The place was clean, the vibe was relaxed and welcoming, and the staff was incredibly friendly. I even had a great conversation with a lovely customer who was so kind. I also want to mention that no apology was offered, and the attitude I received in response to a reasonable question felt dismissive. Many customers, myself included, are visiting before work and need timely service. A twenty-minute wait for a single pour-over coffee, especially after being passed over multiple times, is not the experience I'd expect.
