Black sesame Matcha, 75% sweetness, oat milk and strawberry Matcha with strawberry jelly 50% sweetness
    Regina K.

I love how simple and modern the place is. There's couches, chairs, tables, nice cozy vibe as well. The menu is simple to read and the specials menu is right out front on the counter, no need to look for it! We ordered the Black Sesame Matcha Latte w/ boba (75% sweet) and a Strawberry Matcha Latte w/ strawberry jelly (50% sweet). The black sesame is nice and balanced out the flavor of the matcha, the boba was so soft and yummy, not everyday you find great boba. The strawberry matcha was perfectly balanced and at 50% sweetness the strawberry jelly at the bottom gave the perfect sweetness to the rest of the drink, you could taste the fresh strawberry that was used to make the jellies, and it was so yum. Definitely coming back this week!

Rating: 4.5/5 Terrazzo Tea is located in a small plaza, but their sign is the largest one there--you can't miss it. Upon entering, Kimmy emerged from the back and greeted us warmly. She was incredibly patient, answering all our questions and offering great suggestions for non-dairy drinks. Since she was the only one handling both the register and making drinks, there might be a wait. Fortunately, the line didn't start forming until after we ordered, so we didn't have to wait long. Kimmy easily connects with customers and keeps them updated on their drink status, especially if it might take a while. Matcha Slushie With Boba ($8) + Oat Milk ($1): Definitely on the pricier side, but absolutely delicious! We opted for 75% sweetness, which was perfect since the boba had a mild sweetness that complemented the drink. The matcha slushie's taste and texture were spot on. The only downside was that the boba was slightly overcooked--too soft and lacking the ideal chewiness. Of all the matcha drinks we've had in Austin so far, this one is the best. Concrete Rose ($6.50): Lychee rose jasmine milk tea with chia seeds, lychee star jelly, and lychee bits. We got 100% sweetness, which turned out to be too sweet; 75% would have been a better choice, but now we have a reference for next time. I don't think I've seen chia seeds in a drink before--just in Vietnamese chè and desserts--so I was curious how they'd work here. This drink was excellent, with lychee taking center stage and rose playing a subtle supporting role. The chia seeds were actually bland, adding only texture and nutrients. The lychee bits had some husk leftover, so my husband had to spit a few pieces out. The lychee star jelly, on the other hand, was flavorful and delicious.

Drinks here are alright. I got the sweet cheeks and I do wish the tea flavor was a little stronger. Otherwise it was refreshing. The shop itself is super cute and is a nice to hang out in.

The drinks here were amazing. After walking in we were quickly greeted. The location is very clean and minimal. We sat on the couch and enjoyed the taro slush boba and married to the melon fruit tea. Don't miss out on this place!

4.5 stars! i got the tarozo jasmine milk tea with no boba for $5.95, which was reasonable to me. i got it 75% sweet and should've got 100 but that's on me. friendly workers and cozy atmosphere

The tea was fine and good option if you're in the area. Service was quick. Good amount of seating.

really cute place, the worker was nice and friendly. i got the matcha tarozo and it was pretty good. i just really hope the ac starts working again for the worker's sake bc it was intensely hot in there.

As a visitor, I definitely enjoyed the ambiance and the vibes the small establishment gave off. (07/12/2024) We ordered simple yet delicious drinks! I believe we ordered the Thai-phy at 100% and one at 75% and a Creme de la Creme! I would definitely come back when visiting Austin! I'm a sucker for Milk Teas and Boba! This is definitely a cute spot to visit and hang out with friends and family!

since this place has opened, i have been a fan. they do fantastic flavor combinations that just always works - my favorite being the honeydew better! recently they added matcha to their menu which was surprisingly good for a boba shop! the banana cream matcha and black sesame were both addicting, but the black sesame had a better well rounded flavor overall!

My first boba stop in Austin end of 2023 and I was satisfied. I believe it's a newer spot. Interior is pretty clean, minimalistic, and chill. There's 6 seats on the counters facing outside and three mini tables with 2 seats each. Restroom for customers. Wifi is available. Music isn't bad. They also have a punch card to earn free drinks and it's pretty generous, at least compared to ours in Seattle. Didn't catch the worker's name but she was super welcoming and friendly. Appreciated the service and ability to get some work done. While the boba was fine, I think there's better out there (as a topping), but the drink and tea are super solid. Tarozzo - creamy! I snagged this with 25% sugar and there was a faint sweetness, just right for me. I'd say the sugar levels here are probably very accurate (as in the original 100% is what you'd expect). The taro and green tea meshed perfectly for an earthy blend (nutty flavor from taro root and floral green tea). Boba was a bit firm but still chewy and slightly sweet, I'd guess honey coated boba instead of brown sugar.

Reallly enjoyed this spot! You can taste the tea here unlike other spots I've tried before where you only taste the milk/ syrup/ etc. I ordered Married to the Melon at 50% sweet and it did not disappoint! It was super light and refreshing and the jasmine tea was strong! My boyfriend got the Honey Dew Better and he enjoyed his drink as well! We were a bit confused because the drink did not look like the picture on the menu

I would come back again if I could. I ordered their Taro milk tea and it was the best boba I have ever had. The service was top notch too, it came in an instant. The whole vibe was amazing it was really clean too. I would 100% recommend.

I'm not super picky with boba but I do enjoy a good drink. I came in for the first time late Tuesday and they were out of the regular boba but the barista did recommend other toppings and even gave us samples. I decided to get a drink with something else. I got the strawberry Jasmine milk tea with strawberry hearts (instead of the boba) at 50% sweet. I think this might have to be my new favorite boba tea place. Even though I lowered the sweetness level the flavor of the strawberry and jasmine milk tea was still there and it was delicious. I can't believe I hadn't come sooner. There isn't much seating area but it is a nice grab and go drink. It is definitely worth it!

The pho was fine but nothing really stood out. It tasted good enough but did not have that depth or richness that makes you crave pho again. The mi kho dry egg noodles were also pretty mid and honestly lacked flavor. It felt like something was missing and I kept wanting to add more to make it pop. I also got the brown sugar milk tea, which I actually really liked. It was very sweet, which worked for me, but some of my friends thought it was way too sweet for their taste. Definitely something to keep in mind if you prefer lighter drinks. You order at the counter and the food comes out pretty fast, which is nice when it is busy.

I was craving Ube and might have gone a bit overboard on ordering dessert because they had so many Ube options. The building is colorful and decorated in bright pink with fun artwork and decor for an uplifting vibe. The line moved quickly and the service was friendly fast and efficient. I was able to place my order and pay with Apple Pay. I ordered the Taiyaki Sundae with black sesame and ube swirl soft serve served in a fish shaped mochi Belgian style waffle with Oreo dust on top. You can customize your sundae with filling like organic red sweet beans, Nutella or custard and toppings like Oreo dust, fruity pebbles or rainbow sprinkles. I ate this on site and the nutty black sesame balanced the sweet ube perfectly, and the Oreo topping added the best crunch. They had a variety of mochi donut flavors. Lucky for me, nothing was sold out today. I ordered the Oreo ube mochi donut and ube milk tea to-go. I ate the mochi donut later that day and it was probably my least favorite item from my order. It had the chewy mochi texture however I didn't get enough of the rich ube flavor. It had somewhat of a bitter aftertaste and the Oreo overpowered the ube. I drank the ube milk tea the next day and it was creamy, smooth, and not overly sweet. I really enjoyed the flavor profile of the beverage and would order it again. Overall, enjoyed my selections and will be back to try more dessert options and flavors from one of the most unique Asian dessert spots in Austin!
