So I found HEB appliance repair called Jacob he asked me a few questions about the dryer. And told me what was most likely wrong with it and the reasons the heat might have failed and gave me a estimate before hand. He came out fixed the element and even told me about the importance of good air flow from the dryer. He noticed that my dryer duct hose was way too long cut it down to a shorter size and hooked back up for me. His service was much cheaper than the quote Sears had given me previously. He will be my go to guy the next time I need my washer or dryer repaired.
