Since the store can only handle 5 people at a time, there's usually a line in front. Their matcha is pretty good. One of the better matcha in DFW. The "Matcha Latte" I had was very creamy. There was no hint of any matcha powder. When you're named after a pastry, the product itself has to be good right? Well... it is. There are many varieties you can choose from and from what I've tried, they're all tasty. Try the Canelés as well. At $4/each it gets pricey if you frequent too often but they're so good!
Wow. I was speechless after my first sip of the earl grey matcha. It was so creamy, smooth, and aromatic. Truly a perfectly balanced matcha. It is admittedly a little sweet, which is how I like my matcha, but I can see it being too sweet for some. I savored every sip and am already thinking about my next weekday off so I can catch them during their odd opening hours/avoid the weekend rush! As for the madeleines, they were just okay. I enjoyed the mango passion madeleine but wasn't wowed by it. The biscoff madeleine was unfortunately very over-baked and dry (the edges were nearly black). They were also out of many of their flavors by early afternoon. I am definitely coming back for their matcha, and hope to try some of their other madeleine flavors to see if it can redeem the biscoff.
Everything Madeleine is mainly known for their sweet treats, but our main objective for stopping by was to get matcha! The cafe is very small and not made as a place to linger around for long after ordering. There was a line outside of the cafe that was slowly moving, but luckily it wasn't too long of a wait. A lot of the madeleines were sold out by the time we arrived, so I hope the next time I visit, I get to order and try! I ordered the Iced Earl Grey Matcha. There was a special drink available that my boyfriend ordered, the Matcha Slush. Both drinks were delicious. The Matcha Slush was amazing! I was unsure of it at first, but it was pleasantly refreshing for the hot weather in Texas.
The madeleines were absolutely delicious--moist, flavorful, and cutely packaged. I wish I could've tried every variety! I also picked up the Earl Grey Matcha Latte that so many people rave about. While the flavors of both the Earl Grey and Matcha came through nicely, it was a bit too sweet for my taste. I would only get it if I can adjust the sweetness down to about a third of what it is now. The shop itself is small and focused on pickup and takeaway, which works well for a quick visit. I'd return for the madeleines--they're the real highlight here.
Be prepared to wait in a long line since it's a small shop. Inside is tiny but cutely decorated. We got one of each flavor that was still available. The ones with otter signs mean it's all sold out! I really wished I enjoyed Madeleines more because they all tasted similar to me. The real star was the earl grey matcha latte. I wish I lived closer. ALL DAY, EVERYDAY.
This is the best matcha in DFW hands down! Although premade, the matcha is so rich and creamy. If it wasn't always packed or limited on hours, I would be there everyday! I loved both their earl grey matcha and their butterscotch latte. 10/10 would recommend!
I was so excited to try their matcha latte and it was so yummy! We got the Matcha Cream Latte (with oat milk) and the Orange Matcha Latte (seasonal). The matcha tasted a bit bitter and it didn't have the vibrant green color, but it still tasted pretty decent. The price was good too, about $5-6 per cup. The Orange Matcha tasted less bitter than the regular matcha, but the orange syrup surprising tasted really well with matcha, a very pleasant combo. I also got a strawberry cheesecake madeleine and a lemon one. The madeleines were big and really delicious. The frostings on top were not too sweet, and the inside was really soft. I would definitely come back and try more flavors next time. We went on a Sunday morning and there was a long line waiting outside, and the inside is really small and tight. All the drinks have a wait time of 10-15 minutes since they only make about 4 cups at a time. They weighed everything on the scale from ice, milk, to the matcha/matcha cream, and the syrups. I was amazed at how much effort and love the owner put into each drink because they were not rushing at all, they took their time to make sure each drink was perfect. The service was 10/10, somehow it felt more like a meet n greet because everyone was so friendly. I would 100% come back if I'm in the area, especially to try more madeleine flavors! It's not the best matcha place I ever had, but it's good for the price.
I really hate to not gate keep this but I just can't. This is the best matcha in DFW! I wish this spot was closer to me but it's fine because my pockets would hurt coming here all the time. Service is great, the cashiers are always very friendly and get the drinks out fast even with a line. The Madeline's are so good, my fave being the vanilla. The crookie is my boyfriend's fave baked good here! RIP to the matcha slush until next summer, you are so missed already...
Came here on a Saturday morning right at opening, and there were already a few people lined up. I've previously tried the lemon, double vanilla, and opera madeleines--all were super moist, cakey, and just the right amount of sweetness. They're generously sized and would make a great gift or dessert for a party or event. Definitely recommend coming earlier in the day for the best selection, as flavors do sell out. The matcha was especially refreshing--nice and cold, perfect for a warm day!
Yum. Just go. My favorite was the earl grey, close second was the coffee one with the ganache interior was a close second.
Could not recommend enough. The matcha is truly one of the best in the DFW. I live quite far from this cafe, but I was in the area and decided to stop by and I'm so glad we did. I got the earl grey matcha (ACTUALLY tastes like earl grey, so good), and my friends got the strawberry matcha and the regular matcha latte. All three were phenomenal, you can't go wrong. That matcha was the creamiest I've ever had. This is most likely among the top 3 matcha spots in the metroplex. Really hope to go back soon to try the madeleines and espresso. Service was speedy and the baristas were good at educating us about the drinks (we don't like drinks that are too sweet, so they were able to advise us on how to adjust). The space is very small, ordering room only, but it's worth grabbing a drink and then going for a walk outside if the weather is nice.
I learned about this place on TikTok. As a Madeleine lover, it seemed too good to be true. Thankfully, it's all real. This quaint little bakery is conveniently located in downtown Carrollton. The woman at the counter was very friendly. It's tiny so there's not much room to sit down and eat the treats but they have a wide variety of Madeleines. They also serve coffe and tea. I love the stuffed Madeleines. I also got the matcha Madeleine. It hadthis yummy coating on it...delectable;) Where else can you get a matcha Madeleine?? They are on the pricey side but so is everything else these days. Don't let that impede you from stopping by. It's such a cute concept and I'm sure there's a flavor for everyone here.
We went there for the 3rd time today. As we were advised last time if we want matcha flavor we better go when they just open. So we did! Got 6 flavors today, but have yet to try matcha. BUT! Their matcha slushies IS AMAZING!! Very strong BUT SO GOOD! HIGHLY RECOMMEND (IMHO, better than Cafe Maiko )
I LOVE this place! It's a tiny shop but they make amazing desserts, matcha, and coffee. I come here for the matcha and stayed because of the coffee and desserts. The staff are so kind and amazing. I'm so glad they're opening a second location (even though it's farther from me). I've tried their earl grey matcha, matcha cream, butterscotch cream, and they all taste amazing. The cream top is unbeatable and they have pretty fast service. I love their black sesame Madeline - it sells out quick though! It's a small shop so it's more of a come-and-go place. read more

A very very very small store, with a limit of around 6 people inside. This is definetly a grab and go spot. The baked goods are very tasty, we enjoyed the chocolate croissant but we definitely came for the matcha. The earl grey matcha and they matcha creme latte were both SO GOOOD! Very well balanced and flavorful, you can tell they use good ingredients. The staff was also very helpful. While parking may look a little hard, there are parking lots surrounding the building if you don't want to try your hand at parallel parking. read more
If you love madeleines, this place is a must. Come early if you can - and if your schedule allows, weekdays are your best bet for a shorter wait. This spot get busy for a good reason. Their madeleine are truly amazing, with an impressive variety of flavors. Whether you are into classic traditional flavors or more adventurous combinations, they have something for everyone. Each one is baked to perfection - lightly crisp on the edges, soft and moist on the inside. They also serve great matcha drinks, which pair perfectly with the pastries. It's hard to stop at just one, especially with so many flavors to choose from. A wonderful dessert stop and absolutely worth planning around. read more

There was a line out the door when I went, but it still moved quickly! It took less than 20 minutes for me to get my drink. This small little dessert shop is so cute!! I finally got to stop by to pick up some madeleines and they had a variety of flavors that it was hard to choose! I got six madeleines and they packaged it in a cute box. I honestly wanted to try them all but the injeolmi one was so yummy, and I think that might have been my favorite but I do want to try all of their flavors as well. They also have coffee and lattes--I just got an americano, but next time, I want to try some of their specialty lattes! I will definitely come back here often! The staff was super friendly as well. Highly recommend this super cute spot :) read more

This cafe has great drinks and an assortment of madelines with inventive flavors. The matcha was smooth with a nice cream on top. The store is just for pick up but there is a park nearby where you can walk and enjoy your drink. read more

I went back to try their earl grey matcha latte. The roads may be confusing at the moment due to construction along I-35E. There is plenty of parking available. There was about 5 people in front of me but the wait was not long at all. I actually came at a good time because there was like 20 people who came soon after me. The earl grey flavor is really apparent and it has the same matcha sauce from the regular cream latte. The earl grey version is pretty good but I honestly prefer the regular cream latte more. I also tried a couple of their madeleines: the black sesame and matcha one. The black sesame one had a cream in the middle that I didn't expect, it was a pleasant surprise! read more
ORDER Matcha Cream Latte with Shot of Espresso - super creamy and delicious. Matcha Cream Latte - though I am a fan of coffee, I do like the Matcha by itself. It is a very creamy drink, and the Matcha is well made in salt. There's a Matcha cream on top that adds the perfect level sweetness to the drink. Strawberry - there's loads of strawberry in this one! There are dried strawberries on top of a strawberry jam/cream...? Very strong with the strawberry flavor. The Madelene itself is very soft and yummy. We would definitely recommend for people who have a sweet tooth because it is a bit on the sweeter side. Dark chocolate teddy bear - this one is definitely more on the rich side. I think it's really cute that they make it a little teddy bear shaped. The caramel inside makes it really rich, and it tastes almost like a brownie. Cappuccino - This one was a bit drier but still good. The coating is more rich and chocolate-y. Double vanilla - the outside taste like vanilla glaze. The inside has a vanilla bean cream, which is very good. This Madeleine is a little bit more on the sweeter side, but not too sweet. Corn creme brulee - soft texture and charred on the outside which makes it so tasty. A little bit harder than the rest probably because of the corn, but still very very solid Madeleine. Canele - the outside is hard with a caramelized crust. The inside has strong, rum, egg, and vanilla flavor. The center is really soft and tender, which makes it taste yummy. Matcha macadamia - the inside is made of a Matcha base. The nuts complimented the Madeleine very well. The Matcha glaze was smooth and not too sweet. Milky - reminds me of a glazed donut, but the inside is a lot softer. Not too sweet, which is yummy! VIBES The vibes are really nice. They decorated it with Christmas decorations so she gives a nice holiday feel. Very small interior with a bench for seating so much more of a grab and go place. Very cute. SERVICE Service is phenomenal! The guy who got our order asked if it was our first time coming and he gave recommendations. Very thorough explanations and I think the overall packaging process and the information cards that they are super super helpful. read more
The DFW girlies who know their matcha seriously know their stuff because I've seen Everything Madeleine all over Tik Tok, and it did not disappoint. It's definitely one of the best matcha spots in Dallas, and their other specialty latte is just as good if not better. I highly recommend! It's so creamy, and their staff is so friendly. It's a very small spot, but I love how they decorated it. I would come back just to try their madeleines! read more
I was so excited to make my way in this morning for the first time. This is the cutest little shop and the owners are so sweet! I am obsessed with all the decor. They have otters everywhere! You have to get some madeleines but make sure you grab a canelé and some tea! I got the marco polo iced and it was super tasty! They have so many fun flavors of madeleines and some are filled as well! They also have a few croissant flavors to choose from. I love the otters and touches of France throughout. Cannot wait to come back here!! read more

Founded by pastry chef Seunghee Park from South Korea, Everything Madeleine has the most delicious, high-quality, and made from scratch madeleines. Madeleines are small, shell-shaped sponge cakes from France, known for their light, buttery texture and crisp edges. Everything madeleine has the best I've ever had, and I love how they incorporate traditional Korean flavors like mugwort! (5/5) Strawberry Banana Teddy Madeleine I had pre-ordered their valentines gift box set that included four flavors. This one was banana madeleine, strawberry jam, banana ganache, strawberry chocolate coating. Soooo delicious, you can really taste each flavor components. (5/5) Raspberry Dark Chocolate Madeleine Dark chocolate madeleine, raspberry vanilla jam, dark coating chocolate. This was so beautiful and I adored the raspberry jam with seeds inside. (4/5) "Dom Perignon Brut 2013" Champagne Madeleine Hazelnut madeleine, champagne white chocolate ganache, milk chocolate, sugar powder. It tasted sweet and clean. But with most champagne flavored desserts, the champagne flavor is very light and almost unnoticeable, so keep that in mind. (5/5) Black Forest Madeleine Chocolate madeleine, cherry syrup, cherry comfort, fresh cream, dark chocolate flack (dark 70%). So rich yet not too sweet, it's such perfection! 100000% recommend visiting this place. What an absolute gem! read more

I'm very disappointed with my experience. The phone number listed doesn't work, and I drove all the way here at 8:15 AM only to find the store wasn't open. This felt very unprofessional and inconvenient. I hope this gets addressed so others don't have the same experience. read more

I was really excited to visit this place and have been waiting for a while. The shop is really small where you just go in and get your Madeline's and there are no tables or any space to stay inside. The workers were very polite. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the Madeline's. I went in the afternoon around 3pm and they sell out of a lot of flavors by that point. And even though they're individually sealed, they were a little dry. read more

This is such a gem in Carrollton, and just another excuse to stop by in the lovely and diverse city. This place is tucked in the historic downtown area and I could not be more grateful for it. All of the madeleines we tried were incredible and I'm still daydreaming about the green onion financier. I will be sending all my loved ones here for a fantastic, warm customer service experience and some of the best baked goods ever! The flavors are incredibly unique, the quality is undeniable, and this is a great way to treat yourself. read more

They just opened up a new shop. It's really nice and trendy. Super clean and the wife couldn't stop taking pictures of everything! I'm always too busy stuffing my face! The madeleines and desserts here are amazing! They even have TikTok trendy desserts like flat croissants! Get them before they run out though! They do run out, so get there early and enjoy yourselves! They are named after the owner's love of madeleines. They have only gotten better and the flavors have continued to grow and get better and better. Super moist and dense at the same time. The little bear madeleines and caneles are amazing as well. Sarah will be making my wedding cake. We will be having a madeleine tower as well. They look fantastic! Super pretty eye-catching! She really can do it all. My favorite is the black sesame. I always eat there and take some to go. Grab one of their new lattes. The Tiramisu latte is fire! Sarah and Andrew are absolutely the nicest people ever! They take care of you from the second you come in and package your goodies to go in a pretty little box. Perfect for the wife or girlfriend! A perfect business gift for a salesperson or friend's birthday. Support local small businesses! read more
