Prices were competitive and it looked like the quality was better than the Home Depot/Lowes parking lot samples. The owner, Kevin, was very helpful when he came out to measure placement within our property and answered all of our questions and concerns. We had several features we wanted to customize so this was not a standard "out of the box" build. An antique door and window from Craigs List and window panels from Lowes were no problem or added expense for his crew to put in to our specifications. All was done within one day. This summer when our falling apart fence needed to be replaced we checked with several other companies and DFW Shed & Fence. Pricing was all within the same range. Again, Kevin came out to measure and answer all questions and gave us options so we felt confident in using him again to build our new fence. The two man crew was quick and efficient with the tear down and stayed late that day to complete the new construction and clean up. Kevin also showed up that day to check on the work being done. In a few weeks after drying out, we will stain it ourselves. We are very please with the results for both the studio shed build and fence construction. A five star rating and we would use them again without hesitation.

I was a…read morerepeat customer of this moving company and am extremely disappointed with how our recent move was handled. The movers themselves were very kind and clearly doing their best. This review is not directed at them. The issue was poor management and lack of proper staffing for the job. During booking, I specifically explained that we had an extremely large and heavy dresser weighing several hundred pounds and was assured that a two-person crew would be enough. It quickly became obvious during the move that the workers were exhausted and overwhelmed, so I requested a third mover be added midway through. At one point, I asked management not to pressure or disrupt the movers because they were already stressed and trying their best. Instead, management immediately called them during the move, which noticeably increased the pressure and caused them to begin rushing. Shortly afterward, our brand new wooden floors were scratched and our $1,400 dog crate was broken. I understand accidents can happen, but this situation felt avoidable and directly related to poor management decisions and improper staffing. The entire experience became extremely uncomfortable and stressful for everyone involved. Again, the movers themselves were polite and hardworking, but because of the damages to our home and belongings, I cannot say the experience was worth the cost or that I would use this company again.

There were roof problems in some units, mine included, and the staff, particularly Mikeulyn, has been enormously helpful. It is difficult for me to visit the site and she has helped arrange movement of our 3 units contents to new units that were not damaged in the storm. A big hats off for Mikeulyn and also for Vanessa, in their corporate offices, with helping lock on the new units too. I will continue to keep my things stored there for a long time. I moved out and cancelled my lease because I was already being severely overcharged by your company. For a long time I was being charged $209+tax. When I called your office to point out to you that I was being overcharged based on the pricing listed on your website, I was told that my pricing would not be lowered to your advertised price, and only reduced to $190. The current advertised price for the same exact enclosed space that I had, is for $153 per month, and it very clearly states NO OBLIGATION. It does not say that it is a move in special, or limited time offer, or only applying to new move-ins. Still a full $37 per month over your current pricing. I have been charged substantially more than your current pricing. It also appears I have been being charged a $12 per month "protection fee" which I only realized recently. Apparently your website does not show itemized billing on demand, and it is also not allowing me to go back and look at previous statements for itemization. I finally found some previous invoices in my email. When I noticed that, I initially thought it was for the physical security on premise, which was apparently installed and being monitored by an unlicensed security company. After some digging, I found out I'm being charged for some sort of a protection plan because you did not have a copy of my trailers insurance on file. I have had insurance since I bought the trailer in 2019. So in addition to being overcharged on the monthly space, I've also been overcharged by that $12 per month. That "protection fee" did not appear until AFTER I called in to discuss being overcharged in the first place. I consider that being charged a retaliatory fee for raising the issue. And since the optimization is not available on your website, it appears that you were intentionally trying to hide that from me. I have never received a notice that that fee was going to be charged to me. I have also not been sent a physical invoice since these changes were made, which also tells me you were intentionally not wanting to show me that fee.
