We have twelve trees in our yard, that had never been trimmed, and in need of professional attention. Ivan's crew showed up on time and after discussing what was needed, they went right up into the trees to work in spite of the 100 degree heat. They knew exactly what was needed and trimmed and thinned the trees very expertly and carefully. My wife commented that she has never liked one of the trees in the front yard, but after they finished with the tree, she really likes that tree now. He was open to what I had to say and agreed he should have taken an additional step and spoke to my my mother about "giving the wood to Our neighbor" instead of leaving it on Our property and agreed that that was his mistake. I've used Terry's tree service multiple times to prune and trim a very large London Plane tree in our backyard. Whilst not the cheapest tree service, I've always appreciated the quality of their work and the care they take (personal safety and care for property). Unfortunately, our majestic tree, which was 55ft+ tall with a 16ft circumference had significant limb fall and decay and needed to be removed. Antionette came round a couple of time to discuss options but we were really not left with much choice as the tree was deemed unsafe. The crew headed by Arturo arrived as planned and set about taking the tree down. By any measure it was a massive undertaking, but they did a tremendous job. I watched the guys most of the day, not because I didn't trust them, but basically because I was mesmerized by their skill. It took a whole day with a huge crew to take the tree down, grind out the stump and take away all of the debris. They were not the cheapest quote I received, but I'm very happy I chose them for this job. These guys really know what they are doing, and were super professional. The 6 man crew did a huge sycamore, two other trees and a property wide 12 foot shrub. All leaves (even the ones they did not create) were also removed. We had a unique issue.....my daughter's beloved cat was stuck 30 feet up in a tree on a 95 degree day. Fire department came out and said it was too high for them. They suggested calling a tree company. The first one I called, said "Can't help you". Once again, Terry gets my business, because he's FAST at booking the service, and his team are experts. Eight guys showed up, and they trimmed 3 oaks and 1 very tall redwood in about 4 hours. Falling branches broke my backyard faucet/hose holder, and they fixed it before dark. They were prepared with the right tools and PVC pipes to repair it. However, it was only a temporary repair, and Roberto came out the next day to buy us a new fixture and install it, and change the pipe, so it's perfect now. INCREDIBLE SERVICE with a SMILE. A crew (8+ men) arrived at 8:30am and have already completed our project! They were very professional, wore masks the entire time, and worked safely on our property. We had 5 VERY tall (3+ stories) Italian spruce trees close to our house removed (to ground level, stumps notched), as well as, a dying ornamental flowering pear tree. We had a large pitusporum removed (to ground level) that was close to our pool and attracting wasps. The crew trimmed, cleaned, and thinned other trees and plants, including a rose bush, another ornamental flowering pear tree, a liquid amber, a hawthorn, an oleander, and 2 very tall palm trees (cut to "v"). Including clean-up, the work was finished by 11am! When I called to schedule the estimate and service, I worked with a very friendly woman that made scheduling a breeze. Had a flowering pear that was too big, an ash getting huge, and a number of smaller ones that were too big for me to trim. Terry's bid was good. I got a call from animal control services about a feral cat caught in my 60 foot high redwood tree.
