We just had Jeff and his crew remove a large Ash tree removed from the front side yard of our house. They showed up when expected, worked fast and safely. Had the tree down and everything cleaned up and hauled away in around 6hrs. They careful to move anything that they thought might get damaged and then put it back after the clean up. I called and spoke to Jeff in February 2018 and tried to set up an appointment for him to come to my house to look at a tree. He agreed to come and look at the tree without an appointment and get back to me and knock on the front door and talk to my husband about it he never showed up and we never heard from again. Jeff was easy to get a hold of, came out right away and looked at the trees and gave me an estimate to remove tree branches over hanging my house. Estimate was reasonable and he was able to the get the job done in a timely manner. My home is in San Ramon. Jeff and his crew took down 2 of 3 pine trees that were very tall, messy, and grouped together. They were about 50+ years old. It I had originally thought to take only one down but Jeff gave some good reasons for taking the second one down. He turned out to be right. It looks much better and the single tree will have room to breathe. He and the crew cleaned up everything without bothering neighbors. I had gone out for 3 bids.
