Their prices are competitive and I like the fact that all their pumps tend to be in working order. Occasionally, my receipt does not print at the pump but that I am able to get one inside without much of a wait. Inside, they have the typical gas station/convenience store items available. They do a bit better when it comes to items like sandwiches, pastries, etc. as I am sure they source most of it from the Tom Thumb grocery store directly across the street. Another nice thing is unlike many other places nearby, there are never any 'undesirables' hanging around the entrance (or the gas pumps) which is a big plus. Access to this station is fairly easy as it's rare for traffic to backup in the area. Lastly, while I have never used it, they do have an air compressor available to take care of any low-tire-pressure needs.

There is a security guard in the store 90% of the time so I always feel safe. Inside the Tom Thumb express you can find all of your typical gas station favorites and treats that kick it up a notch. Pastries, sandwiches and things like that from the Tom Thumb across the street. The Manager is really cool and so is the attendant that works at night that has a the crazy hair. The reason for the review is because, once they started selling beer/liquor. The manager knew me and my wife and we always asked him when...when...when are they going to start selling. When the time came and the vote went through, he asked us what we wanted him to sell. I told him Fat Tire and my wife rattled off a few names of wines that she drinks. Sure enough once they got their first shipment in, both of our request were stocked. Its not too often a gas station will ask you what you like to drink so they can sell it. It is in a great location and provides the area with a much-needed stop for some competitively priced gasoline. On the inside, one will find everything they would expect to find at a 7-Eleven including the Big Gulp. On my visits, the staff has always been friendly. Unlike other locations in the area, this one tends to have fewer people hanging around outside. That said, it might change since the 'stay-in-place' orders have been lifted.

I was there at night and I felt safe in their parking lot and store. The location is very well lit throughout the parking lot and gas pumps. The pumps are also fully covered, which is great since it was raining. They have a huge selection of snacks, drinks, any coffee you could need, and last minute home supplies or groceries. Their gas prices were better than the other stations I saw in the area, too. Every employee seemed busy and the location is very clean. It seems like a place I would enjoy just hanging out at, even if I wasn't needing to stop there for gas and snacks. Everyone was so friendly. The manager (I think it was the manager) has a great sense of humor and we jested with each other when I was checking out. He even recommended some local beef jerky for me to try that had a little kick to it. I'll definitely stop here again when I'm in the area!

For non-club pricing, their prices were pretty comparable with other stations. I paid 3.89 for 87 Octane, which used to buy me a much better grade, but octane level is one of the areas I am cutting back.

Well don't be scared to go here anymore as the gas station is shining new for now. If you are drunk by 6pm or just want a quick taco in the morning give it a try. The 2 ingredient tacos, meat and cheese are pretty expensive at 2 bucks a pop or 9 bucks for a quesadilla. The flavor of grease will provide a friendly reminder of your experience the next morning in the bathroom. If you like to eat fire with your tacos get the red sauce. You may not need to wait till the morning for the reminder. There was no line and the nice little lady made our tacos faster than Taco Bell could without the flat top. Again this establishment is very clean so no worries there. I have to demolish the prices and really believe they could make this the best hidden taco joint in town with some creativity. I only went there to do one thing only......... and that was to secure a cup or two of the holy ELOTES! I swear I've been many places and tried many types of corn whether on a stick, wrapped in foil, or in a cup but this is the ONLY place that yields the most freshest ,creamiest, flavorful, and tastiest elotes (which I make spicy). I think it has alot to do with their cheese. It's different. Its' not like your typical run of the mill corn-lady cart that offers just paremesan or some other crack-head cheese. This is some real fresh and tasty cheese that is lathered with your corn. Along with butter, cream, mayo, paprika, chili powder, a sprinkle of limon powder and topped off with the cheese and a nice drizzle of the Valentina hot sauce... you're in elote heaven. I almost regret writing about this on YELP in fear that it will be over-crowded or over-exploited and as a result the quality will slowly diminishes but I think sharing .....IS caring. I should be selfish and keep this a secret, which btw is mostly known and shared among the other that live among Swiss, Bryan, Bennett and Henderson but I am better than that. I may have a few regrets after posting this review but I know in the end I'll secure a place in heaven for being self-less and caring. Let loose and indulge. Don't be afraid of the skirmy area. This is a really busy location at the corner of LBJ Freeway and Coit Road in North Dallas. At…read morereally busy times it can become quite congested because of the size and layout of the property. Also adding to the congestion is the fact that this location also has a Circle K in it as well as a Taco Casa. The area this Exxon is in has a homeless problem and unfortunately for this business that problem spills into the property in the form of people asking for money etc. when you are getting fuel for your car. It has happened to me to the point I often avoid getting gasoline here, even though I do like to run my automobiles on Exxon, as I feel it is a very good quality product.
