Very clean and tidy. The whole store experience matches the Tesla minimalist aesthetic. Tesla advisors were very friendly and helpful. I was here to checkout the new YL and sure enough this store location has it. read more

I was unsure if I wanted a Rivian or Tesla. I went to the Rivian dealer in Walnut Creek and the young ladies were rude and disrespectful. Both were on Their phones and I was clearly interrupting them. My unanswered question was "Can two sets of golf clubs fit in The rear or trunk together?". The response from the person was, "I don't know, get your golf clubs.". No eye contact, just sitting and swiping. I walked across the street, met Amy at the Tesla dealership, and ordered a new 2026 model Y which I received in June. I literally saved half of the cost of a Lucid and I have no buyer's remorse. I'm buying my wife the Tesla suv when it comes out. Buying. Tesla is so easy - it was not really a sales situation. Just install the app and buy your car. The app is super easy to use - I am a retired software engineer, and the app was written by a seasoned engineer. I love the Tesla FSD with hardware 4. It drives me 95% of the time and self-parks. Door to doe to door and into a parking space at the destination- even parallel parking if needed. Watch the YouTube videos on Self driving before buying. Buy hardware level 4 if you can .... This generation has an AMD Ryzen processor. read more

After two months of consulting with the Tesla team to ensure I was ordering exactly what I needed, I leased a Model 3. Picked up the vehicle and learned they were fabric seats when I was expecting leather, not what I intended on ordering. I was told I had seven days to make a return if I changed my mind. So I drove it off the lot. Since then, I have been told there's no exchange or return possibility since I left with the vehicle, and I am SOL. Very disappointed at the lack of customer service and the fact that I can't even get a call back to troubleshoot this issue. I guess they say "buyer beware" for a reason. Will not be giving my business to Tesla again. read more

Charles was amazing! He was so attentive and then helped me with ordering a Tesla. The ordering process became a little complicated but he still stayed throughout the process...with a great attitude! Thanks!! read more

Brandon was awesome to work with. He helped me through the whole Tesla process from start to finish and really went above and beyond. Anytime I had a question, he was quick to get back to me and made sure I didn't miss out on any incentives. Even up to delivery day, he stayed on top of everything and made it super easy. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Hope Tesla gives this man a raise! read more

ABSOLUTELY GREAT SERVICE! We came in for an appointment and met with BRANDON M. Throughout the whole process Brandon demonstrated his knowledge in everything Tesla and really helped solidify my decision. Contrary to most dealerships, he ensured us he does not work commission and everything he told us was solely to help us; he even helped save us money through the student discount! From the test drive to getting the car, Brandon made the whole process so much easier and smooth. I love my Model 3, thanks again! read more

Just so you know; Tesla service level is nothing remotely close to Mercedes, BMW or Lexus..... many of the employees convey an arrogant attitude when calling in or following up...... and once you've signed on the dotted line, to quote Mr. Wonderful; "your dead to them". Talked to Ray and it became the worest customer service experience I ever had, and he doesn't even care to help me. Chris Lo was great! He showed us all the features of the car and app and was very enthusiastic and patient. The other guy also let us test drive the Cyber truck while we waited for another car to return from a test drive. Very smooth process. I never realized the car buying process could be so easy and low stress. Jessica was great too. read more

Incredibly disappointed with their customer service. We were interested in a Model 3 and placed a deposit after playing with the estimator calculator. The numbers ended up changing post deposit which we were reluctant but we said whatever. Moving forward we were also approved for a loan and the APR changed in the span of 2 hours literally right before our eyes. Not only that, the cost of the car on the app vs the website was different! We called a rep and after a whole hour of debauchery they told us a financial advisor would call us back. Never received a call. Just a bunch of deadline texts about how our car will be released if we don't schedule a delivery. Unfortunately, we didn't receive the smooth and seamless experience that everyone else seems to be experiencing. My initial advisor was informative but it was more like rapid-fire question moment with him--"what's next?" Rather take my money elsewhere but my partner insisted on this. Never understood the hype about this car. Seats feel cheap, paint is cheap, parts are cheap. read more

Honestly won't say much, i own a tesla and went ln there looking to see the model Y and hopefully make a purchase and they just were acting like im not even there and when i asked for help took the longest to get any help and just for them to tell me they don't have any cars at the moment for me to look at or test or anything and told me i would need to schedule and make an appointment to just even look at a car, that's honest bs and it was the tall white guy specifically but they all looked and gave off racist vibes if your brown or colored don't come here read more

Honestly, Tesla's customer service is pretty bad. Good luck trying to find the original person you worked with or ever getting someone on the phone, but when they want something 2-5 different Teslites will ring your phone off the hook. Follow-up service is rare. So I was very pleased when Seth, who works at the Walnut Creek Tesla (dealer? I don't know what they call it) took my call, quickly figured out my situation and contacted the right people and THEN actually called me back like he said he would I was pleasantly surprised. Good work and thanks for caring. read more

This isn't where I got my mobile Tamagotchi. I wish it were! I heard rumours that this was the showroom with the best agents in the Bay Area. People here and other online areas specified sales agents by name in Walnut Creek. Others supplied instructions on how to switch showrooms. I wish I had. I dropped in last week with one tiny little question. They gave me Nordstrom level service. Howso? Have you noticed how Nordstrom sales people seem to empathize when you want something you haven't acquired yet? Same deal here. If I have questions or want accessories and there is an option to shop here I will do it! Honestly, I practically feel like I could swing by here if I needed a hug. read more

Sales rep, Ray, turned me on to a Model Y purchase. Long story short, when I picked up vehicle in Fremont, CA, the rep there told me The two Key Cards were in vehicle - they were not. I called, texted, emailed Ray @ WC Tesla and all he did was give me run around. Looks like I have to buy the Key Cards now. Can't NOT recommend him enough. A lump of coal in his stocking in 2024. I had a fantastic experience at Tesla thanks to one of their employees, JOE. He helped me with installing my license plate, and I couldn't have asked for a more helpful and polite person. Update: I left a message on the voicemail at the Walnut Creek Tesla and someone (I wish I could remember her name to shout her out) got back to me that night to answer my questions and help me make the changes I wanted. And it was just in the nick of time, my car showed up less than a week after that call. The color got changed, she added my husband, she explained the circumstances with the other two sales reps. I don't think they had any excuses, if they weren't going to be available they should have handed me off to a different sales rep, but she really saved the sale. After 2 months I love my Model 3 and don't regret buying it, but Tesla needs to get their customer service act together. I won't go into the travails of picking up my car and getting it registered from the Vallejo Tesla here, but Tesla needs to admit its more complicated than ordering online and get a better system in place for guiding customers through to pick up. read more

Overpriced junk. Initially bought to move away from gas, but regretting my purchase. I'd sell mine, but no one wants them anymore.

Went in for a demo drive and everything was quick and painless! I was a little surprised that without too much explanation on how the car works they let you drive off by yourself. Jennifer was really helpful though! It's nice that they aren't trying to sell you the car but rather help you decide which one you might want to buy. After searching high and low for loans with good APR's, Tesla actually offered the best. I really appreciate Jennifer for helping sort that out. Overall I'm happy with my experience at Tesla Walnut Creek. If you're thinking of getting one, go schedule a demo drive with them, it's fun! read more

I wanted to take time to give thanks to Brandon who works at Tesla in Walnut Creek. From my first interaction with Brandon, I felt well informed and cared for. He took time to explain my options and all the details regarding the M3. After the test drive and talking to Brandon, I went home and ordered the M3 but I still felt like I had so many questions. Brandon was available and responded to every single one of my texts with the kindest and most gentle approach, even though I probably asked too many stupid questions through every step of the process from ordering, waiting, delivery and post-delivery as well. Honestly he made me feel like I was his only client. If it wasn't for Brandon, I would have felt lost in the sea of Tesla clients who are also going through the same process and feels left in the dark. Tesla, Walnut Creek is very fortunate to have him in their store. If you can work with Brandon, do it, he is the best!! Thanks a million Brandon, appreciate you! read more

Extremely rude, unprofessional manager Sales Rep don't return calls as promised. The delay in returning the color change request call back ( 2 weeks) after multiple attempts caused a sharp price difference ($3000) in the car price. I'm so old that my car buying experience dates back to the Flintstones. Back "in the day", I would spend countless hours bickering, haggling and fighting to get to a fair price. But yesterday's adventure was nothing like that. In fact, it was the most pleasant car purchase I have ever been involved in. We arrived in the middle of the day and were checked in for a test drive. Our Sales Manager (Ari) walked us out to the vehicle and gave us a throughout tutorial on the all the cars features and what to expect during our drive around town. Ari explained and answered all of our questions in easy-to-understand detail. We left the lot and were on our way to experience the Tesla for ourselves. We arrived sold. But not like the "old days", we met with Ari to discuss which options would best fit our needs. I was super impressed with Ari's ability to focus on what would work best for us without a hint of "up-selling". Never once did we feel pressure to buy that day. Yes, Walnut Creek is a hike from Santa Rosa, but after meeting Ari and benefiting from his knowledge we have no regrets. Ari was five star all the way. read more

The workers are pretty awesome at this place and are usually very helpful with buying Teslas. This is really a review for the managers. Tesla has a referral credit program where if an owner helps someone sell a car by referring them using a mobile code, the buyer can get a huge discount on a new car plus free supercharging miles. The managers at this location frown upon other Tesla owners giving referral codes in their store so that customers can get a discount on cars. This defeats what the Tesla referral program is all about in the first place. Dublin or Vallejo is a better option. read more

We went to Dublin location since they have many cars available. Had to come to Walnut Creek location the next day because the monthly payment amount was different from what they counted for us at the Dublin location. Customer service at Walnut Creek was so bad. Employee was talking to us while texting on her phone. They wasn't even looking at us at all. Looks like they don't even care if you have questions or if you are interested in buying a car from them. BUYER BE AWARE!!! Tesla will illegally keep your deposits despite written agreements stating they will refund you within 3 days!!!! MANAGEMENT (Elijah German) completely ignores you and is non responsive! Came in with my wife to look at the Tesla models. Sales associate sold us on a lot of sales talk, like putting a deposit of $2,500 that day on a vehicle in order to take advantage of the free supercharge for life. Told us that we could cancel within 3 days. His name was Patrick Behring. The next day, my wife and I decide that Tesla isn't the vehicle for us so I called to cancel and have pur deposit returned. Patrick Behring told me no problem and that my deposit would be returned within 10 business days. ITS BEEN 3 months now and they have yet to refund me my deposit despite an email from Patrick Stating that he would return the deposit back in sept. I contacted the manager Elijah German, who said he has no idea what is going on and asked me to forward the email to him, but he had already been a recipient to the 3 emails, lying about not receiving anything. Once I read to him his email address over the phone, is when he admitted to having received the emails but still saying he has no idea what is going on. I asked the manager Elijah German to call me with an update because now I'm being subject to finance charges with my credit card. Elijah told me he would call me back later that day, never did. I emailed customer service at Tesla who have completely ignored my emails and never replied to a single email, despite forwarding the original email in which Patrick Behring states he apologizes and will issue me a refund. This is the worst experience I've ever dealt with from a huge company such as Tesla. I've attached the email for all to see and hopefully save another potential victim.. read more

I went into the Walnut Creek showroom as I wanted to buy a new Model X to replace my old X this year. I met Brandon, whom I found to be the very best sales associate that Tesla has. He listened to all my requirements and promised to find me one from the new inventory within my time frame. He kept in touch very diligently and called me whenever a car came into inventory. His constant follow-up resulted in me not picking up an easily available Mercedes or BMW, but waiting for an X -- which I finally got last week. Great service from a sales associate, especially when they are not on a commission! Kudos to Brandon!! read more
