It's as far different from the typical "big box" buying experience as you can imagine. The experience began by making an appointment in the studio where Dustin walked through my plans with me and helped connect me with the best equipment for my needs. But that was just the start... Dustin took the time to help me with questions/counsel on the island construction. He didn't have to do that... He could've just sold me the components and directed me elsewhere. But Dustin really engaged on my design to help me with overall project, not just the grill parts. For example: I wanted to build a cedar arbor around the island and Dustin reviewed my backyard plans and gave advice on what I should do. Cannot recommend Texas Outdoor Patio Center and Dustin highly enough.
