    Scheduled a test drive for Model Y, showed up 30 minutes early, arrived at the front desk, and checked in, they had the keys ready and walked be me through the basics on the Model Y. The model Y is bigger then Model 3. It's very spacious, the day of the test drove, outside temperature was scorching hot, triple digits, as I walked to the car, the car was already running, it was remotely turned on, once I approached the car, the AC was already on, it was nice and cool, it's cold enough that you don't want it leave the car on a hot summer days. Test drove the car, I don't have any complaint for model y. The customer service is friendly and out going, they did introduced me to other line ups in the show room, Model 3, model y, model X, and model S.

    I was hesitant in going electric. We test drive the Tesla Model Y and it was such a smooth ride, very comfortable. Went back for a second test drive before placing our order. Our sales rep Bill was amazing through the whole process. Always updating us as we waited for it. Originally told between February and March, then mid to late March. Then to our surprise February 21st through February 28th! We picked up our beauty on Friday February 24th. Every test drive they were prepared for us and we were in the car within 5 minutes!! Fastest and smoothest car buying experience ever!!

    Test drove a Model 3 and it was so much fun! I think the key is calling ahead and making an appointment. This was my second experience with a Tesla location and luckily DJ was my representative. DJ was super patient, answered all my questions and even helped me find a car in California. If you don't know where to even to even start when it comes to Teslas, I highly reccomend making an appointment with DJ. I know the reviews are all over the board when it comes to these cars and retail locations but I really like the Reno location. Highly reccomend over the Rocklin one.

We were…read morerepeatedly forced to follow up ourselves not only to the recall 800 telephone provided then to Corwin Ford just to get basic updates regarding repairs, timelines, or next steps. Consumers should not have to chase down information for a serious vehicle safety-related issue. Had we known this process would be dragged out with so little transparency, accountability, or concern for customers, we would have seriously reconsidered purchasing this vehicle. Then, after waiting almost two years, we were finally told repairs could be scheduled -- only to wait an additional two months for an actual appointment. Despite knowing well in advance when the vehicle would be brought in, Corwin Ford Reno made absolutely no meaningful effort to assist with transportation or provide a loaner vehicle. For many families, losing access to a vehicle for days is a major hardship. We were fortunate enough to rely on friends, family, and work accommodations for transportation, but that does not excuse the complete lack of customer care shown throughout this process. What pushed this experience from frustrating to outright offensive was the comment made during pickup: "Let us know if the car blows up." Considering customers have spent years waiting on a battery-related repair tied to safety concerns, that remark was grossly unprofessional, irresponsible, and astonishingly tone-deaf. I have rented and purchased Ford vehicles for years because of positive past experiences, particularly in Las Vegas. Unfortunately, the level of service and professionalism we encountered in Reno and Carson City has been deeply disappointing and has significantly damaged our confidence in both the dealership experience and the brand's handling of customer concerns

    They lied about the options that came with the car. When I got it home it did not have massaging…read moreseats, a heated steering wheel, or active park assist. I had already put new wheels and tires on it so I asked for a price adjustment and they said "those options dont change the value of a vehicle". Odd, since two of these were ones they chose to advertise on the landing page for the vehicle. They told me to take it or return it. They were not even nice about it. After I posted my review I was contacted by 'Kevin' from CarMax and he negotiated $1,000 for me on the condition I sign some papers. He said they would be in touch. I got one call saying they were waiting on the check and paperwork and that was a month ago. It was a mistake to come to this CarMax and I would absolutely warn you against it. You'll notice the postive reveiws come from 'Elite' reviewers - hmmm like its coordinated. I really wish I had bought my truck at Corwin Ford Reno which is where I bought the one I traded in.

She makes every appointment clear, smooth, and easy, while always being informative, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable. What I appreciate most is how efficiently she handles everything--she works at a lightning-fast pace without ever sacrificing quality or care. On the rare occasion something needs attention, she handles it with ease and makes the process feel comfortable and stress-free. That level of service goes a long way. As my warranty is coming to an end, I'll likely be in the market for another vehicle soon--and honestly, the ability to continue working with Misty is a huge factor. That's how valuable she is. I would strongly consider purchasing another BMW simply because of the service and consistency she provides. She is truly a top-tier service professional, and Bill Pearce BMW is lucky to have her. Took it to a reputable independent BMW shop that actually cares about customers and knows how to use the diagnostic software correctly. Back on road for a literal fraction of what they quoted me. Had to beg to get a loaner avoid this dealership.
