After 6 different personal leases/buys from Team Gillman and 5 referrals with 4 sales, the manager was cocky, snarky and asinine when I was questioning options to turn current lease of a CX-90 into a purchase/lease of the new 35th anniversary edition Miata. After abruptly leaving Team Gillman with a few choice words, I called Adnan and he asked me to visit Parkway immediately. I did and I'm glad. Adnan and Morgan showed humanity and respect towards me, unlike what I had just experienced. Team Gillman Review: I just wanted to let the cocky manager know that I ordered my 35th anniversary edition Miata through Parkway. Morgan was forthcoming with information and answered my questions fully without a cocky, asinine attitude. He made me understand how the process works and what my best options are rather than being condescending and demeaning. Also, he respected my time unlike the inept employees at Team Gillman. Check my history. I was probably your best customer and referral advocate. I will never buy/lease another car from Gillman again. I will also never refer another friend, family member or client. Team Gillman is no team at all, just a group that gives a good brand a bad name.

I took in my 2007 Ford Mustang out of need for service but approached it with my guard up. Denisha Dickey is the front lines to service department and she approached me with kindness and a smiling face. Denisha rapidly tended to my car and forewarned it may be a 7 day service period. Two days later my car was ready. I don't know what the employees of Planet Ford in Humble were drinking but it was out of a Disney movie. Denisha's boss shook my hand and even introduced me to the general manager, John Centner. I wasn't there to buy a car but just service on an old mustang. On my way out, a sales manager named Martin Rivera simply asked if I was taken care of. I gleefully said yes and thank you for asking. Mind you, I've never been here before. I know no one is perfect but I cannot believe that these folks dispelled my prejudices of most car dealerships. No one pressured me to buy a car however if I decide on a Super Duty, I'll head to Randall Reed Planet Ford!.......I did NOT get paid to write this review either!!!!!! Happily, Virgilio Davis

    THEY SCAM PEOPLE!!…read more We took my car in here to get a tune up. They called to tell us that my spark plugs are seized and I had coolant leak going into the engine head which can cause corrosion inside and messed up my engine head. Keep in mind my car was up-kept in all maintenance and my check engine light just came on, so this was odd. I've had no signs my car was not running properly They said I need a whole new engine and quoted us $14,000! Then offer to buy my car for only $5000 and try to get us to buy a new car from them. I try to look at all options, I was pretty upset and confused on how this happened. They basically told me my car can blow up anytime. While we looked into buying another car, they dare ask me " do you need to sell that car?" Like you want me to buy a new car and keep making payments on the one you just told me would blow up on me and my kids anytime? I just had a newborn that's not even a week old. Which they knew and still tried to scam us. I could not afford to pay for a new engine or really buy a new car. Finally, we decide to take my car to another maintenance shop and tell them what was told to us by ford. The owner of this shop was very confused and said that doesn't make any sense. He takes a look at my car and was able to switch out my spark plugs, coil packs, and topped off my coolent. ALL IN A DAY! Nothing was wrong with my engine like Ford told us. They were trying to scam us out of $14000! Or possibly even more if they would gotten the sale on us for new car plus causing me to be $10000 upside down on my payments because they wanted to buy my car for only $5000. (Which apparently would blow up anytime") probably to turn around and sell it for so much more. To do this to people is absolutely insane and disgusting. You saw a person who just had a baby and tried to exploit them. Do not go here for anything.

I took my Tahoe in yesterday for it's first oil change. We are preparing for a weeklong road trip and I wanted to make sure the car was ready for it. They noticed two recalls and said they could have it scheduled for next week. When I mentioned we were leaving for a road trip the next day, Henry found a way to get the oil change, tires rotated, and recalls fixed on the same day. He called afterwards to let me know it was ready and I told him I would come by to pick it up. I realized later that I wouldn't be able to make it and left a voicemail for him telling him I'd pick it up in the morning. I picked it up a few minutes ago and found out he didn't receive my message, but waited 10 minutes after closing for me to arrive. He didn't have to do that, but he did. Thanks for going above and beyond and providing excellent customer service!

Then they told me replacing a module would solve it -- but when they called back, they said it costs $3,000 and still wouldn't fix the problem. How does that make sense? First they say it'll fix everything, then they admit it won't. Now I don't even know if they really replaced anything. This whole experience feels like a scam.
