I recognize that I stressed my own tight timeline as someone who wasn't local to the area, but the issue wasn't the hour I scheduled to be there - it was merely the day that was imperative. Overall, I may be content with the vehicle I purchased, but this entire ordeal was by far the most unpleasant interaction I have ever had with a sales team, and I cannot in good faith recommend my Houston family to this dealership.

I bought a car from NexCar in July 2025, and I just got around to changing the oil on it. I found that the technician at NexCar cross threaded the drain plug (this damages the oil pan, leads to oil leaks, and can put metal shavings in the oil), and I know NexCar did this because they change the oil on all their cars. To remedy their mistake, some gorilla put RTV silicone all around the plug and WAY over tightened it (this further damaged the pan and can put silicone in the oil). I immediately took pictures and videos of their horrible repair and got a repair quote from a local shop. I sent these to Beto, a service representative, and he took days to respond after repeated calls. Today, after the car has been waiting in a shop for three days, I called again just to be informed by the owner that the cars are sold "as is" and they won't pay for the repairs. If I bought the car from someone on Facebook, I would assume such risks. However, this was an established business with seemingly good reviews. NexCar strung me around for a week waiting an answer and repeatedly ignored my calls. What NexCar did was crooked, and businesses like them give used car dealers a bad reputation. If I could leave a 0 star review, I would.

I provided exact details of the deal I was looking for, including: 2026 Hyundai Tucson Limited (Hampton Gray) 36 months / 12,000 miles $3,000 down $380-$390 monthly All taxes, registration, and fees included No additional or hidden costs These terms were confirmed in writing, and I was asked to come to the dealership. I have screenshots as evidence. When I arrived at the dealership, I was told the deal was $90 MORE per month than what had been confirmed. This was a significant change from the written agreement and was never disclosed beforehand. When a supervisor came out, instead of honoring the written confirmation, the salesperson distanced himself from the agreement. The supervisor identified the salesperson as "J-R", and the situation was handled in an unprofessional manner. At that point, I was left with the impression that the name provided earlier may not have been accurate or complete. This experience felt like an attempt to bring me into the store under agreed terms and then change the numbers in person. That is misleading and a waste of a customer's time. I strongly recommend that anyone dealing with this dealership get everything in writing and verify all numbers before visiting. This experience negatively impacts the dealership's credibility and Hyundai's brand reputation.

However, upon receiving the car, I discovered multiple issues that were not disclosed prior to the sale. The audio system is defective, with severe distortion even at low volume. I specifically asked about the radio as it looked like it was post-factory installed. The vehicle came with only one key, which was in terrible condition (I'd rate it 7 out of 100). On top of that, the car was never detailed before it was shipped -- the interior was dirty, and the engine bay was filled with leaves and debris, which is shocking for a vehicle with only 38,000 miles. The doors had glue all over them as someone had taken them apart and tried to put them together. None of this was mentioned beforehand and the list can go on! I contacted Angello immediately to address these issues, but after multiple attempts, I've received no response except "I will forward your message to the director" I got a loan for the can and cannot register it in California because Uptown imports did not send the pink slip to the DMV or to the bank (as they are supposed to) Eventually they ended up sending it to me! (WHAT?) How are they in business of selling cars if they don't even know what to do with the pink slip?! This level of communication and customer service is completely unacceptable. I brought this Audi to this dealership for a coolant leak and paid over $5,000 for the repair. An immediate onset of a significant engine problems occurred (engine missing, running on 2-3 cylinders) within one mile of driving it off their driveway. This strongly suggests a connection to the work performed. There were absolutely no engine lights or engine issues when first brought in for the coolant leak repair. The car was returned to me in a materially worse condition than when it was delivered to this service department and remained in their shop for an additional 3 weeks. During this period we have received multiple inconsistent and evolving diagnoses. The explanations provided have changed several times, which raises concerns about whether a clear root cause has been identified. I have not received a clear analysis explaining the failure and how it relates--or does not relate--to the original repair. Throughout this period we called multiple times, never getting a person, always having to leave a message. I received very minimal and vague text messages but no calls to discuss. On the day I arrived to pick up the car of course no service manager was present to discuss or clarify all of these issues. I expressed my frustration at the payment counter letting them know this how your dealership treats customers with 10 year old Audi's. She assured me that was not true. I payed an additional $2,000 for their repair of fuel injectors and replacement of the water pump. Which for the original coolant leak repair, should have been reviewed in the beginning. But was overlooked by their repair technicians. Additionally, injectors should have been checked at previous service visits, this seems to also have been overlooked by their technicians as well. The day after picking up my car a service manager called to check in. He did in fact tell me that my car was old and the issues that occurred while in their shop could have happened anytime. For my 9 year relationship with this dealership and the premium price I have payed, I expected exceptional service and quality repair. I absolutely did not receive or experience either. Since my car was returned to me in worse condition than when I initially took it in, I can no longer trust the integrity of this dealership. They simply didn't want to perform repairs on a 10 year old vehicle. They didn't prioritize quality service. They chose to be dishonest and in the end, just wanted my money.
