He was invoked and assisted until I gave him my 100% approval that everything was completed as promised. I strongly recommend Rick as a sales representative on these buildings and houses. He is very familiar with local city codes (your HOA CC&Rs may differ, of course). There were no bothersome follow-up sales calls. The team works with your schedule and doesn't seem to bombard you with spam because they trust in their work/reputation. Build was over in one day. Painting was over in a few hours. I recently had a bunch of trees cut down so the area where I wanted the shed was not graded. Well this shed company graded my land with a skid steer, made the concrete pad and came back the next day to begin. Joel and Amos worked extremely hard on the shed that normally takes them 1 day to do but the heat index was in the 100s. So it took them an extra half day but they needed not to rush because this Texas heat has been crazy to work in. I encouraged them to take breaks. Robert Knox, the co-owner, (along with Joel), was awesome from the beginning. He came out to my property with Joel, surveyed the area, determined what all they needed to do for prep and gave me an immediate date for them to start. The quality work they do is flawless! Even after they finished the job, they cleaned up, picking up all trash and debris, removing all tools and took care of my home as it if were their own. I highly recommend these hard working men to build your shed. It truly is a work of art to see them build from the ground up in hours. Knox, Joel and Amos, thank you and may God Bless you! The delivery people canceled 3 different times on us then finally got it delivered. The shed we bought was a repo. When we looked at it the first time it was trashed, nails in all the walls insulation all over the floor, and the outside was messed up as well as the front door not latching. We were promised that the shed would be totally cleaned out and repaired and fixed before we got it. Or at least cleaned and liveable on the inside but it is not. We got it and it is totally trashed still. I called to ask to have it cleaned and she was rude about it. Said that they would not be having someone clean it. And if I have an issue with it I would have to pay to have someone pick it up and take it back to them. Then said that the repairs couldn't even be made until Saturday and we needed this shed well over a week ago. I do not recommend this place. If you're going to buy a shed at all spend the money to have one made to your liking. This entire situation was absolutely ridiculous.

It with stood 80 miles an hour winds that came through in a very strong thunder storm. The building did not budge. It saved my travel trailer and pickup, not to mention me. I would recommend anyone to purchase from this location.
