However, when looked at Grila Grills, I did not see any one star reviews. I went to the show room in farmers branch and it was helped by Sam. I bought the Grilla Grill. It was a good choice. The metal is very thick. It was very easy to use and I did not have to babysit it like I used to do with my old smoker. I left my brisket in overnight and was able to monitor it over my phone. The cleanup was very easy. I did put the foil on the pan and it made a difference. It was easy to clean. I look forward to using it more. Set up was very easy as well. Everything is documented online and there are YouTube videos to help get you started. I would recommend the Grilla Grills.

Replaced that and got power, but then I was getting no fire. So I had to replace the ignitor. Well while trying to remove the ignitor several of the screws broke off as I guess from the heat in the grill kind of adhered them to the fire pot. So now I am at the point where I am being told; "At this point it seems that you're going to have to drill out the broken screws. You wont be able to re-use the original holes. Next drill a few new holes and use self tapping screws to attach the burn pot to the base." I mean its become a freakin DIY project at this point just to get a year old smoker to work. I loved it early on and raved about it to people, but I honestly HATE it at this point with all the headaches. I will say their customer service is very responsive. I am just starting to doubt the quality of this smoker with all the issues.

This would be frustrating under any circumstances, but it is especially egregious given that I prepaid for both installation and removal of the lights, per the contract. At this point, the lack of communication and failure to honor agreed-upon services leaves only one reasonable conclusion: Christmas Light Pros--specifically Matt--has no intention of fulfilling its contractual obligations once payment has been received. What makes this situation even more disappointing is that I recommended this company to a neighbor based on my initial experience. I am now embarrassed to have done so, as my neighbor is experiencing the exact same issue: no communication and no follow-through after payment. This is not a scheduling issue. This is not a misunderstanding. This is a basic failure of accountability and professionalism. If you are considering Christmas Light Pros, be aware: they may perform the installation, but once they have your money, responsiveness and contract compliance appear to end. I was bait and switched by paying for the lights and this service and there's been no follow through on removing the Christmas lights. It's mid-February as I'm writing this message. I've tried contacting the parent company Storm Pros however no one is returning my calls either. I think this company has gone out of business completely.

We have shopped here for a good while and spent a good deal of money at this nursery. They have a good variety and have had good success with our plants. We purchased 3 shrubs (plant in ground) and 3 plants (container) to go around our pool. Within 30 days, despite our effort to help them, they started to brown and drop leaves. We continued to try and help them rally but they continued to die. At about 60 days we took them back to find they only offer 7 day return policy. No store credit, no refund--nothing. This was a total of $200 gone. We have never been told of their policy for returns, it's "on the receipt". All other places we have bought from have a return of 6-12 months. We were shocked and saddened to see their response -- which we were told is because we hand water, no irrigation system and therefore had zero chance of any form of return service. We will not return and hope this helps others not make the same mistake as us.
