However, when looked at Grila Grills, I did not see any one star reviews. I went to the show room in farmers branch and it was helped by Sam. I bought the Grilla Grill. It was a good choice. The metal is very thick. It was very easy to use and I did not have to babysit it like I used to do with my old smoker. I left my brisket in overnight and was able to monitor it over my phone. The cleanup was very easy. I did put the foil on the pan and it made a difference. It was easy to clean. I look forward to using it more. Set up was very easy as well. Everything is documented online and there are YouTube videos to help get you started. I would recommend the Grilla Grills.

Replaced that and got power, but then I was getting no fire. So I had to replace the ignitor. Well while trying to remove the ignitor several of the screws broke off as I guess from the heat in the grill kind of adhered them to the fire pot. So now I am at the point where I am being told; "At this point it seems that you're going to have to drill out the broken screws. You wont be able to re-use the original holes. Next drill a few new holes and use self tapping screws to attach the burn pot to the base." I mean its become a freakin DIY project at this point just to get a year old smoker to work. I loved it early on and raved about it to people, but I honestly HATE it at this point with all the headaches. I will say their customer service is very responsive. I am just starting to doubt the quality of this smoker with all the issues.

I can't state emphatically enough what a superb experience it has been working with Dustin to…read moreoutfit my outdoor kitchen. It's as far different from the typical "big box" buying experience as you can imagine. The experience began by making an appointment in the studio where Dustin walked through my plans with me and helped connect me with the best equipment for my needs. But that was just the start... Dustin took the time to help me with questions/counsel on the island construction. He didn't have to do that... He could've just sold me the components and directed me elsewhere. But Dustin really engaged on my design to help me with overall project, not just the grill parts. For example: I wanted to build a cedar arbor around the island and Dustin reviewed my backyard plans and gave advice on what I should do. Cannot recommend Texas Outdoor Patio Center and Dustin highly enough.
