The patatas bravas were a big hit with our group. Our least favorite dishes were the carne paella and the albondigas. We did not try any of the seafood options, but some were very intriguing. We had a non seafood lover at the table. All of our drinks were delicious, aside from a couple of mistakes with getting the wrong ones. Not much crab or Hollandaise flavor. Chicken Paisano: A muddy flavor profile where only the prosciutto managed to stand out. Again, the sauce felt heavy and processed rather than freshly made. The staff are incredibly pleasant and enthusiastic, but there's a clear disconnect from the food's cultural roots. For a place boasting an old-country immigrant origin story, the current drift is disappointing. Don't get me wrong--I was hungry, and I ate every bite. I asked for a small plate so I could quickly move the food off of the sauce. When I asked for tartar sauce, they stated that was the tartar sauce. I suggest if you order the perch, ask for the sauce on the side. The naan dip had very little taste or seasoning. It had a horseradish sauce that was bland. When my partner asked for more horseradish, they didn't have any. It is a nice location with a beautiful view of the golf course.

He was also not very attentive, and we often had to wait longer than expected for check-ins. Our food came out quickly but the wine always took quite a while to come to the table. The food itself was good, but when you're paying fine-dining prices, you expect the entire experience--including the atmosphere and service--to match. I hope the restaurant addresses these issues because it has the potential to provide a much better dining experience. Also, I would skip the sea bass entree. I was not really impressed with it and wished that I had ordered a pasta dish. However the server helped me decide and chose the sea bass. I loved the atmosphere. I loved the decor.
