I purchased several items for my Primo ceramic smoker and unfortunately ordered the wrong size. I returned the items for a refund and reordered spending more money the second time. They advertised and sent it with free shipping. When I received the refund they deducted $17.00 for the "free shipping" plus $26.00 it cost me to send it back. The $17.00 was deducted without an explanation and when I contacted them I was told " It is our policy to pay for shipping on products sold. not products that end up unsold. When we make a mistake, we cover the cost. all we ask is the customer do the same". read more

A fantastic resource for your kamado/ceramic and Big Green Egg tool and accessory needs. They sell their own branded contraptions (they fabricate many grill "enhancers") to improve direct and indirect grilling on the aforementioned setups. I purchased a cast iron grid and a stainless steel solid sheet ring to complement my BGE XL. They are an authorized dealer of many branded ceramic grills, so you'll find OEM parts as well. The store is located within a warehouse-like center, and adjoins an embroidery shop (also owned by the same friendly folks). I will likely return to purchase more parts and tools, as well as coal and wood--of which they offer in small batches useful for testing. Nice selection of ceramic grills and parts (both custom fabrication and brand name). They also sell a small amount of accessories, charcoal and rubs. Very nice employees including the owner. The location is a little bit confusing to locate since they are in an industrial park. The address is on the side of the building, and GPS thinks that they are three buildings down. Prices on grills are comparable to other locations. What really separates this store is their fabricated parts like deflector hangers and grate management solutions. read more

There is a learning curve with ceramic grills and I think a solid dealer that takes the time to teach you how to cook is critical if you want to have successful experiences from the beginning. We are novice at cooking on a kamano grill. We asked Tom for a little instructions on the grill. He so helpful told us what we needed and yet didn't try to over sell us. We left the first night cooked great Salmon, the next day made the best Memphis style ribs you could find. There grid system is fantastic works like a champ. Read lots of good things about this store on the BGE forum and I'm lucky to live just down in Plano so I stopped by last week. They have a cozy little store with a BGE inside so they can show you the different setups and what they'll look like. The owner, Tom, was very helpful. I ended up with one of their adjustable rigs and pizza stones. Took it home that night and make some perfectly cooked pizza. Also, they're the only ones in DFW that carry Rockwood charcoal to my knowledge. I used to be a huge Ozark Oak user and now that it's no longer available I foresee trips to Denton to buy Rockwood 5-10 bags at a time. read more
