I handed my laptop off to him to be repaired (broken screen hinge) and he said he'd give me a quote within 2 days or so. I didn't know what to do the day my computer fizzled out because I was in the middle of my work day…read more& didn't know what was wrong or who to contact. Lucky for me, Google brought Steve's company up and because he had such a good rating, I gave him a call. Steve thought the new motherboard would take a week to order/arrive but it was here in 4 days & he came over the day he got it and got my PC back up and running! His labor was $180 (2 hours/2 trips to my house) & the motherboard was $100. That was a small price to pay for him to be able to save all the work, photos, music, movies I had on my hard drive! If you ever think your computer has burned out & died, call Steve before buying a new one and starting everything (re-installing everything & re-doing tons of work) over.
