This is the main Tesla hub in Bergen county, that has demo drive, service area, super chargers and order pick ups. I scheduled a demo drive on a Saturday within an hour, showed up at the store and got to drive Model Y within few minutes. I just had to show my drivers license and I was handed the key card with some minor explanation. After my demo drive, I had to wait about 20 minutes to see an associate to return the key card and go over some questions. I waited another hour to see a 7-seat demo car but it never came. Our associate was knowledgeable and answered all the questions. You cannot buy a car from the store like a dealership. The store itself is very nice, you get the Tesla minimalistic vibe. There are few cars on display, including cybertruck. In another corner, associate help customers with custom order and some with picking up their delivery. They have a basic lounge that has coffee, tea and water. Overall I liked the store. Associates are friendly and looking to help customers. It's when there's a lot of customers in the store, it's hard to get hold off an associate. The entrance/parking is also a bit chaotic with customers parking their own car, driving the demo car and towing service bringing in the troubled cars. The superchargers here are often busy. Per one of the associates it is also not the beat as a lot of the power is consumed by the service center and the store. They suggest going to the two nearby superchargers stations on NJ-17.

Very busy location. Test drive is 20 mins and appointments only. Cool to see and get on cybertruck. The staff were very nice.

Came to see if we would have better success getting our trunk fixed at this location-and oh my goodness, what a difference between this location and the Springfied location. I can't believe we wasted months dealing with the Springfield location and the run around they gave us and the unprofessional staff-including their Management. Came into Paramus and it was a world of a difference. We didnt even have to wait long before they assured us they had the parts. They were able to completely fix our trunk when Springfield service center claimed we needed to go to a collision center after their botched up attempt to fix our trunk hinges. We dealt with Joseph & he was amazing from start to finish. He was pleasant and was able to get our trunk fixed without any issues. Thanks Joseph. I hope this review gets you the acknowledgement you deserve! If you're reading this, and you're debating which service center or location Tesla related- choose Paramus!

So far so good with the Model Y and the most amazing thing is the FSD, which is mind-blowing.

From the moment I arrived, the staff was exceptionally kind and accommodating. I was fortunate enough to secure a next-day Saturday appointment, which made the process incredibly convenient. The service team was efficient and completed the work in about four hours. They even arranged for a complimentary Lyft to take me home, which was a thoughtful touch. Although I didn't need the return ride, I genuinely appreciated the offer. If you're in need of service for your Chrysler, Dodge, or Jeep, I highly recommend Chrysler Dodge Jeep of Paramus. Their excellent customer service and commitment to making the experience smooth and enjoyable have made me a loyal customer moving forward. Thank you, Chrysler Dodge Jeep of Paramus, for the outstanding experience.

I am absolutely furious with how this situation has been handled by Paramus Ram, and I would…read moreseriously warn anyone thinking about bringing their vehicle here for service. I bought my used Ram in January with around 35,000 miles on it. This past week, the truck started smoking and leaking antifreeze. After bringing it into the shop and going through a significant amount of troubleshooting, I was told the heater core needed to be replaced. Once the dashboard was pulled out and they were actually able to see the heater core assembly, they found something that honestly pissed me off even more than the $4,000+ repair bill. The heater core had clearly been replaced before, but the casing that was installed was cracked and broken in multiple spots. Instead of replacing the damaged casing properly, someone had tried to GLUE IT BACK TOGETHER IN THREE DIFFERENT PLACES and apparently thought that was good enough. I immediately pulled the Carfax and found that the previous owner had brought the truck to Paramus Ram last September at around 32,000 miles to have the heater core replaced. So this repair lasted a few thousand miles. I called Paramus Ram, explained exactly what was found, explained that their dealership was the one that performed the previous heater core repair, and gave them the opportunity to actually take some accountability for it. Their response was basically: too bad, you're the second owner, there's nothing we're going to do. That is what really sends me over the edge with this. I understand that I bought a used vehicle. I understand warranties have rules. What I do not understand is how a dealership can perform a repair, have the part later pulled apart and found cracked, broken and glued together in multiple places, and then completely wash their hands of it because the vehicle changed ownership. I'm now stuck paying over $4,000 to fix a problem that, based on what was found, very clearly traces back to the previous heater core repair. And apparently nobody at Paramus Ram thinks that deserves any type of accountability. I have photos of the damaged and glued casing, the Carfax showing the previous heater core repair at Paramus Ram, and the current repair documentation. I plan on making sure all of it is available anywhere I post this review. If this is the kind of work being done in their service department, and this is how they respond when someone brings an issue like this directly to their attention, I would not trust them with my vehicle again. Avoid Paramus Ram. I would not buy a vehicle from them, I would not buy parts from them, and I definitely would not let their service department touch my truck. Being handed a $4,000+ bill because a previously replaced heater core casing was apparently held together with glue is ridiculous enough. Being told they don't care because I'm the second owner is a joke.

We worked with a salesperson named Anthony, who assisted us with a test drive and pricing on a Traverse RS. He explicitly stated he could review our credit for estimates and clearly assured us that NO hard inquiry would be performed. We did not sign any documents. We did not authorize any credit applications. Despite this, our credit was run multiple times across different financial institutions without our knowledge or consent, resulting in unauthorized hard inquiries on our credit reports. We are now receiving unsolicited emails about "limited-time offers" that we never requested. This is not only misleading but raises serious concerns about compliance with consumer protection laws and proper authorization procedures. Consumers should be aware: do not rely on verbal assurances at this dealership. Do not allow any credit-related discussion without clear, written consent and full transparency. We are currently reviewing options to file formal complaints with the appropriate consumer protection agencies. Anthony -- unacceptable conduct Paramus Chevy -- highly concerning business practices

I went to the showroom unsure of which model I wanted. I was considering the Tiguan, Taos, and Jetta. He told me they could only offer me a good deal on the Tiguan. At the time, I was over my lease mileage, and I feel they used that to pressure me into buying a Tiguan that already had about 2,600 miles on it. I assumed it was simply a demo vehicle or one that had been driven by sales staff. Not long after I purchased it, the problems started. First, the airbag warning light came on, and they had to repair it. Then the vehicle began jerking while I was driving on the highway, and I received a transmission error message. I brought the vehicle back to the dealership and requested a lemon-law exchange because I didn't want to keep a vehicle that was already experiencing major transmission problems just a few months after I bought it. While I was on the phone with Volkswagen Corporate, the dealership manager accidentally showed me the Carfax report. That's when I discovered the vehicle was actually a corporate fleet vehicle, not simply a demo vehicle as I had believed. Even worse, the Carfax showed that the previous owner had returned the vehicle because of an airbag failure. I was never informed of this history before purchasing the vehicle. Now the car is back in the shop and needs a new Transmission Control Module. Throughout this ordeal, the dealership has never provided me with a loaner vehicle, and the manager acted as though he simply didn't care. I also haven't received the level of support I expected from Volkswagen Corporate. As a result, I'm stuck paying more for this vehicle than I was for my previous brand-new Tiguan lease, while dealing with repeated mechanical failures and a dealership that has shown little concern for my situation. This has been an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience. I strongly recommend that anyone considering buying a vehicle from this dealership do their research and think twice before making a purchase. I wouldn't want anyone else to go through what my family and I have experienced.
