Shower, tub, floors, tile, lighting, electrical, tile, fans/vents, painting and more. I give them my highest recommendation. See before and after photos. Excellent communication, beginning with their response to my initial request for information and throughout the whole project. The project manager and even the owner were available to respond to questions seven days a week. At the end of every day they provided a progress report along with what to expect the following day. They made regular visits to my house to inspect the work in progress. Even after completion of the project they stayed in touch to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. All the workers were courteous and professional. Each day they carefully cleaned the work and adjacent areas. At the end of the project a housecleaning service thoroughly cleaned and touched up. It amazes me how other companies and individuals didn't respond to my inquiries or ghosted me after promising to provide a quote. Importantly, ICO is local with brick and mortar offices in the metroplex. I would be leery of all those virtual companies who devote most of their resources to sales and marketing and then sub the work to random contractors.

What a wonderful business, extremely nice people with great ideas. If you're looking for a great…read moreconstruction company, look no further, you can't do better than HDP. Ray, the head of the company, is extremely knowledgeable and very kind. They have an interior designer, Nohemi, that has a great eye, and we loved her design portfolio. Our budget and time frame ended up being a little tighter than we had originally hoped due to some required foundation and electrical work, so we had to scale back our project and go with a smaller business. However, we are hoping when we do our next project, which will be the kitchen, that Ray and Nohemi will be available. Would love to work with them beyond just the design phase.

Again, HDP Construction rocks. We used Ray and his team to do a complete remodel inside out…read moreoutside in 2016 and couldn't have been happier. YES, their were Construction delays and hiccups along they way. It's called Construction for a reason. But what we love about HDP is they stand behind their work and they are as honest and trustworthy as you get. Just incredible people. It is 2025 and we again have a few projects we want to do and some things we want updated. Ray was able to reach out to the subcontractor who worked with us during our 2016 remodel to make changes to our home security system and cameras. Seriously, almost 10 years later. We had a custom built steel gate installed in 2016. Ray still knew who built it and knew what would be involved at adding a new coat of paint. Ray also helped with moving us over to one system like Ring, Nest,or Wyze. Instead of a hodge podge of various products. This has been huge. During that process he reminded us that the new code requires 3 smoke/fire/carbon detectors. We have referred several friends to HDP and allowed individuals to tour our home and inspect his work. Because we continue to be that impressed. Last week we again gave him a long list of normal wear and tear items to more extensive projects and he submitted his review timely and accurately along with a couple suggestions. We look forward to beginning the next list of projects.

Mike communicated with me frequently and was readily available when I had questions. Top notch in customer service, quality, and pricing for a fantastic patio cover installation. It turned out exactly the way I wanted. I had the patio pad extended by 4 feet and wanted a seamless look from the roof to the cover. Must haves were ceiling fans, lights and an additional outlet installed. RezComm did a great job, thanks guys!

DELAYS, FALSE REPRENSENTATIONON, AND POOR COMMUNICATION!!!! NOT RECOMMENDATED!!! In July 2025, we…read moreadvertised a construction job on Yelp to enclose our existing back porch with two walls of windows from floor to ceiling and an eight' sliding glass door. In essence, we wanted it to turn it into a modern-looking sunroom. They were confident they could build it, so we contracted with them to do it as soon as we had HOA approval and obtained a city building permit. They required 50% payment upfront so they could special-order the custom windows and door. After we obtained HOA approval, Mike Davis came to our house and said they can't build it per the contract drawing and tried to persuade us to accept something that had almost as much solid walls as windows, no transom windows, and no more floor to ceiling windows, but with material you could buy from almost any home improvement store. His reasoning was the transom windows would not fit even though he put them on the contract diagram we had all approved. Also, the proposed windows would be narrower and would not be floor to ceiling saying the city building code wouldn't allow it. He also said they could not get the color window frames we wanted, and the frames would be vinyl instead of aluminum as promised. Most of his excuses were found to be incorrect. It was not what we contracted for them to do. This upset us very much and we told his business partner this was probably breach of contract and we wanted our money back so we could hire a different contractor. After we rejected his cheap imitation of what we wanted, we found out his business applied for a building permit with his new drawing, not the contract drawing, and not what the HOA had approved and without our approval. Afterwards, and months of negotiations, they hired a SUBcontractor to do the job. A design with floor to ceiling windows with a large eight' sliding glass door. After many delays, in mid November 2025, the subcontractor installed the sliding glass door and windows. Everything was acceptable except for the screen doors that didn't fit well and had a hole rubbed in the screen. The SUBcontractor said he would have the manufacturer replace the screen doors and would return and install them within 2 weeks. Razcomm was paid in full the following day. In the meantime, it rained and water flooded into the house under the window frame. This was reported to Jason, the business partner, to relay to the subcontractor to fix. The subcontractor never returned to do anything. According to Jason, the subcontractor would not respond to his texts. Finally, after months of requesting every other week for someone to fix the leak and the screens, Mike came and put caulk under the frame to stop it from leaking. He said he would fix the hole in the screen but never returned. He and Jason were blaming everything on subcontractor, but our contract is with Razcomm--not the subcontractor. As of today, their website on google could not be reached and neither Mike nor his business partner answer texts or email from us.
