I spoke with George when i dropped the machine off. Told him what i wanted. Asked him about the hardware that they use, which was in line with my research. They did the MS 10 install and data migration, which was difficult because the old drive had a corrupt sector. George was able to work some magic and retrieve the data. He also tested everything, installed some free AV software that runs in the back ground without being resource hogs. I totally recommend Metro PC Works. I am particular about who i trust my machine with, and will definitely use these guys again. They are courteous, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and priced reasonably.
