Thanks to the help of Brandon, we were able to locate & purchase a Model Y during the last days of the $7,500 Credit + 10K Charging miles discount. Not an easy feat for they were being taken out of inventory/sold within minutes of availability. Trustworthiness (New vs Used & Now vs Later), diligence, & persistence paid off. read more

There was an unfortunate and multilayered miscommunication with the dealership regarding free super charging with the purchase of my new vehicle. Ultimately Tesla refused to honor this lucrative perk & instead gave me a credit for their accessories merchandise. Not the worse thing in the world but the interaction to get this situation cleared up left me skeptical of their integrity. read more

We visited the Tesla in Walnut Creek today. I am still in shock how unprofessional, incompetent and condescending the advisor ( Chris) was. The advisor ( Chris) has 0 knowledge how to interact with a customer, along with lacking proper customer service skills. I guess the pandemic has affected the training, customer service and professionalism at Tesla. Please keep away this sales agent ( Chris)from your visitors. I don't understand how Tesla is claiming to be a luxury brand when ignoring this type of behavior from it's customer service. read more

I had a great experience buying my Model Y Performance! Brandon was especially great! It makes a huge difference when the person or people you deal with are passionate and extremely knowledgeable. Brandon was great at anticipating and answering questions. He was up front and honest. He took a lot of time showing me the ins-and-outs of the car. Brandon made great recommendations for outfitting and accessorizing the car. Heck, he is still helping me a month after the purchase. Thanks, Brandon, you have greatly helped me love my first Tesla! read more

We are officially going to join the Tesla owners club, however not until June. Big shot out to Corinna for helping my wife navigate her purchase questions. She sent us to this Walnut creek location to test drive the Y. Soon as we walked in the team was friendly and service orientated. Young lady started to help us then she handed us to Anthony who took us through the process of test driving and user training for the Tesla. He was very informative and listened well. Guided us and was transparent about our questions and exam lined things well. So if you are already ready to buy, but would like that in person support come to this location to work with Anthony. He will take care of you. Call ahead or set it up from the website. If you need support for anything Tesla contact him or Corinna. Good luck! Great vehicles. read more

My husband and I had such a great experience at this Tesla location and all because of Marcellus Green. We cannot thank him enough for his professionalism, dedication, time and effort he made for us. We had so many questions and he not only answered them onsite but via text whenever something else came to mind. Marcellus was always available and quickly got back to us. He was so great in sending us available vehicles with the specs we wanted and even when we changed our minds and wanted a different model, he pivoted so fast and sent us available vehicles for that search. He helped us to find what we had been looking for and we are now proud Tesla owners. We highly recommend stopping by and working with Marcellus if you are in the market for a Tesla and want an exceptional experience. read more

If you find yourself getting a tesla it's a great car. The tech is crazy and for the price and retention of value the model 3 is such a great buy. And I had such a great experience with tesla reps Giovanni and Brianna if you do find yourselves getting one I hope these guys help you because they take the time to get back to you for every question you have and see if everything is going smooth with the delivery process and beyond even if they got 200+ clients to help at the same time. If everything isn't going smoothly they go above and beyond for you to get your car on time. Giovanni switched the address to a dealership that wasn't open yet just to make sure I wasn't driving out of my way to pick up the car at the nearest available location even if it wasn't his assigned dealership. Saved me an hour on the pick up. Biggest thing for me was the communication and the help. There were issues at the dealership ( the computer changed the time of my pick up on delivery date so I had to wait for their process but Giovanni and Brianna moved up the pick up time from what the dealership was giving me) and with the website for the signing process (tech issues loan paperwork wasn't processing correctly at first) but he resolved them quickly and now I've got the tesla model 3 before the year ended and got all the year end perks in time. read more

I had an amazing experience with Tesla Motors of Walnut Creek. I was given a car to test drive overnight. Ed Yee was very helpful, patient, and responsive to all of my questions. He seemed especially knowledgeable about all aspects of the car. This was an entirely different shopping experience than one I've had before. Ed Yee continues to answer all of my questions as I choose the right options for my needs. He's been really terrific throughout this process. read more

This is the second Tesla I have bought from Walnut Creek. Giovanni helped me set up a test drive and then place an order for my Model 3. It was a great experience from start to finish and a big improvement from my last order. All of my questions were answered quickly and accurately. I highly recommend asking for Giovanni if you plan to stop by here. He made the entire process seamless! read more

Tesla customer service is awful called my location and was on hold for at least 3 hours. Was very stressed out. I kept trying multiple times and one time I was connected to this tesla at walnut creek. Whoever I spoke to connected immediately and called the right people for me fixing my situation. They figured out everything for me and were absolutely amazing. Tesla customer service sucks, but Walnut creek is the exception! read more

If you have an inkling of desire to sit in a Tesla, do it here. It's a smaller location, so there's only one to really check out. Next time, maybe a test drive. Maybe this is the 'replacement for displacement'? And you can check out the big ol' touchscreen that comes with each Model S. Perhaps the future of auto purchases is in a shopping center? read more

Great 3 month experience from start to finish! We began researching electric vehicles in Oct and test drove many cars including a model 3 and Y at Tesla Walnut Creek. Giovanni became our contact person and was excellent with follow up and always avail to answer our many questions anytime. When we finally decided to purchase, Giovanni made the process as smooth as possible and was instrumental in helping us get the car in time to take advantage of the free year of supercharging promotion that was going on if we took delivery by dec31. Car was delivered on time and in great condition! Loving the car and highly recommend Tesla and Giovanni! read more

Tesla - Touch less delivery in my driveway! - Car Dealers Near Me - Walnut Creek, California

We spotted the Tesla shop in Broadway Plaza, which was unexpected. You don't expect to see a car dealership in the shopping center, but it's definitely unlike any other car dealership, and that's because Tesla is unlike other cars. It was really cool to check out the car, sit in it, press all the buttons, and even design your own car. They offer test drives as well, but I think those have to have scheduled, but I could be wrong. The sales rep working there was also very helpful and fun to talk to, and not pushy at all like other car salespersons. read more

Simply amazing! Giovanni helped me get my Tesla Model 3 2 months earlier than expected. The communication with him was always clear and timely. We all know how awful the experience of buying a car through old-school car dealerships is, and this was such an opposite experience! I'd recommend anyone interested on a Tesla to just contact Gio. He will guide you on what your options are and be there to answer any question you may have. Thank you Gio! read more

Gio at the Walnut Creek showroom was awesome! We had an appointment to test drive the Model Y & before we went out for the drive, Gio shared that there was brand new inventory that just became available & if I really wanted the vehicle I should put the deposit down. I was a bit apprehensive as we did not even test drive the car yet, Gio helped me understand that time was of the essence & these new inventory of Tesla's would be gone in minutes. Glad that I took Gio's advise because sure enough the vehicles were indeed gone in minutes after we took our test drive. The final steps in ordering our new Tesla took only a few minutes which was a pleasant surprise. Overall, we had an amazing experience with ordering our new Tesla and we have Gio to thank for that! We're enjoying & still getting to know the ins & outs of our new Model Y. Thanks again Gio!!! read more

Tesla - Our new Model Y - Car Dealers Near Me - Walnut Creek, California

BUYER BEWARE Horrible experience with Tesla Walnut Creek. The 1 year free super charging incentive they were promoting when we put our deposit down was not honored because TESLA pushed delivery out 3 months into the next quarter. Love the car HATE the customer service. Look at the forums Tesla ROUTINELY pushes dates back. read more

Due to COVID are questions had to be handled via the phone. Charlie was awesome to work with. I literally called him about 10+ over a 3 day period with questions and concerns as I've never purchased a car on the internet. He was able to guide me through my trade-in and able to lock in a sooner date to pick up my vehicle. We drove to Hayward to drop off our trade-in and drive away with our new car. The entire process was touchless and we didn't need to speak with anyone. Loving our new car and the entire experience. read more

Make promises they don't keep. Horrible service!!!! Too many other EV companies that are more honest.

i have had a Walnut Creek Tesla for thirteen months/11,090 miles. It has broken down despite very gentle driving. The service is very slow. Also, almost impossible to speak with a real person. even harder to get one who cares. Really regret buying this very expensive car. read more

Called Tesla for a test drive appointment in June and was told they were in a blackout period and wouldn't be able to schedule anything until after July 15th. So we made an appointment for the Dublin Showroom- but got a confirmation text that our appointment would be at their Walnut Creek location (???) Well we were glad for the mixup because we would have never met our awesome advisor Brandon! You know that gross feeling you get after spending time at a dealership? That's not what you get at a Tesla showroom... Brandon made us feel completely comfortable during our drive, answered all our questions, explained the process and offered us waters and was just an all around great guy. We had an awesome experience! So thank you Tesla call center for messing up our test driving appointment and sending us to Brandon in Walnut Creek! read more

Staff really knows their product. Giovanni really not only knows the car, but he really understands Tesla the brand. It is rare to find a Service Advisor who clearly loves what he is selling/marketing. read more

Worst car buying experience ever. They don't tell you that once your car is ready that you have 3 days to pick it up or you lose the car. You can't schedule a day of your choosing / convenience. It has to be the 3 days they offer you. Now I'm scrambling to get my loan. read more

Anthony was great! He was very helpful and patient! It could not have been easier to order my new Tesla!!

I wanted to give a special shout out to Roula @ Tesla Walnut Creek, she has gone above and beyond to make sure my wife and I were comfortable throughout the entire process of obtaining our Model 3. She offered great service from our test run to answering our millions of questions following there after till now being ready to pick up our car!!! She's amazing and patient. We had the worst experience with Jennifer adams & Cecilia lerda, they were so rude and unprofessional. I dont know why Tesla hire these type of employees. Because of their behavior we have lost our interest in buying Tesla car. read more

There an employee at this location who happen to be of Indian descent. He seems to hate his job. A friend and I stopped by here and asked him a few questions about one of the vehicles parked inside. He answered the first question with one word answer. My friend asked another question, he said I don't know without looking at us. I asked another question about the range of the car, he punched the wall, hammed something in his mouth and in a very rude manner said go check it o it online. I love Tesla cars but I hate untrained, poorly mannered and classless employees. read more

Ordered a used Tesla online in order to circumvent production delays. Went into the store to confirm paperwork. A simple conversation with Giovanni reshaped my goal for the better - we found a new Tesla in inventory with the same specs as the used at about the same price. He followed up on deposit refunds and other paperwork. Would recommend. read more

I've got to give a BIG shout-out to two of the staff of this fine Tesla Motors store who both went the extra mile and provided top notch service for me during the buying process of a Model Y. Both Antoine and Giovani were personable, professional and persistent in their efforts to help me through the initial selection process including (1) swift arrangement for a test drive by Antoine allowing me to take the car from Walnut Creek to the Oakland Hills to make sure it would fit into my tight driveway (it did!) and skillful assistance from Giovani when I decided to modify the color of car and its seats (from W/W to RED with black seats!). With staff like this, Tesla is well placed to serve its customers in a highly satisfactory way. Thanks!!! read more

We went to the Tesla WC to check out their cars. We were assisted by Amy and after the test drive I signed up for a new Tesla Model 3. We also told her we also wanted a 2nd bigger car which is Tesla Model Y. After signing up for both cars we haven't heard from her then. She never gave her email just a personal phone which she never replied or answered. After 2 months of reaching out I got tired and called the office so someone can help us with the process. It was then i was referred with Navjeet and same thing happened. I then went to yelp to see who's the best person who could help us and saw Giovanni's name all over. I then called the office for them to make him my Tesla advisor. He gave me his email and phone number. He was always there to answer my questions whether he's busy or not. I am glad that he helped us until we got our cars and after. Big kudos to him. He should get a promotion with all the hardwork he did. read more

Gio Lopez at the Walnut Creek Tesla dealership helped me snag a Tesla Model Y Performance. I had been waiting 5 months for a Tesla Model Y I ordered in Aug 2021 but delivery kept being pushed back. Needless, to say I had a bad case of "Stressla" Gio worked his magic and was able to secure a Model Y Performance that just came available. Within seconds appearing on his laptop he assigned it to my account. Just like that my Stressla was fading and went away when I picked it up my new Model Y Performance two days later. Gio was very knowledgeable and very helpful. He truly loves his job and love's helping others. read more

This is my second Tesla order within six months. I was ordered both on the Tesla website without talking to any sales representative because I thought this is the only way to place my Tesla orders. In my first order, the Model Y-LR, I didn't get any response from the assigned contact person when I have questions. So end up, I have to call customer service to find out the answer, but lucky, everything went well. Second-order, the Model 3-LR, I was assigned to pick up at Dublin's Tesla, but somehow Giovanni at Walnut Creek texted and emailed me, telling me that he is my contact and will follow up on my order. To be honest, I was doubted that he would follow up for me base on my first purchased experience, but........ I AM WRONG!!!!!! Giovanni replies to my texts whenever I have questions. He also called me when I accidentally canceled my Model 3 order after discovering the incorrect personal information on my order and instructed me on the phone to place a new order. After I received my Model 3, he also sent me a couple of emails to follow up. I WAS IMPRESSED by his services. His human service is warming me up in the new modern-day trending non-contact online purchasing habit, and hopefully, this attitude will continue and be extended. read more

I am currently in process of purchasing a Model Y and my experience with this store has been horrible! I have texts and names to share. I will update this within the next few days and provide a full explanation with details and images I will upload! Thank you. read more

Had a great experience at this Tesla location! We were able to test drive with ease, get all of our questions answered and even had support after our purchase. Marcellus and Joe are amazing. Marcellus is the reason we decided to purchase the Tesla. He was friendly, responsive, and made us comfortable with all of the car settings and answering our questions. Most importantly, Marcellus was honest throughout the purchase process. After we received our Tesla, Joe has been our go to guy for all follow up questions. He displays an interest in ensuring that we get the most out of the driving experience that is possible. I appreciate the great customer support and friendly atmosphere from the employees. 100% would recommend! read more
