I don't write reviews, but am happy to do so in this case. Daniel was incredibly responsive, and seemed very on top of things technically. But I'd say what impressed me enough to write this up is that he offered help well beyond what I'd expected, even offering a free piece of hardware if my laptop wound up needing it simply because he had spares. Amazing. Then, happily re-checked my PC at no charge when the issue kept coming back, which as it turned out was due to an issue completely unrelated to the one I tasked Daniel with checking and fixing. I emailed Computer Lift when I had a hardware problem with a hinge that connects the screen to the computer base, and Daniel responded quickly--even though it was early in the morning and before business hours. In a series of emails he guided me toward the decision of whether to bother repairing it or not, and what options there were if I decided not to. Daniel is so nice and respectful. He is very knowledgeable. I went in with a very minor problem, yet I felt like I got the same level of service as someone who probably was dealing with something much more. He explained things to me about my laptop, how I can fix it, and then spent the adequate time to look at it. He fixed it immediately.
