This is a great location, but the privileged who visits thinks that absolutely nothing ever…read moresupposed to go wrong! They complain about everything. They nasty and filthy customers who keeps the bathroom trashed and out of order. Then when it's broke, they blame employees.

But, what first drew me to the franchise were their bottled wine prices. Very competitive. On subsequent viists tried out their expansive hot food offering. They have the largest selection of fresh-baked pizza of any convenience chain in Dallas. They also offer Nathan's hot dogs, and their cheesburgers are better than Sonic or Whataburger IMHO. And, they have empañadas and pork tamales, which aren't bad. On the service side, they have self check-out kiosks which means there'e no waiting, and outside eating areas. Can see why this place is always packed at lunch time.

She just wasn't gonna speak so on my way out I was gonna post a review on the website, but then I saw the female manager whom I saw before And I was expressing to her my concern and that a lot of young Latino females are rude for no reason now that's an experience usually I just go on take a picture of the person and maybe post it if it's extreme, but I just realize that I've never had an issue like that in QT so I thought when I saw the manager, I mention it, but she just always seems to have been a little combative like she likes to go back-and-forth. It was a statement it was an opportunity for her to hear me out and say thank you for the information whether she agree or disagree and move on but again I just like to say she has been confrontational. She has a little chip on her shoulder and I never said anything, but I tried to bring it to her attention in a way to say Latino women I have had concerns about their behavior how they treat people or black women so now I'm gonna emphasize that it just wasn't the young girl it's been hurt at time. She just has a chip on her shoulder when she comes in so because of that I have stopped coming to this QT And it's been months that I don't shop here anymore because of her I give them a thumbs down and if I could've given them zero stars, I would've done just that.

The owner had a horrible attitude, I greet him and he say "yes?" I say $25 for #6 please then I asked him are you upset? He said I don't understand I said I think you need a better attitude, he seemed to be busy with his phone and I say I need my receipt please, he said what do you need your receipt for you are going to trash it, I didn't need to explain myself but told him my husband and I keep track of our cash expenses with receipts, his response was literally "whatever" and laughed and told him I never come inside your store but I don't think I'm coming back to your location. He said yes come back I said no with your attitude thank you. Hope your experience is better than mine but more likely not on this location.

I tried to use the car wash service, the machine hit my bike's carrying in the back of my trunk and stop the washing process. I tried to go inside to explain him the problem so he can help me out to fix but instead of being professional, he act like he did not understand what i was saying, i tried to say it 1 more time and he asked me:"where is the receipt?!" I told him the machine didn't print out the receipt" , he said: " ok, just wait!", and he keep checking out customers buying stuff from the store and let me standing there waiting, after a while, i pulled out the transaction online from my credit card and tried to show it to him, he said louder: "Ok wait , let me finish with the customer and i'll come out to check what happened" with the attitude likes women on their PMS (I believe if woman on their PMS behave better than him) and very rude talking to me, and i lost my patient, the line of customer he had to finished seem never end, i decided to leave and i'll dispute the transaction .This is the last time I use service on this location and I'll tell my friends n family to avoid this place even pumping gas or buying stuff from their convenient store!
