    He wouldn't come up front when i had to return from the Arlington Store that I found had 1 in stock.

    ***PART 1***** This is going to be extremely long but I'm definitely not going to NOT write a review. Let me start by saying this if i could give ZERO stars I would. This place has the worse customer service around. After purchasing almost 10k worth of stuff from them they have officially lost my business even though there were other items I still wanted to purchase after my appliances were paid off. The first thing purchased was all kitchen appliances Range, Fridge & dishwasher. That actually went fairly smooth with BO. However, a few weeks later I went in with cash to purchase a bed for my grandson. Bo was there and I asked to speak with him and was told he was busy when I clearly watched him speaking with another customer who left shortly after in which Bo then proceeded to speak with a co-worker and not once even acknowledged me. It wasn't that he didn't know who I was. After sitting around for 30 mins waiting for Bo who was in eyesight doing nothing but talking I left without making a purchase and went to Rooms To Go and got the bed. (This will be relevant later) This took place July 2022. Now let's come to May 2023. I decided I wanted to get another television since mine went out. I got approved for some Astronomical amount Amount of credit I only went to two televisions, so I wasn't interested in using the amount of credit that I was approved for. Now get this right after I was approved for the amount of credit I get a phone call from Bo Who proceeds to say I see that you were just approved for X amount of dollars are you interested in purchasing something else which I replied yes I'm looking for television he goes well. So needless to say, I had no interest in Beau helping me since he couldn't help me before when I came in to buy a bed and proceeded to go to the store in which Ursa assisted me. I explain to Ursa I wanted two Hisense televisions 55 & 58 inch. She proceeded to give me the sales spill and misquote prices. I explain to her that if I was to purchase a specific television and get an HDMI cord, it's cheaper than purchasing it all together, basically, my calculations based on the price is presented, was cheaper than what they were trying to sell it as in a package. Once I got the televisions home I realized they were both HiSense however, the internal components were different. One was a fireTV and the other was a Viduu(something like that). I immediately call the store the next morning and spoke with Ursa and explained to her that she sold me two different televisions one is a FireTV and the other is a Viduu. She proceed to say "you asked for a 55 & 58 inch and that what I gave you." I stated You are correct but as the sales person, it's your duty to inform me that the televisions are the same brand but the components are different. I explained that the television I already have, which is a LG Is identical to the television she just sold me and she stated you should've told me you had an LG . I stated you never asked anything about my current televisions. I then as to speak to Tunil the store manager. Once on the phone. I explain to him the situation that happened. I also advised that I would not be back until the 31st and wouldn't be able to exchange the TV until then. He said it not a problem. I'll go ahead and order the 58 inch for you and I'll put it in the back so when you come back it will be here, also I'll pass this information onto Carlos because I'll be off so that there's no problem with the exchange. I questioned would there be a restocking fee in which he stated "no I'll make sure everything's taken care of and reiterated it won't be a restocking fee. It will just be an exchange. Now comes May 31st 2023. It's the last day I can exchange the television and everything needed to be done this day. ( I couldn't bring it back sooner due to my work schedule in which I travel.) I come back to the store with the television boxed ready for the exchange. I spoke with Dre Kelly and explain to him the situation. He then went to the back to see if the television was there and came back and said it wasn't there I questioned what do I do now? He said it let me speak with my manager and which he proceeded to bring Chad to me. Chad said we don't have the TV we won't be getting the TV and no other stores has the TV. I then asked is Carlos available because I knew Carlos knew of the situation based on what I was previously told he stated no Carlos won't be in until 130. YOU CAN COME BACK TOMORROW.

    Staircase missing pieces

    If I could give zero stars, I could. When they resolve my issue, I will take this review down. I ordered a bunk bed with staircase add on. I also paid to have the furniture assembled with delivery. It came missing pieces. It is still sitting in my kids bedroom in pieces over a month later. I have spent HOURS on the phone trying to resolve this, being transferred to departments and stores that can or have done absolutely nothing to resolve this issue. Today, I've spent over 45 minutes on the phone. There have been multiple other days like this. They refuse to allow me to return it. In what world do you make a purchase and cannot return something that is missing parts or broken? Insane. Do not shop at Conns.

    BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!! Do not purchase anything from this store. I bought a brand new refrigerator approximately 8 months ago. Both the craft ice maker AND the clip that hold the front door of the fridge broke. I called in APRIL, both parts were ordered. Parts delivered to my house, service man came and installed the door ONLY to realize AFTER he installed it, the door was the wrong color.. since then EVERYTHING has gone down hill.I can get anyone on the phone. I've been bounced around from one service person to another. Fast forward 4 weeks later after MANY phone calls, much disgust and frustration, today 6/17 a new door was to be installed to rectify the issue. The technician opens the box and the door is the wrong color AGAIN............... even the technician can't get a supervisor on the phone. My next steps are to go to the local news. Consumers pay their hard earned money to be treated like CRAP. Customer service and Follow through are non existent with this company..

    The manager made it right. It took a while but they refunded the sales tax I payed for a mattress with an rx.
