A technician came yesterday and informed us that a cable had been cut and that someone would return to resolve the issue. However, no one came back until today. When a technician finally arrived today, he was unable to complete the repair because he did not have the correct equipment but he did not let us know I had to call them for the 20th time for an update. We have now been told that another technician will arrive between 1:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. I work from home, so these repeated outages have caused a significant inconvenience and have affected my ability to do my job. The lack of reliable service, poor communication, and repeated delays are unacceptable and unprofessional. I was not able to get any fiber at my location so decided to try StarLink by SpaceX. My StarLink came with a standard ground stand rather than any kind of mount. I looked at the available mounts StarLink offered and was not sure what to order or where to mount it. I called two highly rated places that specialize in StarLink and Satellite Dish Installation in hopes of being able to mount this thing professionally. I wanted it to look good and needed someone who might have more mounting options.
