We hired them for a standard clean. We use them twice. We switched to Texas Cleaning Services because our other cleaning service would unexpectedly cancel too often. Edit: we have now used them three times. I originally rated them two stars because the first cleaning was merely okay and the second cleaning wasn't even that. But they called and asked if they could earn our business back. They sent a new team of two cleaners and they did an absolutely amazing job. We didn't get a chance to do our normal pre cleaning tidying up so our house was pretty messy. But you would never know it by the end result They did a great job everything is very tidy and clean. I currently have them rated at four stars. If I were to rate them based on this last cleaning alone I would give them five stars. If they keep up this level of work I will revisit this review and give them five stars. My advice for any new clients is that if you're unhappy with the first clean let them know right away. I wish I had. They are capable of doing a cleaning that will delight you. read more

The technician was friendly, professional, and actually took the time to explain what they were doing and what to expect--no upselling or awkward sales pitch. I had a couple of older stains I was convinced were permanent... nope. Completely gone. The carpets honestly look almost new again, and the whole place feels cleaner. Huge difference. Also appreciated that there wasn't any strong chemical smell afterward--just clean. Pricing was fair and exactly what they quoted. No surprises. I've only used them once but have signed up for monthly cleaning. Olga came yesterday and did a fabulous job! You choose a time and then they have a one hour window. Olga arrived 15 mins into the time window. She stayed as long as it took to get the job done. We didn't pay for deep cleaning but she did more than I expected. The house was noticeably clean and fresh without being perfumed. That's important to us as my husband has allergies to perfumes. I clean, but Olga really scrubbed. TCS price is better than many and they are insured and bonded. I could have used a cheaper service but I wasn't sure they had that. read more

Wow! Texas Cleaning Services did an amazing job. We keep our house very clean, but were hosting a small backyard wedding so we decided to hire a company. I found Texas Cleaning Services on Yelp and Jacob was very easy to work with and responsive. I was here when Ilda Rodriguez and Julian Barboza began cleaning and was impressed by their thoroughness and speed. I left the house for the remaining of the cleaning and will say that I was definitely able to tell the house was SPOTLESS as soon as I walked in. Very satisfied with the results. There were some hiccups in scheduling, but they communicated well with us. Our house is very big and old, and we got a deep cleaning service for showings, so given the time I think they did truly the best job they could have. The girls who came out started working immediately and hit every crevice. I thought it was funny and proved the detail they put in to see that they organized our fridge pictures to be more aesthetically pleasing.
